• Maria-madalina (10/5): Very clean and well conected - We loved this place! Very clean and comfortable, you had everything you might need and the comunication was easy and very efficient. The flat is extremely well conected to the main attrections of Viena and the value for money is excelent.

Prysznic przeciekal mial byc nareperowany ale po moim wyjezdzie - woda leciala cala dobe. - w toaleciw bardzo zimno - tv bardzo stary, maly. Jesli masz pe drive i chcesz cos obejrzec nie ma szans.

• Giuseppe (10/5): Soggiorno stupendo. - Ci ha accolti la signora in tarda serata dopo una nostra richiesta causa volo serale. Gentilissima ci ha accolti e qualsiasi problema ci ha detto di chiamarla. Zona comodissima grazie alla linea 2 a pochi passi dalla struttura collegata benissimo con il centro città.

• Dirk (10/5): Zu dem Preis gibt es nichts besseres ! - Die Wohnung war Super eingerichtet. Alles mit 70er und 80er Jahre Charm. Voll ausgestattet . Ein Super Gastgeber sehr Hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank Herr Seethaler. Die Betten sind sehr weich!!!! Meine Frau hat die Matratze entfernt und auf dem Lattenrost geschlafen. Sie hat große Schlafprobleme.

• marilyn (10/5): - Très bon accueil de nos hôtes, je les remercie pour leur serviabilité. Le logement est très bien situé pour toutes les commodités.Il est spacieux et très bien équipé.Parfait !
• Dominique (9/5): - Bien qu'un peu éloigné du centre l'appartement est très bien desservi par le tram. L'ascenseur est bien pratique surtout lorsqu'on a de grosses valises. Le SPAR juste en face de l'appartement est très pratique. L'appartement est bien agencé avec la cuisine très fonctionnelle. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. On a regretté le peu de vaisselle, notamment les bols en nombre insuffisant (3), ce qui nous a obligés à faire la vaisselle tous les matins après le petit déjeuner. On a également regretté l'absence de rideaux plus épais pour couper la lumière de la rue.

• Tatsiana (10/5): Отличное место. Тихий район. Недалеко от центра. Чисто и комфортно. - Недалеко от центра. Хороший район. Рядом магазины SPAR and LIDL. Номер чистый, уютный, просторный. TV есть. Все есть для проживания (фен и утюг тоже был). Парковка закрытая подземная недалеко от номера (платная). Хозяин номера подождал немного для заселения, приезжали позже назначенного времени. Рядом есть очень классная кафе на террасе. (на перекрестке) Готовят вкусно, порции большие. (Beer Space - Wattgasse 52, 1170 Wien, Австрия) Без проблем
• José María (10/5): - Molt ben ubicat. Ample, confortable i ben equipat. Molt bona atenció i explicacions de transports i pàrking. Per dir alguna cosa, caldria renovar un poc utensilis de cuina. Tot i això, per repetir i recomanar. Relació qualitat preu òptima.
• Andreas (8/5): Alles bestens, gerne wieder 👍🏻 - Sehr netter und informativer Gastgeber, versorgte uns bei der Ankunft mit tollen Tipps rund um die Unterkunft und rund um gute und günstige bürgerliche Küche in Wien. Lage der Unterkunft ist toll, ruhige Umgebung, trotzdem Straßenbahnstation direkt am Eck und U-Bahn Station in der Nähe. Einrichtung der Unterkunft ist eher schlicht aber auf jeden Fall ausreichend 😉 Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen 👍🏻

• Esteban (8/5): Very nice stay. Quite place and the host is committed to provide a nice experience. - Nice apartment, well equipped and very comfortable. Shower is not draining properly.
• Malarvizhi (3/5): Very FAR with limited connectivity. NO FAN / NO AIRCONDITIONING. On main road - NOT QUIET - Apartment was clean. Seems well equipped and spacious but lacked some important items such as No Fan / No air conditioning. No Safety deposit box (there is misleading information in the property listing that a Safety deposit box is available). - No safety lock on the door, which felt unsafe for a solo female traveller - NO Air conditioning / NO FAN. In Summer, apartment was stuffy and made it very difficult to sleep. Upon requesting a Fan, property owner provided a dismissive responsive saying "I sleep without a Fan, so, You sleep without a Fan". - Opening the window made it very noisy and significantly interrupted sleep, as the property is on a main road - No safety deposit box in property (misleading information in the property listing that a Safety deposit box is available). - Location QUITE FAR from the City centre. minimum 25 minutes additional travel time from the City centre - Tram station and bus stop close by, their connectivity is limited - There were two connecting doors within the apartment, which raised questions on where it connects to and who has access to the apartment, which made me feel unsafe. - Property owner's availability is limited, which could potentially cause issues to travellers for check-in and check-out. - Towels were very worn out and rough; No body-wash in bathroom. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR SOLO TRAVELLERS OR FOR TOURIST ACTIVITIES.

• Camila (10/5): Amazing! Would go back for sure! - They weeere very friendly and understandable in regards to us being late due to traffic. The instructions were very clear and the apartment is amazing! The bus stop is in front of the apartment, there are also supermarkets and restaurants. We would book again for sure in the next time in Viena I think the only thing is the toilet is separate form the shower and there is no heat in there so it was a little bit cold.
