• Ann (8/5): Fabulous clean spacious apartment with amazing views, fantastic location but interior very tired and outdated. - The property was very clean and spacious. Kitchen appliances spotless. Fabulous indoor space and beds clean and comfortable. Bathrooms lovely and having four full size bathrooms was a big bonus. Balcony very large with fantastic views. Apartment very central and within walking distance to the old town. Plenty of restaurants nearby all good quality food and supermarket 2mins walk away. Our host Jesus was so helpful and delightful. It was very dated and needed a refresh which would cost very little. Found dishes and glasses in cupboard very sticky and dirty had to be re washed before use. One glass had toothpaste stains around the rim. Curtains in very poor condition with holes and one was hanging from rail in main bedroom. Had to keep them closed at night with duck tape. Several wall plugs very dangerous also and not secured to wall in main bedroom. Handles on drawers broken. More bed pillows required and would have been better for sleeping as most of my friends holidaying with me sleep with two at home but only one supplied per bed and they were quite thin. Balcony furniture some chairs torn and unusable.

• Andreas (7/5): Good with limitations - The location was very nice and since it’s on the top floor we had a superb view over the sea. Also the price / value was very good. Communication with the host went well. The kitchen was fully equipped. A few things we did not like - bad smell in the staircase that enters flat - windows badly isolated therefore lots of noise - many things need fixing / repair, for example curtains, window blinds, etc.

• Erki (10/5): Exceptional - A huge terrace and a wonderful wiew of the sea and mountains. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It's the best apartment i've ever rented.
• Trish (10/5): Great location and comfortable digs for 7 neighbours sharing space - everything worked out fantastic - Jesus met us on arrival to hand us the keys and explain how everything worked. The apartment was laid out in a very easy to manage plan, 4B/4B with enough space for everyone to spread out and not feel on top of each other. Spacious balcony. Everything was great, comfortable accommodation, fantastic views, superb location - walkable to everything and even a Grannier Bakery close-by.
• Jocelyne (8/5): Despite the above comments we loved our stay at the Fuengirola Playamar. - The location is amazing. Incredible ocean view from the huge front balcony. Building is safe and quiet. Jesus and his wife were very helpful. The apartment needs renovation. The doors and some walls need paint. The sofa in the living room needs to be changed.
