• Océane (7/5): - La localisation est très proche du centre ville, en 5 minutes on était dans la rue principale de Myeong-dong! C'était vraiment très pratique pour prendre le métro. La chambre était propre et bien aérée. La salle de bain est vraiment petit. Il faut faire très attention quand on prend la douche de ne pas mouiller les toilettes et le papier toilette qui étaient juste à côté. Une fois les lits étalées, on a à peine assez d'espace pour se tenir debout dans la chambre.

• Viviana (10/5): - La ubicación es lo que más resalto. Cerca de casi todo. La pareja que lo administra super amable. No es necesariamente un problema, pero tienen self-check-in. El día de mi llegada, iba a ir al concierto de BTS en Goyang y pensé en enviar las valijas por servicio privado desde el aeropuerto, así no tenía que ir y volver a Seoul. Pero no iban a poder recibirlas, así que tuve que optar por reservar otro lugar en Goyang.

• Jhett Lawrence Willkom (9/5): - Super convenient accommodation within Seoul city. All the nearby shops are diverse and a lot of choices when it comes to food. The room I had is spacious enough for 1 person. Cold/warm water dispenser is available in the corridor. There are also paper cups, tea and sugar provided (which I really loved). The bed is a little bit rough. I don't think most people would like the floor futon but I'm used to it so I had some decent sleep. No shower towels are provided so bring one. There are face towels/hand towels provided in the room though.

• take (6/5): 2人だと狭いかな。1人で行くなら全然問題ないと思います！ - 明洞駅からめちゃくちゃ近い。最低限の設備（シャワー・トイレ・テレビ・冷蔵庫・テレビ・Wi-Fi）はある。ウォーターサーバーもある。共用部分は行ってないのでわかりませんが、ゲストハウスとはいっても完全個室なのでプライバシーは確保できます。フロントの人も優しいです。とにかく安い！ タオルは必要以上は頼まないで欲しいという感じです。言えばくれるとは思いますがフェイスタオル2枚（1名につき）なので、バスタオルが必要な人は持って行った方が良いです。床の上に直に布団を敷くタイプの部屋だったので、その下に敷くマットレスが欲しかった。枕は低くてやわやわなので、硬い枕が好きな人はなにかしら持っていくと良いかな。駅から近いのですが急な坂道を上る必要があるのでスーツケース重いとやや大変です。５F建てなのにエレベーター無しなのでスーツケース運ぶのは上階の人はきついかも。今回は２Fにしてもらえましたので大丈夫でしたが。。全部の部屋を見てませんが、私たちが泊まった部屋は布団を2枚敷いたら床がすべて隠れるぐらいの狭さだったのでスーツケース広げっぱなしは無理でした。

• Andrea (7/5): Very good location - Excellent location, very quiet, easy check-in The bed is a futon on the floor, so it is not comfortable for Westerners. The room was not cleaned during my 4 day stay. There was no wardrobe and no coat hanger in the room. Plenty of towels, but very small sized. There are waste bins in the room, but you are not allowed to leave even an empty plastic bottle, so you do not know where to throw your waste.
• K.Kunsulu (9/5): Рекомендую - Гостевой дом превзошел ожидания. Понравилось все- чистый номер, тихо, безопасно, очень близко к метро (exit 2). В шаговой доступности от гостевого дома есть все -кафе, закусочные, пекарня, магазины. Небольшим неудобством оказался не очень плотный матрас. Даже мне, привыкшей спать на полу, а не на кровати, матрас показался тонковатым. Было бы лучше, если под него хоть что-то стелилось- палас или мат. В комнате - просторный шкаф, маленький холодильник, столик, фен, мыло-моечные средства в ванной. Горячая, холодная вода, чайник и микроволновка в общей зоне. Насчет маленького полотенца было много отзывов. Да, они маленькие, но их вдоволь, и их готовы менять каждый день. Отдельная благодарность хозяину дома за помощь с подъемом чемодана! Очень выручил. И еще. Можно оставить чемодан до заселения или после выселения на хранение. Тоже очень удобно. -

• _ (8/5): RECOMMENDED - Although here they prepared futon, but hey it still comfort to sleep in. Like old fashioned but still really comfy. The staff even help me to take my luggage down the stairs as he is around doing his chores. Yes, they is no lift but the stairs not so tiring. You guys can take a break if really exhausting. For the location, this place is really near by the Myeongdong station, all the convenience stores, Myeongdong street, Olive Young and etc, just name it. I hope there is more space in a room for 2 peoples. We tried to switch on the tv but cant watch it, dont know why

