The location is acceptable, and there are several supermarkets around The only thing that's quite high is the stairs. It's very tiring to carry luggage, and there's no kettle or tea cup in the room. There's also no clothes rack！

• Kristina (7/5): Ich liebe Salzburg noch immer 🫶🏼 aber in der Kommunikation zu diesem Vermieter gibts einiges zu verbessern - Sehr citynah, Ausstattung war gut. Kontakt zum Vermieter. Night-Check-in gebucht und bestätigt bekommen. Wir kommen in der Nacht an. Code funktionierte - aber Zimmer belegt. 🤬 Kontaktaufnahme erst ab 9 Uhr morgens möglich. 10:30 Uhr wurde bestätigt, dass schnellstmöglich jemand kommt und sauber macht. Die Frau kam 15:30 Uhr - sie hat sich zwar tausendmal entschuldigt, aber die Kommunikation mit ihrem Vorgesetzten ließ arg zu wünschen übrig. 16:00 Uhr hatten wir dann ein bewohnbares Zimmer. Alles eher suboptimal zumal am nächsten Tag bereits die Rückfahrt anstand.

• Iustin (9/5): - We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The room is spacious, very clean, and bright, which made it feel welcoming and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The kitchen is properly equipped with everything you might need. We also appreciated that the heating worked perfectly, both in the bedroom and in the bathroom, which made our stay even more comfortable. The bathroom itself is large, and having two bathrooms in total is definitely a big advantage. The hosts were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet very convenient — only about a 15-minute walk to the city center. It’s also very close to bus stations and supermarkets like Lidl and Billa. We truly felt great here and confidently recommend this place!

• Jessica (5/5): Good location, but the lack of preparation and host responsiveness made the stay stressful rather than comfortable. - The location is convenient and within walking distance to the city center and Old Town. The space itself has potential. It was nice to have a kitchen but unfortunately it was missing a lot of things. When I arrived, the couch had already been made into a bed even though I booked for one person and did not request it, which made the space feel cluttered and not properly reset. The Nespresso machine was broken and there were no coffee pods provided at all. There was also almost no dish soap available (just a watered-down residue), which made basic kitchen use difficult. The walls are not soundproof. I could clearly hear conversations from other apartments. To enter and exit the building, guests must pass directly by two family homes, as the rental is located on the top floor above occupied apartments. Guests should be aware that this is a very close shared-living environment. My biggest concern was the lack of responsiveness from the hosts. I informed them that I had injured my head inside the property and was worried. The only response I received was an automated message. If I had been seriously concussed, this could have been a serious issue. Throughout the stay, responses took two to three days, and even after reporting a medical concern, there was no direct acknowledgment. Additionally, the property is located directly behind a Scientology center. While this may not matter to everyone, clearer transparency about the immediate surroundings would have been appreciated.

But far from most attraction and main train station. - The room was spacious with a well equipped kitchen, suitable for a family of 4 with kids. The beds were comfortable. The building itself is in a quite location. The room share a nice bathroom with other rooms and is right across the hall. The room is on a second floor with smallish stair case. The location isn't great as it's quite a walk from the main train station and far from the main Salzburg attractions.

• Ingeborg (10/5): Rigtig fint sted. Vi følte os hjemme - der var pænt og rent. Badeværelserne på gangen var også rigtig fine, og så lå det ikke ret langt fra stationen. Jeg kunne have ønsket en elkedel på værelset.
• Ramiro (7/5): Comodo y acogedor. - La habitacion es comoda y espaciosa, aunque le falta espacio de guardado/ apoyo (solo esta la mesa donde desayunabamos y cenabamos y unos pequenos estantes). La ubicacion esta a 4 cuadras de varias paradas de bus. Fuimos en Navidad y los dias festivos estaba todo cerrado, incluidos varios restaurantes y supermercado, por lo que no estar en el centro no fue conveniente. La habitacion no tiene black out, que no es un problema en Invierno por las horas de oscuridad, pero me pregunto como se resuelve en verano... El precio pagado por noche, considerando que el bano es compartido, fue excesivo, aunque aparentemente asi son los precios en Salzburg.

El baño era compartido, no había personas físicas para hacer el check in. No nos informaron de cuestiones de interés para los extranjeros que visitan Salzburgo. No tiene ascensor, y está un poco alejado del centro para lo caro que es.

If you are planning to spend most of your time outdoors, this is a good place indeed - no issues. An upgrade from a hostel dorm for sure. 1. There is no elevator- need to carry luggages up two storeys 2. Rooms are quite cramped - a stretch for 2 pax 3. There was no water heater/ access to kitchen 4. 15-20 minute walk from the major attractions (good for summer, not so for winter - atleast for me)

Für vier Personen eine Herausforderung … auch konnten wir keine Geschirrspüler Tabs finden, Geschirrtuch zum abtrocknen fehlte auch.

• Nat Freeland (9/5): Great apartment in Salzburg - The apartment was comfortably big enough for the 4 of us and had cooking facilities. Was very clean and the shared bathrooms were right across the hall and were very clean as well. Great location, close to old town and the river and mountains.

Ubicación Hubiera sido genial que hubiera una pava eléctrica al menos en la habitación considerando que no es un hotel para al menos poder tomar un té o un café a la mañana. El baño es compartido y no pareció que fueran a limpiarlo todos los días. No siempre todos los huéspedes mantienen la limpieza en un lugar común.

