• Ralph (7/5): Convenient and comfortable location close to the airport with room for improvement for the price. - The breakfast was adequate but could have been much improved by the provision of real bread /croissants and proper cereal. There was a plethora of quick-serve foods in plastic packets which lead to us buying cereal milk and bread in the store across the road. The apartment itself was clean and modern and superbly well located for anyone arriving on a late evening flight. I was asked to send a copy of my passport in order to get the code for opening the secure box that provided the keys to the apartment. This has never happened to me before and I regard it as an intrusion into my privacy. If this had been known to me before with time to rebook elsewhere, I would have cancelled my booking. .

• Michael (10/5): Hervorragendes Apartment auf KOS - Es war einfach alles perfekt! Die Kommunikation mit Maria, das Apartment, die Ausstattung, der Komfort und die kleinen kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten, die zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, alles außergewöhnlich! Sehr zentral gelegen, idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Gastfreundschaft und die Freundlichkeit der Menschen dort ist ebenfalls Bemerkenswert. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder!

We were greeted with some lovely treats and all that we needed for a breakfast in the morning before checking out to catch our flight. We were able to walk to the airport as mentioned in the property profile. Great for a short stay or a layover as the area does not offer much to do offer for entertainment or dining out.

Everything is new and spotless clean. Comfortable bed, cute baby cot. And a basket full of sweets. Check in was easy. Very friendly host. Thank you, Maria!

We were welcomed with refreshments, and everything was spotless, fresh, and very comfortable. Our host Maria communicated with us exceptionally well, sent us the bus schedules, and kindly allowed us to stay a bit longer after check-out. • CHIARA B69 (10/5): Soggiorno molto piacevole a KOS - Appartamento molto pulito, nuovo, dotato di ogni cosa possa servire, aria condizionata sia nelle 2 camere che in soggiorno. Maria ci ha contattato subito tramite WahtsApp per sapere se eravamo arrivati. Ci ha dato consigli anche per ristoranti molto carini. La comunicazione con Maria ottima. Nell'appartamento c'era già un cestino pieno di tante cose per la colazione, una bottiglia di vino, sale, pepe ed olio e in frigo frutta fresca, yogurt e acqua. I genitori di Maria erano al piano di sopra e ogni giorno ci hanno portato frutta e dolcetti. L'appartamento è situato a cinque minuti a piedi dall'aeroporto quindi in centro a Kos, comodo ad ogni spiaggia. Gli aerei non danno particolare fastidio anche perchè tutto il giorno eravamo fuori e la notte non arrivano nè partono Peccato non avere conosciuto di persona Maria. Purtroppo per due giorni la mattina è mancata l'acqua e questo ci ha dato un po' di fastidi, stanno ristrutturando la casa di fianco e i lavori con martello e trapano alla mattina presto devo dire che non sono proprio la cosa più bella quando si è in vacanza.

I needed to meet a group the next morning and the location couldn’t be better. You have a shop, pharmacy, rental cars and cafes/restaurants within 50 m radius. I liked it all.
