- Liz (9/5): Fabulous apartment in a perfect location. - The location was absolutely fantastic. Short walk to the beach, shops, tavernas, castle, tram an beautiful market. Couldn’t be bettter! Little noisy weekends during the evening late into the night, but to be expected because of the great location. Also a little building work going on during the day. None of which was a problem. The sun was shining so all was good!

Good security at the apartment..
- Milena (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and comfortable apartment, one of the best I have stayed in. Perfect balance between price and quality. Location is hard to beat, right in the old city centre, with a grocery store, bakery and cafeteria almost at the doorstep, bus stops, tram stop, the market and the restaurants very close, beach 10-15 minutes walk. For our 10 days stay we many times chosed to have our coffee, lunch or dinner in the apartment as it is so cozy and we liked to spend time there.
We are light sleepers and while you can't expect perfect silence in the city centre, the noise was nothing excessive and didn't disturb our sleep even on the weekend.
The host is super friendly and attentive and fulfilled our needs. If It have to point a downside I could say that the sofa was not very comfortable. The bed is comfortable but could have been 10-20cm larger, the room size allows it.
- Jeremy (3/5): Good location but poor standard of accommodation which wasn’t good value for money - The location of the apartment was good as it was located close to the centre of Alicante with plenty of options to shop, eat out or see main sights There were several problems with the apartment including; A leaking wc that needed mopping regularly, a faulty washer which was difficult to operate, the TV remote wouldn’t turn the TV on/off only by switch on side of TV, there were no English spoken tv or radio channels, the bed was a bit hard and squeaky with 2 thin pillows making sleeping difficult, a large decorative clock on wall was not working, the electric kettle leaked, during our stay building work was ongoing with work starting at 8:30am each morning, during the building work the only lift was out of action whilst builders used it for moving materials. Also worthy of note; we were only supplied with 1 small hand towel and 1 small bath towel per person, 1 tea towel and 1 set of bedding for our 6 day stay.
- Gjorgji (9/5): Superb - Excellent apartment in the old town in Alicante, everything is here in center of wonderful Alicante.The staff is very good. Apartment is for 4 people, but in bathroom they don’t have a hot water for shower non stop. Only for 2 people, after midnight don’t have a hot water.
- Violet (9/5): Superb - Very central, 10 mins from the seafront, next to the market, the metro and beside all the restaurants. Very convenient for shopping, sightseeing and eating out at night. Good sized living room kitchen and bedroom. Well equipped kitchen, we ate in 2 nights. Would definitely recommend. Maritza was super helpful and sent us information and suggestions everyday. Very prompt checkin and checkout. A little noisy at night but that's to be expected in such a central city location, bring earplugs and you'll be fine. Worth it to be in walking distance to everything.

Located in the center, close to all famous attractions, train station and Airport bus stop. Maritza was a fabulous host - very communicative and helpful. - Joanna (10/5): Exceptional - We liked everything. The apartment was exactly as we expected and had everything we needed. Very close to all attractions and to underground tram which brought us to San Juan playa. Just beside Mercat Central with fresh fruits and Castell de la Santa Barbara, which offers amazing views on Alicante. Noise! Alicante is very busy City, not sleeping at all, but there is nothing what can be done about it.
