- Hasan (1/5): Bad - Room was very cold.Even that we stay in a closwd resataurant for 3 hours when we came back still i was freezing.Temp on termometer was 17 C but i think it was more cold.I tried to talk to them but nothing. On the middle of the night we were forced to find another hotel. When i wrote to them that i cant stay because its too cold and they need to refund the money they never wrote back.
- David (6/5): Pleasant -
- Martin (1/5): I would not use it nor for business nor holidays - they can not provide invoice - automatic entrance via codes all of the above, in addition, they can not issue invoices.
I arrived at night and there was no light
no way to pay the local taxes, nobody in the building to receive the payment
bathroom was wet and very very basic
- Victor (5/5): Very convenient for Fiera Milano, quiet place. - Location was perfect for the purpose of my visit. The bed was comfortable, and the communication with the landlady to facilitate acces to the accomoddation was good. It was cold. I understand that laws in Italy do not allow to put heating on before certain dates, but this made it very uncomfortable. There may be other ways to make it more comfortable (i.e. rugs or double glazing windows). The bathroom requires a fair amount of modernization.
- Alicia (7/5): Good -
- Inesa (1/5): Bad - Nothing Nothing clean not comfortable
- Aikaterini (4/5): Disappointing - The location is perfect if you are visiting the expo, about 10-15 walking. There was enough heating. Bed linens and towels were clean. The bus stop is very close, there is a decent pizza place nearby and a nice wine place with local wines. I wasn't expecting much, I chose this place because it's proximity to the fiera. It needs much more effort though in order to rent this place as a professional rental. I wonder how places like that get licences.... The bathroom was shared between 3 rooms and it was very old. I don't think that under any circumstances this bathroom can feel clean, it needs a total renovation in my opinion. But the first day it wasn't clean at all; the toilet was dirty, the faucets were covered with salts, the bathmats looked disgusting... I really didn't want to touch anything in there. And, there was no toilet paper in the morning. The second day it was much better, cleaner and there was toilet paper, but still not enough. Then, there was the room... The only light of my room was opening and closing from a switch outside the room. I really don't understand this, there should at least be a lamp on the bedside table. There were also smaller less important issues that made the whole experience more miserable: the furniture was old and felt random, the pillow was too thick, the floor could be cleaner, the walls were empty, the electrical outlet was small and I couldn't charge my laptop (I found only one round outlet in the bathroom)... Maybe I could have contacted the owner in order to fix some of these, but I honestly didn't know where to start. Even though this place was one of
the less expensive in the area, I don't think it was cheap enough in order to justify the overall experience. My opinion; this would be a great apartment for a fair priced long term rental to a family, or students. It shouldn't be rented professionally in this state.
- Virginia (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (9/5): location is great; room was fine, quiet, comfprtable. Water ws hot when required. - very nice neighbors; enjoyed my stay was difficult entreing due to no wlan in the All leading to the Pension. However, it was settled with emergency phone calls
- Ahsanud (6/5): Pleasant -
- Majid (1/5): Bad -
- James (5/5): Pleasant contact person-there is no staff otherwise. Low standard but within my budget. - I had a couple questions and problems. The contact person was always very quick to respond. Not very modern but fair/representative description offered on Booking.com site You get what you pay for.
- Patrick (10/5): Exceptional - charming, clean and comfy.
