• Cristiano (1/5): esperienza assolutamente negativa perchè non gestita dal proprietario - posizione buona, appartamento buono senza colazione Gestione a carico di una società Vikey che dà per scontato che uno possa utilizzare il cellulare in viaggio (alla guida ) e con batteria a zero. Prima del check-out 10,30am si sono presentati entrando con le chiavi senza bussare in appartamento per le pulizie

La posizione è super comoda: in pochi minuti a piedi si arriva alla stazione Tiburtina e da lì ci si muove facilmente per tutta Roma. Spazi funzionali, arredamento curato e atmosfera rilassante. Un’ottima scelta per chi cerca comfort e praticità.

• Maryna (8/5): - shower is liking host is writing in italian (even though, we, as the majority of their guests, do not speak Italian) host is not reading messages (or not properly reading) does not answer questions and only sending templates.
• Iryna (3/5): Don’t recommend. Dirty place, people can enter the apartment without warning. Although the location is nice. - The good thing was the location - close to metro and bus station. And also nice access - all by the phone. No keys needed The place was dirty. The floor, the corners. Luckily we needed it for sleeping only. And then a cleaning happened. 🤦‍♀️ We weren’t warned about it in advance. In three days after arriving we came back pretty late and found the place in total disorder. Our stuff was on the floor, with blankets and pillows. The sheets on one bed were taken off, the other bed wasn’t touched. the clean sheets were put on the floor in a bag. The pillows were terribly dirty. One pillowcase was missing. So I had to do the beds and at least vacuum at 11 pm because the floors were terribly dirty. I texted immediately and the first answer was that no one entered the apartment. Then I sent pictures and they said that cleaners didn’t do the beds because there were our things on them. But for some reason it didn’t bother them when taking off the sheets from one bed and throwing our things on the floor along with the blankets and pillows. On the other hand, no one cleaned the bathroom or kitchen. So - I don’t recommend this property. It was my worst stay at the moment.
• Pariyar (9/5): Superb - Well equipped. Clean. Maintenance of wifi without informing us prior to the visit in the second day of our stay.

• Fabio (4/5): Disappointing - Vary average. The Appartment was not very clean and very cold the heating system was working very low just for few hours imagine to ave money for the landlord. As frequent traveler I don’t recommend this place.
• Christos (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment with all the nessesary stuff in. Friendly neighbours. Good location. Nearly there are markets, buses, metro station Quintiliani. It was not hot enough in the apartment. Central heating was working only fue hours and a/c not efficient enough. We was home only afternoons or evenings and we was expecting warmer atmosphere.

• Jasmin (9/5): Superb - In general, very satisfied with the flat. The couch in the living room is not suitable for 2 people to sleep comfortably. If you are booking this place for 4 people, keep this in mind. The bedroom is luxurious compared to the couch, so it’s a pity to not invest in a proper bed/couch for the living room.
