Generous hosts and a superb terras made it perfect! - The location was perfect and the Terras is such a bonus, perfectly situated and spacious. The apartment host is very generous and amenities are very complete, we felt so welcomed! the bathroom seems recently renovated, is very comfortable and while we were staying during some colder days, the heaters in the apartment did the job so we were very comfortable. everything was excellent, we loved the generosity of the host and will book it again if we come back

• Paloma (6/5): - Apartamento bien a nivel de espacio y tranquilidad. Raquel muy amable. Lo positivo :La terraza fabulosa con bonitas vistas. Lo negativo: Utensilios de cocina bien a excepción de cucharillas de cafe( solo dos). El horno, estaba sucio al igual que el microondas. Mobiliario del salón en concreto las sillas,tienen suciedad desde hace tiempo. Aplique de baño,seria conveniente poner uno al lado del lavabo para toalla. Lo peor,el aire acondicionado,tan sólo en el Salón más un ventilador de techo, (el cual podría estar en la habitación),que tan sólo cuenta con un ventilador de pie.

Raquel fue paciente y atenta, tardamos en llegar y estuvo esperando, nos mandó información de lugares donde comer e ir, atenta en todo momento. El apartamento es maravilloso, bonita decoración, balcón impresionante!!!! Menudas vistas!! La cama súper cómoda, cocina equipada y baño grande. No le faltaba detalle al alojamiento. En cuanto a la ubicación estupenda porque el parking estaba cerca y muy barato. Repetiremos sin dudarlo. Nos gustó todo!!

• Leonardselc (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location, lovely apartment, very comfortable, with extra bedding, air con and heating if required (we went in April/May when night time can get a little chilly). Big balcony/terrace, with sunbeds, sturdy table and sun chairs. Lovely views. Access to loads for radio stations via the TV for background, and Netflix/Prime for evenings when not going out. The cafe to the left as you exit the front door is typically Spanish and serves great coffee and breakfast for just a few euros, well worth a visit. We had everything we needed.

• Alexis (10/5): Great value, central, clean with great terrace - Although I didn't meet Raquel, her communication was good and she arranged for her mother to let me in. The location of the flat was excellent, being only a minute from the main bus stop, however being on the fourth floor (with a lift), there was little street noise. Both the flat itself and the common areas of the building were very clean. The flat was spacious and light with a large terrace with both a table and chairs and a sunbed. What was great for me, was that it included both a sun umbrella and an awning, so I could sit out without getting burnt. I ate out in the evening far fewer times than I expected, as the flat and terrace were so cosy and included Amazon Prime and Netflix on the TV as well as blankets if I wanted to sit outside. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything I needed to cook. The bathroom was large, with lots of storage space and a good shower. The bedroom also had a wardrobe, good quality linen and shutters to keep out the light. I would return here if in Mijas and highly recommend it. Everything was perfect.

Sofa bed not that comfortable to sit on, pillows could do with protectors on them.

We were only to stay for 4 nights but we booked an extra 2 nights so we could spend Christmas there. • Diane (10/5): One week stay in Mijas - The apartment was very well equipped and clean. The bathroom had just been updated to a high standard. The location was quiet and was just a short walk to lovely restaurants and shops. Raquel met us on arrival and was a lovely host. The balcony had a table and chairs it also had two sunbeds, and even in November it had sun all day. We had a great stay and would recommend a visit to Mijas and to stay in this apartment. The only issue we could point out was that the balcony door was needing a little attention to allow it to open and close more easily. I'm sure this is easily repaired and this was only a small annoyance for us as we were conscious about neighbouring apartments.

• Diane (9/5): We came to Mijas to escape the rat race and became chilled and relaxed in the beautiful town and can highly recommend a - Central to Mijas Pueblo, so easy walking distance to main square and shops cafes and bars. Wonderful views of mountains and sea from the terrace. Perfect proportions for a couple to relax and enjoy a glass of wine over home cooked food. Having a dishwasher made self catering less of a chore. The lift was a bit tempremental, but worked the majority of the time. Some new pillows would be good.

Supermarket, bars, restaurants, and bus stop within a two minute walk. Spacious, clean, and well equiped apartment with a fantastic balcony/terrace with views across the town and to the sea. The host Raquel was friendly and helpful. Mijas is lovely with some great signposted walks in the hills behind the town. Everything was perfect. A minor thing: A toaster would have been useful. Not a major problem because there is a grill for doing toast but it's a bit slow!

• Juliana (7/5): Convenient location, clean apartment, friendly host - The location was excellent and close to everything in the town, it was also close to the hotel where my friends were staying. Raquel was very helpful and friendly and sorted out an issue with the outer door key during my stay. The apartment had everything I needed for my short stay and was clean. The photos do enhance the apartment a little but the apartment is nice overall. Maybe a few small changes would improve it like nicer towels, pillow case protectors, more comfy outdoor chairs. My concern was there didn't appear to be an emergency exit in the building and a key is necessary for the outer doors.

The terrace is simply marvelous. Mijas is a great place, and we are already making plans to come back. Our stay was very short, we could have stayed there all winter :)
