• scuffer (10/5): - Due to an unexpected overrun in building works our apartment couldn't be used, so the hosts moved us to the rooftop apartment, which is listed under ABI Attic on booking.com, and my comments relate to that apartment. It is slightly more expensive, but it is worth the extra for the excellent rooftop terrace and amazing views over Sibenik and the bay. The hosts were very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. They clearly put a lot of effort in to making sure that guests have everything they need. • Carsten (10/5): - Sehr netter Empfang der im Haus lebenden Gastgeber. Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand und bis zur Stadt. Es gab auch frische Früchte direkt aus dem Garten.

• Irina (9/5): - Очень понравилось проживание! Отличное расположение: до моря всего 10 минут пешком, до центра города около 20 минут. В апартаментах было всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Частная парковка под навесом в тени. Хозяева гостеприимные и отзывчивые. Единственный момент — хотелось бы немного больше внимания к чистоте, но в целом это не испортило впечатления.

• Radoš Jovanović (10/5): Charming, peaceful stay with a great location and lovely hosts. - We spent a few days here and were genuinely pleased. The apartment has this low-key charm — a mix of old-school Dalmatian house vibes and just the right amount of modern updates. The bed is super comfortable, the area is quiet, and the room stays naturally cool, so sleep comes easy. There’s air conditioning, but we barely needed it. The kitchen has everything you need — big fridge, modern appliances, and it’s great for putting together meals to enjoy either inside or out on the little private terrace. Speaking of which, that terrace is a real bonus: shaded, peaceful, and right in front of it you’ve got free parking in deep shade, which is gold in the summer. Quick tip: when you arrive, it’s easiest to park in front of the big Studenac market (literally a minute away) and call the hosts — they’ll guide you to the parking spot. It’s right near the main road, so that little move makes it smoother. Bathroom is compact but totally functional — you’ve got all you need. Free WiFi works best inside the main room. Not super strong outside, but let’s be real — you're not here to work. For checking maps, messages, or weather, you’re good. Also, there’s a big smart TV with loads of channels and YouTube — a nice touch if you’ve got kids or catch a rainy day. Location-wise, it’s actually pretty great: Banja Beach is exactly 7 minutes away on foot, just a chill walk down the road. There’s an awesome beach bar there too, perfect for food and drinks right by the sea. The old town and city center are about 10–15 minutes away, and the walk there is beautiful — open sea views, historic stone buildings, just pure Dalmatian charm all around. And finally — the hosts. Florijan and Smilja are absolutely lovely. Warm, helpful, and there when you need them. That kind of hospitality makes a difference. All in all, a cozy and peaceful base with a local soul. Would gladly stay again.

• Vincent (10/5): - Beautiful peaceful apartment with plenty of space and all possible facilities. The owners are lovely friendly people that were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is within walking distance of the active heart of Šibenik. A great place to stay in Šibenik!
• Denise (8/5): Good place to stay if you have a car - This apartment is roomy and very clean. The washing machine was very handy . Good aircon , good kitchen facilities. Charming host . Location is about 20 minutes walk to the old town , coming back is uphill . We drove into town as it was very hot .

Enough free space, Comfy big bed, separate big fully furnished kitchen, big sofa for relax time, nice terrace with a view, good bathroom with everything needed, a lot of additional towels, pillows, blankets and a super owner, very kind and helpful! distance to city center was bigger then I would want to. But still good for a walking
