• Barbara (10/5): Urlaub in Monopoli - Die zentrale Lage war optimal, guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundigung von Monopoli. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, ca. 15 Minuten vom Bahnhof. Um die Ecke gibt es ein Café, ideal zum Frühstücken. Das Haus ist typisch für diese Gegend, das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Dächer bis zum Meer. Super fand ich auch die Betreuung des Vermieters, den ich jederzeit kontaktieren konnte. Er hatte mich auch am Anreisetag abholte, da aufgrund einer Zugverspätung, ich sehr spät ankam. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder!
• Lisa (7/5): - De locatie was fantastisch, uitzicht op de oude Duomo. De eigenaar tilde onze zware tas naar boven dat was heel vriendelijk. Overal TL licht, iets minder sfeer daardoor. Bed was wat hard, als de ander bewoog, bewoog je zelf ook.

Sam apartament czysty, wygodny i dobrze wyposażony. Gospodarz Cosmo zasługuje na szczególne wyróżnienie – bardzo pomocny, życzliwy i zawsze dostępny, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Zdecydowanie polecamy i chętnie wrócimy ponownie!

• Carolyn Eller (10/5): The most generous hospitality I have ever received while traveling - The property was on a very quiet street in prime location to visit visiting all that Monopoli has to offer. It was much more ideal to stay a few extra steps away from the city center because it was so quiet but still very close. The room was meticulously clean and has everything you need for a short day, including a small kitchenette, espresso machine, fresh towels, a balcony with clothes pins to hand dry your clothing, and air-conditioning. Most importantly, the host was one of the kindest, most helpful and generous people I have ever encountered while traveling. Very, unfortunately, my luggage was stolen the day before (at the Bari bus station, but Monopoli is very safe), and I arrived literally with the clothes on my back & my backpack with important travel documents. The host went above and beyond to support me as I secured everything I had just gotten stolen, including clothing & even calling a local optometrist to get me replacement contact lenses!! I have never met a more compassionate and generous host who went above and beyond to support me as I got back on my feet as I was only a few days into my trip to Italy. The accommodation alone is exceptional & lovely, but I have to emphasize the care and generosity I experienced, beyond simply a safe and comfortable place to sleep at night / rest during the day. Cannot recommend it more highly. Nothing negative to share.

• Mantas (10/5): - The location of the apartment is amazing, in the city center. Apartment itself is well equiped, the roof terrace is an amazing place to have a glass of wine at night. Cosimo is an exceptional host - he gave us tips about local beaches, restaurants and sights to see. He also helped us to recover a few items we left behind. No issues.

• Edit (10/5): A charming flat in Monopoli’s historic centre, with a beautiful terrace. - A lovely flat in the historic centre of Monopoli, comfortable, well-equipped, and tucked away on a quiet street. The beautiful terrace and charming atmosphere made us feel as though we’d stepped back in time. Our host, Cosimo, was fantastic and always ready with helpful advice whenever needed.
• Frédéric et Laurence (10/5): Bel emplacement pour un séjour dans les pouilles - Emplacement idéal dans le centre historique dans un immeuble typique. Appartement décoré avec soin et bien agencé avec meuble avec grands tiroirs et penderie dans la chambre, une grande salle de bains, un petit ban et porte vêtements dans la salle bien pratique. Cosimo était très à l’écoute envoyant des sms très réguliers pour savoir si tout allait bien si nous avions besoin de serviettes propres ou de quoi que ce soit. Monopoli est une ville stratégique pour visiter les pouilles, très sympa et vivante. Comme dans beaucoup de villes en Italie on ne pas se garer dans le centre historique ce qui nous a été expliqué avant notre arrivée. On trouve des places dans les rues avoisinantes.

• Daniela (10/5): Charming stay in the heart of Monopoli. - We had a wonderful stay in Monopoli! The property is in an excellent location, right in the heart of the historic center, which made it easy to explore the city on foot. Our host was incredibly welcoming and always made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful private terrace — it was a lovely spot to relax. Highly recommended!

• Catherine (8/5): Good but it could be great! - Property is in historic centre in a great location. Cosimo was very responsive and we were able to check in early which is a real bonus. The apartment was very clean. There was a lot of steps to property and more to the terrace. Also the sofa in the living area was so uncomfortable, it really needs to be replaced in my opinion. Kitchen utensils were very basic, for example, no kettle and we had to buy wine glasses.
