Gordon (9/5): Superb accommodation - The property was super spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean - hard to find fault with anything! Better communication as to where our cottage was located on site - nobody answered the phone number given to us to answer any questions/ problems
Payne (8/5): - The place itself it set in a lovely location, quite hard to navigate into by Google maps but found it eventually. The apartment we stayed in was very clean & well equipped. The only thing I had asked for was if they had any bedrooms downstairs for disabled facilities to make it an easier stay for an elderly relative but this wasn't dealt with. We saw no staff what so ever. No one came to check us in or check us out. It wasn't a great impression & put us off slightly. When I did contact them via phone. It took multiple times on different occasions to be able to even speak to anyone, which makes you feel like it was a scam etc. Thankfully it wasnt.

Kelly price-watts (10/5): - Love the place as a whole. We stayed in 5 Ascot, this had an accessible wet room downstairs with a double bedroom and 3 other bedrooms upstairs. We loved access to the games room (in the green building open untill 9pm), lovely surrounding walks. It was clean, comfy beds, and easy check in. We stayed in the 4 bedroom. The kitchen/dining area is really spacious leading out biofold doors on the patio area. There were sachets of milk in the fridge, along with tea and coffee and a few dishwasher tablets, 2 tea towels. It has a washer/dryer which was really handy. Free WiFi and Netflix and lots of other channels. The children loved playing on their scooters on the windy paths while we watched them from the terrace area. We turned up at night and it was so beautiful with the lit up fountains turned on. This is a beautiful spot and only 30 min drive from the world's highest Pontcysyllte Aqueduct. I would highly recommend this place. We stayed as 3 families so we split the cost which made it a really affordable getaway. (We took did a post on this on our Facebook Page on Whatsup Bedfordshire) Everything was perfect the only thing I would change is a bigger fridge as there were 8 of us. Apart from that it was excellent.
