• Carmen (7/5): Affordable pet friendly stay - It ticked all the boxes for us - an affordable, pet friendly stay relatively close to Edinburgh. Free parking on the street, and a beautiful view with Blackness Castle. Very thin blinds/drapes in both the bedroom and living room (where the sofabed is). You definitely need good drapes in Scotland to keep the rooms dark enough to sleep. The shower curtain rod was very flimsy and came falling down, needs some improvement.
• ALEXANDRIA (8/5): Relaxing get-away - Location was superb. Accommodation was good. Well maintained, very clean and welcoming. Would highly recommend. Need to invest in new blinds for the bedroom as the curtains are very thin so woke up very early with the bright light coming through the window.
• Isabel (5/5): Disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and the issues with the building maintenance. - Great location and view from the property. Generally clean with the exception of the sofa bed and bedding. Kitchen was adequate with everything needed. Towels supplied and clean and extra cleaning products and toiletries were a nice touch. The property isn’t suitable for 3 people. The ‘double’ bed is very small and the sofa bed isn’t adequate. The sofa bed is in dire need of a clean. The bedding provided for the sofa bed was unfortunately not clean. It had obviously not been changed. We went out and bought our own. A very stained pillow, a stained sheet and a quilt/cover that didn’t appear to be have been washed/changed. The hot water pressure was very poor, making showering almost impossible. The worst aspect of this property was by far the stairwell. It was very dirty and very!!! Smelly. Although not the hosts fault, the smell appeared to be coming from food recycling bins left on the landings by other residents in the building. This needs to be addressed as the smell was unbearable. We loved the location and the view but unfortunately would not stay here again and would not recommend for a party of 3

• Sabine (9/5): - Der Blick auf Blackness Castle und das Restaurant um die Ecke waren einmalig. Einen Parkplatz haben wir immer direkt vor dem Haus gefunden und war daher auch optimal. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr spärlich und viele Schränke sind einfach leer. Wir sind soweit zurecht gekommen, mussten aber echt improvisieren beim Kochen. Der Hauseingang ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber man wohnt ja nicht im Treppenhaus ;-) es war der dritte Stock, das ist vlt noch nennenswert. Wir sind mobil, daher war es kein Nachteil.

• Victoria (6/5): Würde ich wieder so buchen. - Lage und Apartment selbst waren top. Hundefreundlichkeit. Tolle Spazierwege. Das Treppenhaus war ziemlich verwohnt und die Anzahl der Stufen die zu bewältigen waren am Rande des Zumutbaren.

• Frank (6/5): Teure, sehr einfache Unterkunft an schöner Lage. - Schöne Lage, etwas abgelegen zwar, aber in naturnaher Umgebung direkt am Wasser. Der Pub in kleinen Ort ist sehr zu empfehlen, gutes Essen und angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr einfach, das Bett im Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen zu klein. Die Küche ist nur mit den allernötigsten Kochutensilien ausgestattet, die sehr billig wirken. Im Treppenhaus ist es schmuddelig.
• Andrea (8/5): Szép kilátás a tengerre - Ha autóval vagy, jó opció Edinburgh és Glasgow között. A lakás korrekt volt, használható konyhával és fürdővel. A kilátás klassz a tengerre. A kommunikáció írásban pontos volt, könnyen megtaláltuk mindent, a kulcs boxban volt az ajtónál, nem kellett alkalmazkodni senkihez. A ház nem túl bizalomgerjesztő, a lépcsőház kiábrándító, koszos és büdös, második emelet. Ehhez képest a lakás pozitív csalódás, a kilátás a tengerre valamennyire feledteti a külső körülményeket. 2 felnőtt 1 gyerekkel foglaltunk, a hálószoba ágy kicsi volt, így egyikünk a nappali kanapén aludt, ide nem volt ágynemű készítve.
• Lorraine (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely bright, comfortable apartment. Beautiful sea view, really handy for visiting Edinburgh . A castle at the end of the road and a great pub round the corner. There was nothing that I didn't like