Ho prenotato tramite Booking.com per un gruppo di 16 persone, in qualità di capogruppo di un’agenzia di viaggi, aspettandomi camere spaziose con letti singoli come descritto nell’annuncio. La realtà, purtroppo, è stata ben diversa: stanze molto piccole e sistemazioni con futon, assolutamente non in linea con quanto pubblicizzato. Una discrepanza così evidente crea disagi seri, soprattutto quando si viaggia in gruppo. Consiglio maggiore trasparenza nella descrizione delle camere per evitare spiacevoli sorprese.

• PENNY (10/5): Cozy Korean House - It was really cozy room, traditional Korean style. The floor really warm and comfortable. Friendly staff, always check and made sure if my stayed was smooth. Changed towels and cleared rubbish everyday.

The property is well located and easily connects to the main attractions. The staff is super helpful and the place is cozy. The shower leaks into the room, so a little bit of attention to that could be great, but it was just a minor detail.

• Hui (5/5): - 住明洞時我特別喜歡王子飯店後這一區住宿，鬧中取靜，吃喝購物都非常方便，在明洞不用擔心獨行一個人吃飯問題，購物完東西太多可以馬上送回去不用提大包小包，而且機場巴士及地鐵也特別近，房間雖然不大但是非常非常乾淨，滿足交通住宿吃喝玩樂各種條件 因為我的膝蓋關節及脊椎有不同程度受損，傳統韓式地舖及盤坐對我來說非常辛苦，因為我只要坐下就無法爬起來，這對我的膝蓋及脊椎造成很大的壓力，所以即使非常乾淨及方便我下次應該沒辦法再考慮

Az üveg fürdőszoba ajtót be se lehet csukni, így a másik előtt kell WC-zni, tusolni. Az ablak olyan koszos, hogy ki se lehet látni rajta. A reggeli takarításra ébredhetsz, mert minden behallatszik az ajtón (helyi zenére takarít). Olyan vékony volt a futon, hogy mindenünk fájt az alváskor. Az ágynemű nem a teljes takarót és párnát fedi, így a higiénia nem megnyugtató. A törölköző olyan apró, hogy a hátadat se takarja be.

The host was very helpful and welcoming, loved sleeping on (2) futons and the floor heating. We had our privacy, the room was warm and cozy, we had all that we needed. I would come back.

Stacja metra i przystanek z autobusem na lotnisko w odległości mniej niż 5 minut. Ciekawe doświadczenie spania na tradycyjnych materacach. Było ogrzewanie podłogowe, więc było ciepło spać na podłodze. Bezproblemowy samodzielny chekin i checkout. Dystrybutor z wodą, kawa herbata na korytarzu. Lodówka i suszarką w pokoju. Dostępne szampony, żel pod prysznic, a nawet odżywka do włosów. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem, szybko odpowiada przez booking. Na dwie osoby pokój trochę za ciasny. Przy rozłożonych materacach nie dało się rozłożyć z bagażami. Ale jak na 1-2 noclegi, by głównie zwiedzać miasto dało radę. Poszewki i pościel czysta, ale widać było dawne plamy.

• Ranit (6/5): Central location in a myeongdong but only suitable for budget traveller willing to accept some discomfort. - Centrally located, affordable pricing and friendly and helpful manager. 24 hr Access to tea, sachet packet coffee and water Room and bathroom was very small making sharing with another person challenging, futon bed was thin so floor heating permeated through the bed and made sleeping through the night very uncomfortable. Water noise from upstairs room could be loudly heard in our room due to the way the waste piping was run. Towels wet essentially the size of hand towels. Thin walls meant creaking Cupboard door opening in the next room could be clearly heard in our room.

• MAYU (8/5): コスパ最高 - とにかく明洞駅から近くて便利。それなのに周囲は全く騒がしくない。タオルも毎日新しいものに交換してもらえる。オンドルで暖かいし、エアコンを使わないので乾燥しない。オーナーはとても良い人。 コスパ最高です。 壁がとても薄いので、隣の部屋の声が丸聞こえ。運が悪いと、0時過ぎまで話し声やテレビ（スマホの動画？）の音が聞こえて眠れない。エレベーターが無いので、上層階の人は大変かもしれない。
