When I arrived, I had to pay an extra amount for the air conditioning. The staff said they would provide a bath towel, but it wasn’t given, and the corridor was not clean.

- Raja (4/5): - Location near to mandir entrance. Despite prior booking through booking.com, I was told that as no advance was paid so room that I booked is not available. I was told to book family room with additional Rs1000. As it was too late, I agreed. The room provided to me was alone room at terrace of the building. There were frequent powercuts and water problem in the room.

- Vijay (1/5): Bad - There were insects and ants in both the rooms we booked. The housekeeping lady was sweeping the room only after we arrived. There was some bad odour in the room. The bedsheets weren't changed and we asked them to change it but still torn bedsheets were given. Car parking was also not spacious. They can keep only 2 or 3 vehicles.

- Ankajan (1/5): Not worth for money - Nothing They charged extra money.I booked deluxe room with all their facilities but not provided A/C,they said need to pay 700 Rs then only remote control would come to room🤣& compulsory you can’t go below 20’C then ac will go off,Check out time staff on cash desk charged 1500 Rs extra.usually Indian hotels calculating check out time as 24 hrs period when you check in I check out 2 pm (14:00) He thought I checked in 12 pm so he charged 1500 rs extra then from the conversation he realised I check in 12 am (00:00)BUT he didn’t like to give that money back (I paid cash ) then he started to create the stories & bla bla Finally I left the money The people who working for luggage & other services were good Cashiers are too bad & rude,especially day time person DONT BE DELAY ONE MINUTE WHEN YOU CEHECK OUT & READ THE SERVICES WHEN YOU BOOK

- M (6/5): Pleasant - Just ok for a night. Hot water was available. Courteous staff. Towels were not clean. Blankets were totally not clean.Toiletries provided were not sufficient. Car parking is very limited.Key to be provided at reception for them move the car in case they ve move other cars.The vent of AC was placed at the toilet and keep dripping which was a disturbance.

However the small eatery just opposite this Hotel was OK for me as it gave hot local food at nominal cost. The adjacent street was littered with waste. The local municipality should ensure every one is responsible in disposing their waste.

The climbing steps is 2 minutes from the hotel and it’s excellent accessible to everything Nothing ! I wouldn’t say I didn’t like but parking is constrained to 5 cars ! But if it’s full they take you to the nearest parking just a minute away from the hotel

Hotel owner is one of the nicest person I met at Palani. He is caring and wants do value based business. I wish him good luck

In the beginning i thought it's okay, then the third time he came and while he is going, he said keep the door unlocked 🤷🏻♂️. C'mon. I said not possible, do your work after we check out. I don't know weather they realise the mistake they've done or not, he ain't came back till we checked-out after that. Should work on Hospitality 🙌🏻

- Srinivasan (1/5): Terrible people without any business ethics. - New property The room booked through Booking.com given to other customers and they allotted the simple hall with washroom and single cot in terrace.. no room service and not hot water for bath. Terrible experience, left with no option take what they offered in last minute.
