• Jono (10/5): Very nice. Location a little further away but the price and scooter helped with this. Would recommend staying here. - Pool was very nice (helped that no one else was there when we were so we had it all to ourselves). Staff were super helpful. Bed was nice, mini bar well stocked, toilet was good and clean too. The shower didn’t drain properly. After about 4-5 mins, the shower would fill up and threaten to spill out into the rest of the bathroom. It did drain eventually but couldn’t keep up with the shower. Had to keep our showers short as a result. The beach club’s loud music nearby could certainly be heard but I think it stopped around 11pm. It didn’t interrupt our sleep.
• Bindi (9/5): - Very relaxing, staff were super helpful and accommodating organising a scooter and giving recommendations. Room was lovely with great aircon, super comfortable bed and a beautiful setting. Pool was lovely with some shaded areas and sunbeds. Hair went a bit green in the pool which wasn’t ideal, however the pool was nice and deep and a lovely temperature for a dip!

• Clair (5/5): Great stay but a lack of attention to detail. - Beds were very comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly. Good location. Quiet and peaceful. Nice pool area Cleaning was sub-standard. Basic tasks were not adhered to. Dirty towels were put back on the towel rail, bins were not emptied etc
• Marianne (10/5): Alles perfekt. - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten das Glück, dass wir die einzigsten Gäste waren. Pool und die ganze Anlage haben uns alleine gehört. Falls alle 4 Bungalows belegt gewesen wären, wäre die Anlage schon etwas eng gewesen. Das Personal super freundlich. Alles sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
• Rosie (8/5): Our stay was very enjoyable and the staff here are helpful. Rooms were quite small but did the job for only a few nights - Very calm and quiet location, we felt relaxed here as there are only 4 huts on the complex. Clean. Helpful and attentive staff who work here! Yoga studio next door. The property was accessed via a dirt track, slightly out of the way of the way restaurants/ shops but not too far. This track was pitch black during the night but only took a few mins to walk through. The huts were also quite small.

• Lisa (7/5): Eher enttäuschend - Wir hatten einen insgesamt gemischten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Einige Dinge haben uns gut gefallen: Das Mückennetz über dem Bett war sehr hilfreich, der Pool angenehm zum Entspannen und die Dusche im Bungalow war schön geräumig. Auch die Lage ist praktisch – die Hauptstraße ist schnell zu erreichen – und der Wasserspender im Hotel war ein echtes Plus. Allerdings gab es auch mehrere Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben. Der Bungalow war SEHR dunkel, da kaum Licht vorhanden war, und es gab so gut wie keine Ablagemöglichkeiten – kein Kleiderschrank und kaum Platz, um Kleidung oder andere Dinge ordentlich zu verstauen. Zudem war die Umgebung extrem laut: In der Nähe befindet sich eine Bar bzw. ein Restaurant mit täglich sehr lauter Musik am Abend. Der Bungalow ist leider sehr hellhörig, sodass die Ruhe am Abend oft eingeschränkt war. Für Familien mit Kindern ist die Unterkunft aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht geeignet. Ein weiteres Problem war die Klimaanlage, die in unserem Bungalow nicht richtig funktionierte. Uns wurde zwar ein Wechsel in einen anderen Bungalow angeboten, doch diese waren ebenfalls nicht kühler. Durch die schlechte Dämmung geht die gesamte Kühlung verloren, sodass es im Bungalow dauerhaft sehr warm bleibt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war grundsätzlich freundlich, allerdings wirkte das Personal vor Ort bei den Bungalows nicht besonders aufmerksam. Viele Mitarbeiter grüßten nicht und wir hatten leider stellenweise das Gefühl, nicht wirklich willkommen zu sein. Insgesamt würden wir diese Villa nicht mehr buchen, da es deutlich bessere auf Nusa Lembongan gibt.

• Martijn (4/5): Average place, close to the swamp. - The place looks beautiful, and the pool is nice and refreshing. The staff wasn’t welcoming at all. There was big difference in our welcome and with other guests. We just got ignored. Especially the day that friend of the owner arrived. They got welcomed like they were kings. We didn’t have that at all. Also we booked for 5, but the 5th bed wasn’t ready. We needed to bag them to set it up at 9 in the evening, when the kids wanted to sleep. Also, if you can’t handle mosquitoes, don’t stay there. It’s very close to the mangroves. Last comment is about the owner. She stays in the big villa on the property and feels herself very important. She’s not friendly and her voice is annoying.

The bungalows are stunning, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Everything feels warm and welcoming from the moment you arrive. Perfect location—quiet yet close to great restaurants and beautiful beaches. Total heart-stealer!

When we were leaving we noticed some of our clothes were missing, we assumed that maybe staff took to laundry (even though we did not ask and were unaware) we asked the manager if she had seen or maybe misplaced any clothes, and she said no (about 5-6peices of missing clothes)
• Katarina (6/5): It was ok. - The room vas nice, the pool was good. We had fresh drinking water supply. The water in the shower and sink was filtered too. We didnt like the smell in our room. But all the rooms smelled the same, like and old wood. There was construction right behind us, so it vas noisy from early morning. We lacked some fecilities. Not possible to have breakfast or any meal, because there was no restaurant.

If you’re after something quieter it’s it the best place as there’s a fair bit of noise around (completely fine for us!). Teguh and his team were very helpful :) It’s pretty warm despite the air con - either it needs a service or the insulation is not right but it can get very warm in the villa
• Lisa (10/5): Perfect island holiday. - This property is just perfect. The whole place has been renovated recently and feels brand new. The rooms are beautifully presented and very peaceful as is the whole place. The attention to detail in all regards is impressive, from the choice of linen to the daily maintenance of the garden and pool. The staff were very kind and helpful. We were very grateful to be looked after by Teguh and Wayan.

• Emma (10/5): Absolutely loved our stay at Tropica Tranquility, a calm little oasis on Nusa Lembongan. - The beautiful spaces - the rooms, bathrooms, common areas and pool. A fridge in the kitchen would have been handy.
• Amy (7/5): Nice but needs some improvements - The room was nice and big, there was a nice communal area if you wanted to go. The room always felt dirty, especially the floor. This area is very dusty so that may explain it, but feet were always filthy after stepping out of shower- which had a broken handle the whole time we were there. There was some miscommunications around transport- we asked for scooters and arranged 10am delivery, at 10.06 pn the day we were told none were available. Annoying as it messed up our plans. Also, it wasn't clear from our conversation what kind of scooter we needed. We were told to only get mopeds, so we kept asking people but they were confused. So we hired electric ones as advised by the host to realise they run out of battery so quickly, and ended up hiring a normal one the next day. If we had been told to do this day one it would have been better. The room is opposite a club that on full moon days has a party which you can hear until 2am. The bar next door plays music until about 9pm.

• Megan (9/5): A hidden paradise on Nusa Lembongan - Sparkling clean with a comfortable bed and beautiful furnishing! The indoor/outdoor bathroom was lovely. Hot water ran out quickly. We couldn’t swim the first day as the pool was still being cleaned.

A bit overpriced for what is offered. Associated with a laundry service that is really bad, so be aware. Some of our clothes came back bleached.

The room was beautiful with crisp white sheets and fluffy towels. I would definitely recommend a stay at this little gem. Nothing. Really couldn’t fault it.
