- Emma (5/5): Passable -
- Katie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dave (10/5): Cozy and comfortable - The decor, the location and the set up of the house
- Jacqueline (8/5): Very good - Clean, modern & well equipped The tea cannister was completely empty & there was only a spoonful left in the coffee container. The soap dispenser upstairs was empty & there was no shampoo either so we couldn't have a shower.
- Rachel (10/5): A very comfortable cottage run by a very helpful owner. - It is well positioned in the high street near the local store. It was very clean & comfortable.
- Linda (9/5): Superb -
- Nathan (7/5): Good - Stayed a few times and will again Property in need of a bit of love flickering lights and the shower tray was blocked so couldn't be long in shower to avoid flooding the house
- Gregory (7/5): Good Location for our visit to YSP. Well appointed but some minor problems with facilities. - can't comment on breakfast as this wasn't provided but local shop easy walking distance - well appointed with facilities. Well situated for our visit to the sculpture park Hard to fill kettle as the tap in the kitchen was very slow. The living room was a bit cold and noisy which came through the front door that would open onto the fairly busy road immediately outside - Maybe a Curtain could be fitted across this door to baffle the noise and keep more of the heat in? The Hot water system emits a very high pitch squeal - possibly the pump needs attention? the noise changes if you take a shower :) Some instruction left somewhere on getting access to the internet would be useful. The bedroom door was very difficult to open and close as it dragged heavily on the nice newly fitted carpet.
- Andrew (6/5): Ok for 1 night but certain things need some attention - The location was perfect for the wedding we attended
The kitchen area was homely There was a street lamp outside glaring in the window of both bedrooms
The blind didn’t block it out
The larger bed was too soft & uncomfortable
The bedding didn’t smell freshly laundered
The bathroom was tired looking & needed a good clean & some attention
- Kat (8/5): Great location - Location, open aspect of downstairs The shower needs a good clean/grout
- Harriet (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (8/5): Very good - Greay value for money.
Great location
Spacious, well equipped, clean apart from an odd discreet cobwebb. Getting hot water from a very gizmo kitchen sink. Gave up.
A couple of extra mugs and slotted spoon wouldn't go amiss.
- Anne (8/5): Good communication, nice location - Location was nice, and although our stay was very short, there was a nearby shop should we have needed anything during our stay. The owner was very communicative and flexible when we needed some changes to timings. Nothing to complain about. It met our needs.
- Jackie (9/5): Superb - It was ideally placed for the person we visited
- Anne (7/5): Good -
- Lucy (5/5): Unfortunately needs some work - Good location on the high street. Once there for 1 night so did the job. Was not very clean - arrived and there was a used dirty glass by the bed, hairs in the bed and a lot of dust on all light fittings. Walking in carpets with socks on made the bottom of socks grey with dust and dirt.
The upstairs doors are all very noisy (the hinges and very stuff and loud so the creek a lot)
Bedroom blinds do not block any light
The bed in the smaller bedroom was on a slant and broken
- Steven (8/5): Very good -
- Nathan (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and tidy nice home from home feel
- Christy (9/5): Very comfortable and good value for money - Spacious Digital tap in kitchen
- Josh (8/5): Very good -
- Serena (10/5): Excellent property, great stay - Fantastic value for money, huge living area and good sized bedrooms
