• Anonymous (9/5): Wonderful experience in Belgium - The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay. It us a minor thing, but if possible, I would have liked blinds on the partition between the bedroom and the bathroom.
• Fabien (10/5): Exceptional - Nice & spacious apartment located in Ixelles, walking distance from Cimetière d’Ixelles where a lot of bars & restaurants are available. Supermarket 2 min walk. Bus line 95 can drive to the city center or to the Fox food market. Bus stop 1 min from the apartment. Possibility to have safe parking for additional cost. The apartment has a lot of light, good beds, good sound insulation even with trains passing on the back. It is not directly on the street so less noisy. Great kitchen and big table for family dinner. We were 8 and we fully comfortable using the convertible coach. The guests have been great, available and caring for us.

Bus stop 20 seconds walk & train station 8 minute walk. Immaculately clean. Robe was easy to contact & very prompt with help.

• Viktoriya (7/5): Good - You have a wonderful opportunity to truly experience the atmosphere of Brussels. Imagine listening to trucks unloading at night — if you’re a heavy sleeper, this will definitely help you wake up, as the noise is quite loud. Wake up to the cheerful conversations of people who have parked nearby — thanks to the thin walls, you can even hear their phone calls. Enjoy the sounds of trams or trains passing by so close, and try to predict their schedule. And as a bonus, a child will start running and playing at 6:30 a.m., adding a special touch to your morning. So, be ready for an eventful week full of experiences! The hosts are indeed generous. For three people staying seven days, they provide five whole packets of coffee and three packets of sugar, each a full gram — such a thoughtful gesture! They’ve also made sure to provide four dishwasher tablets, so you won’t be overburdened with dishwashing. (And it also gives you a chance to practice some DIY repairs.) And let’s not forget the stove — it adds a special charm to the kitchen. Just make sure to bring your own lighter or matches, and you’ll easily enjoy the cooking process. In addition to all of this, there are real positives. The apartment has an interesting design, creating a nice atmosphere. However, if you’re traveling with family, the bathroom, which is behind glass, might not be very convenient, especially if there are more than two of you and you’re a couple. The kitchen looks nice, though it’s worth noting that, overall, the apartment left us with less than favorable impressions. It certainly has its charm, but if you’re looking for a more comfortable place to stay, you might want to consider other options.

The beds are incredibly comfortable, the Wi-Fi connection is top-notch, and the apartment is wonderfully warm. Having a garden in the city is a delightful bonus. I highly recommend it!

• Malcolm (1/5): Strive and maintain tenancy of the property are very poor and feels unsafe being unlockable. - Property has good potential. Two doors to the outside could not be shut, let alone locked. They opened onto balconies but could potentially still be accessed so it felt unsafe. Many maintenance aspects are required: the outside furniture was broken and dangerous to sit on. Some wardrobe doors were unattached and could fall on someone if touched. The keys were not in the lock box as arranged. The stove top lighter doesn't work and no matches were supplied.

Not required to do any special preparation or cleaning on departure. Big refrigerator and freezer, good wifi. Main bedroom shower pressure from the top was inadequate, so we used the hand wand instead.

• Hollie (10/5): Beautiful Apartment for Groups - The property was extremely well presented inside, somehow even nicer than the photos. The location was great, very close to a bus stop that was direct to the city centre. It was hot in the apartment even with the use of fans and it wasn’t particularly hot weather. It was just a slight drawback.

• Wiyada (7/5): Good - Close of supermarket. The electricity in the house shut it down while we were eating breakfast. and fixing is quite slow, causing us to miss the tour as arranged. And shut down again on day 2 in a row before finding out the cause was from the hotel's toaster. The owners should pay attention to making corrections in a timely manner.

• Zulfikar (10/5): So beautiful! Huge appartments, very comfy beds and feel very safe! - This place is huge! Very modern appartment, clean and comfy beds! Very safe place too as there is a fence before entering the appartment building, there is also a parking spot we used, very close to places to shop and eat, guests are very communicative and answering very fast to our questions! Wheter business or holiday I will not hesitate to book this place again! Nothing to add!