• Beccarisi (9/5): Ottima struttura - Struttura in un posizione comoda, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. È posizionata molto vicina a vari parcheggi a pagamento ed è a 100 metri da un bellissimo parco giochi per bambini. La struttura è molto silenziosa e pulita. I bagni sono molto puliti nonostante la condivisione con altri coinquilini. La cucina, presente all'interno della camera, aveva una macchina per il caffè e varie cialde tipo nespresso. La cucina era provvista di sapone per i piatti, 5 cialde per la lavastoviglie, padelle e stoviglie varie, più che adeguate alle esigenze cosi come gli asciugamani. Assenza di ascensore e assenza di aria condizionata in camera nonostante fosse una mansarda ( anche se era presente un ventilatore che ha salvato la situazione).

• Andreas (9/5): Sehr sauber und sehr gute Lage - Schlüsselcode für Haupttür und Zimmertüren kam per Mail - total unkompliziert. Vermieter haben wir nie gesehen, war aber auch nicht notwendig. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis in die Innenstadt.
• David (5/5): Zimmer Bewertung - Das es einen Fernseher gab und einen Tisch mit drei Sesseln. Die Farbe wahr auch nicht so schlecht. Dass es im Zimmer kein WC gab und die Matratze war nicht gut. Das Bett hat sehr gekracht.

На 3 комнаты предназначены 2 душевые комнаты. Все рядом, никуда не нужно бегать и переходить. В CitySuites есть кухонный уголок со всей посудой. При выбора жилья для меня это было преимуществом. Наш номер очень просторный, есть широкая кровать и диван. Для проживания 3-5-10 дней все есть. В пешей доступности от CitySuites Salzburg находится центр города, ж/д вокзал. Продуктовые магазины-в 5 минутах хотьбы. Регистрация на заселение проводится онлайн, вход в дом и в апартаменты производится электронным ключом. Для приготовления еды в номере была соль, растительное масло, кофемашина+кофе. Не хватала сахара. Еще на телевизоре все программы были по подписке. Предусмотрите 1-2 бесплатн. канала.

• Yannick (10/5): Saubere Zimmer & freundliches Personal - Die Unterkunft liegt in direkter Nähe zur Salzburger Altstadt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, auch die Badezimmer. Das Personal, insbesondere Yong Wei, ist sehr freundlich.

• Jillian (2/5): SCARY AND RUDE HOST - Clean bedroom, clean shared bathroom 1. My partner and I recently stayed at this Airbnb. It was super cold, and we were exhausted from our trip, so I messaged the host about the heater. We were frustrated because it was taking too long to warm up the room. After sending the message, I quickly fell asleep since I was so tired, but a few minutes later, the host knocked on our door, then started banging and we heard him unlocking the door with his key and just walked in without our permission. He went to check the heater and said, in an angry voice, "The heater is working!" We were so SHOCKED that we couldn't even speak because of what just happened! He could've dealt with the situation politely. Instead, he chose to act that way and then continued sending us messages on the app, making us feel uncomfortable. I didn't reply because we got scared that he might do something to us. And guess what? He even sent another message at 5am saying, "why do you not respond when your room is so cold and the heater isn’t working? We knocked on your door and nobody opened!" We find his behavior both SCARY and RUDE. 2. We were quite disappointed with the lighting in the building. The entire place was very dark, making it difficult to find light switches. There were no safety lights/night lights or small lamps to help navigate the space. It was puzzling that all the lights were always off, even though there were guests staying there.

Furniture and bathroom is very modern. Welcome Mozart-kugeln on the bed and prepared Nespresso capsules in the kitchen, all very nice and clean! No free parking on the street, we used the Linzer-garage, on about 5 minutes walking distance, 20 eur per day. In this price range I did not expect to have shared bathroom. Even if it was a really nice and clean bathroom with modern showers and equipped with all needed things, for this price it not OK to share it with others.

Host was helpful on the day of arrival in arranging an earlier check in so we could drop our luggage off When we booked we thought this was a hotel rather than a private apartment, I think the name ‘City Suites Salzburg’ wasn’t clear. If I had known it was a private apartment I would not have booked it as we wanted to be able to drop our luggage off earlier than the check in time so we could go exploring. Once we realised this was not possible we attempted to use luggage lockers at the station but there were none available. So we had to make contact with the accommodation through booking.com (no phone number to call) to request early check in and then pay an extra 20 euros and this wasted some of our day. I think there needed to be more information when booking to advise that luggage drop off would not be possible. Also we could not work out how to use the blinds. Location was a bit out of the way and not really close to many services, supermarket or many restaurants

• Ricardo (9/5): Excellent apartment, extremely clean and quiet with a very responsive host. highly recommended. - Excellent facilities, very clean, quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. Host was very responsive. We loved the location with easy access to Altstadt and MirabellPlatz. It was easy to get around with many bus options surrounding us. For longer duration stays it would be nice to have access to the washer/dryer.
• Anastasiia (3/5): - К сожалению, это оказался не апартаменты целиком (номер целиком), а комната как в Хостеле. В объявлениии указано, что сдается целая однокомнатная квартирка!!! И на фотографиях совсем другое!!! Туалет и ванна в коридоре для всех пользователей! Хостел-комнатка к тому же не стоит 194 евро!!! Это перебор! Единственное, что порадовало-это чистота и даже предметы гигиены продуманы до мелочей!
• Mircea (9/5): - A very pleasant stay, the room was very cosy and the location is very convenient, near the city center, just about 10 minutes away. As a bonus, there is also a small park for kids nearby. The place is very clean and well-maintained. The only minor inconvenience was the shared bathroom, but it didn't overshadow the positive experience.
• Amaral (9/5): Excellent host! Extremely Clean, and comfortable. Loved the heated towel racks in the bathroom. - very clean, quiet, modern beds are very comfortable keyless entree. very responsive host No washer available for clothes. Smart tv does not have available channels.
