• Aileli (8/5): Puhkuse pesa - Mulle meeldis, et väike mõnu pesa, kus aeg maha võtta. Väga hea asukoha peal - raudtee jaama lähedal, kauplus kohe nurga taga, söögikoht raudtee jaamas. Personal oli väga sõbralik ja hooliv, sh viisakas. Sisse- ja välja registreerimine oli mugav ja kiire. Tekikoti materjal oli kehale ebameeldiv. Ja kahjuks kasutatakse voodipesu pesemisel väga tugeva lõhnaga pesuvahendit - see ei sobi kõigile (sh mulle), silmad hakkasid sügelema nt. Naabrite õhtule jooks häiris veidi, samas mõistsime, et see on loomulik osa elust.

• LEO (9/5): excellent place to stay when in Elva - i have booked this bed-sit for the fourth or fifth time now. if it wasn't up to my expectations i would do that, would i. the best thing is the location: opposite the train and bus station and close to the supermarkets and shops. can't think of anything

• LEO (9/5): als je in Elva moet zijn, dan is dit de beste optie - de locatie is voor mij het belangrijkste: in het centrum van Elva en tegenover het treinstation en de belangrijkste bushalte. p.s. de bijgevoegde foto's zijn van huizen in de omgeving. ik kan niets bedenken.

• Judith (5/5): A property with great potential….. - This apartment has a lot of potential. It has the convenience of being on the ground floor plus a lovely view over the park. It is light and spacious. Many facilities were listed that weren’t there: seating area, sofa, outdoor dining area, city views, coffee machine, stovetop (there was a small, single plug in hot plate), hairdryer, fan. The photos showed 3 of food (no meal option with this property), 4 of outside views and 1 of folded towels on the bed. Nothing of the inside. The bed is a small, uncomfortable, fold out sofa. The property would benefit from having an actual bed. The dust and cobwebs between the windows and outside the door need removing. It is a good property that could be much better with very little effort or expense.
• Leo (10/5): if you want to be in a beautiful, small town, then Elva is surely the place to be. - the location is superb. the studio is big enough and adequately furnished. coffee, tea and sugar upon arrival. -
• Kadi (8/5): Fantastic location and lovely house - The location and the house were just fantastic. The privacy and the vicinity of the park and greenery as well as the Lake Arbi were excellent. All the necessary is available in the apartment and fully-equipped kitchenette. There is TV as well. The walls need to be cleaned up. The bed was very uncomfortable and hard, the pillows were not fluffy enough. The bedlinen could be more soft and should feel fresh and clean.
• Sonja (9/5): We loved the apartment's location and cozyness!! - It had everything we needed and you could not ask for a better location. The host was responsive and the property had beautiful views of trees and a garden and was nice and sunny. it was very easy to walk to the shops and located near a beautiful lake and walking trails. We could not ask for a better location!

• Horst (7/5): Good - We are very glad with this nice apartment so close to where our son and his family live. In this way we can spend some weeks together ❤️ We would have liked normal chairs to sit . There were two high bar chairs and one normal chair at a low table. And that chair was not stable enough for normal use. It was build to fragile.
• Leo (7/5): the price is right - the location for me is excellent since it's opposite the bus and train station. shops are in the vicinity with a small local supermarket opposite. all the flats in this building are centrally heated. unfortunately the council cut the heating due to an overload of demand as temperatures suddenly dropped overnight to -20 and the pumps of the heating station couldn't cope (not only for this studio but elsewhere as well). but the owner promptly brought in a portable electric radiator which alleviated the problem. this situation was beyond the owner's powers but thanks to her, the inside temperature became bearable. had i stayed here in the summer, i would have given my stay at this property an 8 or maybe more. Elva in the winter is fairly quiet and nothing is going on, but you can go for winter walks everywhere.
