• Nargiz (6/5): В Генуе мы заплатили на 2 ночи чтобы побыть но сам город нам не понравил ся поэтому побыли ночь и уехали. - Недалеко от центра Вай фай не работал, до 3 го этажа было слишком сложно подниматься без лифта, ступенек очень много с чемоданом очень сложно. Полотенца воняли от того что хорошо не были просушаны.
• Olena, Kostiantyn (7/5): - Понравилось только месторасположение Не было указано, что квартира находится так высоко Очень тяжело было тащить чемодан. Не было чайника, пришлось греть воду в кастрюле. Не было микроволновки, духовой шкаф не работал. Также нет стиральной машины.
• Edyta (10/5): Bardzo wygodne mieszkanie w samym sercu Genui, idealnie na poby. - Mieszkanie w klimatycznych, wąskich uliczkach starego miasta było przestronne, czyste, świetnie wyposażone i przygotowane na nasz przyjazd. Obsługa była przemiła, a całość – od wnętrza po klatkę schodową – prezentowała się schludnie i przyjemnie. Dodatkowym atutem była lokalizacja blisko Piazza De Ferrari. Nie ma nic, co mogłoby mi się nie podobać – wszystko było w porządku.

• Madalina (9/5): We more than loved it! - We couldn’t have wanted a more central location! The apartment was clean and spacious, we had a blowdryer, coffee and a moka pot were such a nice addition every morning and the host answered all our questions in a friendly and clear manner. What we loved most was that the keys give you access to a little booklet with rules, recommendations for restaurants and nicr places (so many!) and tips and tricks for your trip. That was lovely! This was just confusing, but we thought there would be a washing machine since there is one in the photos. But there was none in the apartment, only a washing service offered that would cost extra. So we washed our clothes in the sink.
• Pietraggi (8/5): - Casa molto accogliente e in comoda posizione al centro. Pulita, abbiamo apprezzato il bagno grande ed il soggiorno ampio. Non abbiamo visto i proprietari ma ci hanno dato assistenza puntuale e precisa su tutto L'appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore, non ci era stato comunicato. Per noi nessun problema, ma dovrebbe essere segnalato. Un suggerimento... se ci fosse l'aria condizionata sarebbe perfetto! I ventilatori non fanno granché purtroppo.

• Marko (9/5): Superb - The location of the flat is excellent, you are in the middle of the downtown. In addition to host of places to go out, there are 2 supermarkets nearby. Instructions on how to get into the flat and check out were excellent. The only drawback was absence of air conditioner, but it wasn't promised either.
• Martin (7/5): Could be better - Decent sized apartment in a good location for getting around Genova. Two electric fans in the apartment, which was much needed. WiFi kept cutting out. Not the cleanest place I’ve stayed in. The plant pot on top of the fridge needs a good dust. Top floor apartment with no lift, 70 steps in total. Quite tiring after a full day of walking around. Ground floor of the building smells damp. No kettle in apartment.

The appartment wasn't perfectly clean, there were crumbs in the kitchen and "bedside table" was dusty. The advertisement doesn't say, but the appartment is on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

• Erna (10/5): Exceptional - Very welcoming and attentive host. We traveled from Rome and visited Florence, but Genoa truly gave us the feeling of Italy and its spirit. The apartment is clean and cozy, right in the heart of the city, with everything just minutes away. Spacious bathroom, comfy bed — a tourist’s dream! Thank you, Eva, we'll be back soon! P.S. Just around the corner is the famous Ligurian restaurant "MangiaBuono" and nearby, the seafood spot "Antico Osteria di Vico Palla" — highly recommended!
• Lay (8/5): Large and located in the historic center - It was huge and also located in the historic area. So in that sense it was convenient. The apartment was nice and comfy! Clean, too. It was not easy dragging luggage up and down the nearby streets when arriving at the apartment. Also the host can sometimes take too long to respond (exceeding the 24 hour time limit suggested by booking.com). The host could have been more forthcoming with information. Also, the Wi-Fi information they gave was wrong to begin with but they displayed it in the apartment and asked the guest to follow those instructions. I followed up and they updated it, saying they had changed the modem just 1 day ago (but then why not say so from the beginning?) I would like to state that businesses need to constantly improve by reflecting on whether or not there is room for improvement.
• Kirsten (10/5): Fantastic :) - For anyone who really wants to immerse themselves in the picturesque, beautiful old town of Genoa, this is an absolute must! A cozy, spaclous apartment, with good facilities on an excellent location. The first day I was nowhere without my navigation, but I soon felt at home, and occasionally let myself get lost in all the bustling streets and alleys. Unfortunately and unexpectedly, also for very the helpful host, the WiFi wasn't working. This problem could not be solved during my entire stay.

• Andrii (9/5): I recommend this apartment for both long and short term stays. - Nice modern apartment, spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, the location is perfect, - 5 minutes of walking from the Cathedral and the central square. The heating boiler was working loudly. We could not swich on the hair dryer in the bathroom because the plug did not fit into the socket.

• Alexandru (10/5): Perfect for us! - We thoroughly enjoyed the historic city center, and the location of our accommodation was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed and looked great, but most importantly, it was extremely clean. We loved being able to make coffee every morning before heading out to explore, as the kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the apartment was airy, with plenty of storage for a longer stay. If we really wanted to complain about something, the only issue might be the lack of an elevator, which isn’t necessarily related to the accommodation itself (it’s just that Genoa can be exhausting!). Additionally, we would have preferred to have a TV in the bedroom, although the one in the living room was perfectly fine.
• Natalie (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was very lovely. Lots of room, very clean and very comfortable bed. I travelled as a female solo traveller and felt quite unsafe in the area. This lead me to leave early unfortunately. I would keep this in mind if travelling alone, particularly as a female and potentially look at staying more so on a Main Street where you do not need to walk through any alleyways.

• Peter (10/5): Comfortable and Spacious Flat in Old City Center - An extremely spacious apartment with both a large bed and a very comfortable couch bed. Once we got in contact with the staff running the place, we got all of the information we needed to easily access the apartment, in addition to some suggestions around the town. The bathroom was huge as well with a great shower. A Moka pot in the kitchen let us start the day with coffee as well. Further, being located in the center of the old city makes it easy to access all kinds of different restaurants and attractions, and I think it's the most characteristic part of Genoa. The flat isn't air conditioned but there is a fan for ventilation and it was not so hot when we arrived at the end of the day. The stairs are fairly large for accommodating luggage but there is no other option than several flights of stairs.
• Rebecca (8/5): Great location, wonderful city. - Location was good, it allowed easy exploration of the city. Host was excellent. Equipped with everything you need. Would stay again, Genova is fantastic! Apartment on 3rd floor with no elevator, no car access due to narrow streets makes it tricky with luggage. Noise from within apartment building and local restaurants, and childcare meant it was not a quiet location for sleeping. However, its in a busy city.

So great that we were surprised to wake up and find a school under the windows - could not hear any children because of double windows. WiFi good, big fridge, washing machine, moka pots in different sizes, ground coffee, The flat has everything, however we felt it could do with a gas lighter - the sparking on the gas didn't work.
