Casa accogliente e affascinante, così come il quartiere, in ottima posizione, - la casa conserva il suo fascino originale, ristrutturata di recente con gusto, accogliente, la taverna con tavolo e bigliardo rappresenta un bel luogo dove raccogliersi. L' antico quartiere è affascinante e vivo, ma non rumoroso, si riposa bene. solo un po' di scale...ma aiutano a restare in forma.

• Verena Suratny (10/5): Ideale Lage in modern renoviertem Stadthaus, perfekt um Istanbul zu erkunden. - Außergewöhnliche Lage, wunderschön wieder hergestelltes altes Stadthaus in Balat, kürzeste Wege zu Restaurants, Bus-Tram- und Fährverbindungen, lebhafte Umgebung mit vielen Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zimmer mit hohen Decken, Betten sehr gut, WLAN ausgezeichnet, Haus modernst ausgestattet und sehr sauber, Küche mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Gasherd, Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Schlüssel per Code unkompliziert erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gut zu wissen für Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität: Pro Stockwerk ein Zimmer, im Haus also vier Etagen über Treppen zu erreichen, Haus liegt am Hang mit steilen Kopfsteinpflastergassen oder Treppen, aber kürzeste Wege bergab zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, also problemlos machbar, nur nicht rollstuhlgeeignet ;-)

• Alejandro (10/5): Fantástica casa ubicada en barrio precioso al lado del Bósforo. - La ubicación, lo amplio de la casa, la comodidad de las camas. Difícil espacio para aparcar.
• Mathew (10/5): Fantastic accommodation in a decent location - Large property, very clean, plenty of space, good location and accessible to most of Istanbul as it’s near to a tram and bus stop. The pool table was a nice bonus as well. Nothing, one small thing to note though, the stairs are not entirely suitable for anyone with health conditions, out of shape or elderly, they are a little slippy due to being glossed and the lack of bannisters at times is precarious, the journey to the top bedroom is around 50 steps do bare that in mind.

• Alen (10/5): Great stay in Balat, Istanbul - Everything was super clean and well kept. The downstairs pool table was super fun as a group of lads visiting. The location in Balat is great, with lots to see nearby. The host, Suleyman was very prompt with any issues and was very accessible on WhatsApp The basement was hot on the first night as the fan didn’t work, but the host was very prompt in replacing the fan.

• Scott (9/5): An amazing day and amazing location with the post being very helpful and reachable via WhatsApp - Amazing games room in the basement with a pool table all the rooms were spacious and clean when we arrived and it’s in a great location The living room is slightly too small, but that’s just the nature of the building so it’s not the accommodations fault
• Elizabeth (10/5): Very good for large group! - The property was great for our large group. The kitchen has a nice gas stove and large fridge. The living room is comfortable but was a tad small for our group of ten. The bedrooms were comfortable with comfortable beds. The showers were hot with good water pressure. The place overall was very clean. The washer and dryer worked well. The neighborhood the house is located in is very fun and lively. There are a lot of cool coffee shops, restaurants and shops to explore. It is very close to metro and bus. There are several grocery stores close by. I would definitely recommend this accommodation (especially for a large group).
• Shaohua (10/5): Excellent - The room and surrounding environment are excellent, making it very suitable for families or teams to stay. The check-in process and overall experience were very smooth, and it is highly recommended. The host's responses were very prompt and thoughtful.
