- Emma (1/5): Low standards and poor customer service - Nothing. Black mould covering bathroom ceiling, pink mould around shower, someone smoking cannabis on floor below making whole block stink, really rough area, appears to be former social housing (really run down block of flats), very noisy due to poor windows and being next to a main road, a cupboard door handle was hanging off, it was misdescribed as a "penthouse" just because it was on the top floor, empty water bottles were left on the kitchen side (was it even cleaned??), very loud old gas boiler with no carbon monoxide detector despite host claims (photo evidence was taken to be shared with the local council). We abandoned our stay at midnight because it was so poor. That night the host promised a full refund which still hasn't happened. They claimed they told booking.com to issue the refund that night but booking.com are still chasing them so I don't think they did. Also does not appear to be licensed (as legally required in Scotland) despite them owning several properties for years (contrary to the excuse on the phone that they were new to this). I do not recommend staying in any of their properties.

- Nuala (6/5): - Beautiful apartment. Finished to high spec. Clean and fresh. Close to my daughters home as we were there for our granddaughters baptism The property was described as a penthouse apartment. So being a penthouse we expected a lift. My husband and I have mobility issues, more so my husband, so we didnt expect to have to climb several flights of stairs. It is in a block of flats in an estate. Fair enough but the price was a bit high for what we received. We expected one thing and received another.

- Stuart (9/5): Very clean and modern apartment - Great apartment, very clean, nicely decorated. It has everything you need, well equipped quitchen. Parking on site. Shops (Asda, Tesco etc) 10 minutes away by foot or 3 minute by car. The train station is opposite the apartment, with direct trains to either Glasgow or Edinburgh. Even when the windows are closed in the smaller bedroom you can hear traffic especially the trains breaking as they come into the station.

- Jennifer (10/5): Excellent facilities and ideal location for transport links. - Excellent facilities and location. Beds were comfortable and towels so soft. There was nothing more you could want in the apartment, everything was spot on!
A pleasure to stay here. The stairs after a night out! 🤭(although not that many) However that’s to be expected from staying in the penthouse 😁
- Elizabeth (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very clean and modern. Good facilities and easy to reach host if any questions. The stairs and landings were quite dirty. Not that it was a huge issue, but could put people off.
