• Isabel (10/5): Tolles Apartment, sehr empfehlenswert - Sauberes und gemütliches Apartment mit toller Aussicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Stella ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin! Einzig und allein die Auffahrt und Abfahrt hat uns ein paar Nerven und Aufsetzer des Autos gekostet ;)
• Charlotte (1/5): À FUIR! Inadmissible. Pire expérience en 30 ans de voyage! - la gentillesse de la femme de ménage que nous avons croisée en arrivant. Nous avions réservé deux nuits (28–29 octobre) pour chiller et profiter de nos 2 derniers jours de vacances au bord de la piscine, mais dès notre arrivée et la visite des lieux, nous avons compris que nous ne pouvions absolument pas rester. La piscine est dans un état de délabrement total : sale, traces partout, trous dans le revêtement et débris au fond. Les transats sont couverts de taches en partie dissimulés sous des bâches en plastique orange pour masquer leur état déplorable. Les parasols tombent en lambeaux. je vous joins des photos pour que vous puissiez constater par vous même la différence avec celles de l’annonce c’est indigne d’un établissement proposé sur Booking ( nous nous demandons bien comment ils peuvent avoir 9,3) le prix demandé est exorbitant : 122 € la nuit pour la période uniquement pour le logement, pour deux adultes et un enfant. Une honte vu la condition des installations. Devant ce constat, nous sommes partis immédiatement et avons demandé un remboursement. La propriétaire a refusé. Booking a tenté de la joindre à plusieurs reprises avec nos photos à l’appui, mais elle n’a jamais daigné répondre. Pire : elle nous a déclaré “no-show” pour tenter de nous empêcher de laisser un avis négatif. Heureusement, nous avions déjà ouvert un dossier de litige auprès du service client Booking. Tout indique une personne habituée à fonctionner ainsi, sans aucun respect pour les clients. En partant, nous avons trouvé un autre établissement à 150 € la nuit : superbe chambre, piscine privée chauffée, plage privée, demi-pension… rien à voir! Preuve qu’il existe en Crète des hébergements sérieux et honnêtes. Ils nous ont sauvés nos 2 derniers jours de vacances. Cet établissement, lui, est à éviter absolument. Booking devrait sérieusement revoir la légitimité de sa présence sur la plateforme.

• Juliane (10/5): Wunderschöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt - Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Zimmer entsprechen genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Wunderschöner Blick von der Terrasse und vom gesamten Objekt auf die Bucht von Sitia. Frühstück konnte dazu gebucht werden und war sehr gut und reichlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Literie : OK Ménage assuré tous les jours La vue sur Sitia est superbe depuis la terrasse privative. • Lejla (8/5): - The apartment was very clean, and the cleaning lady was wonderful – very friendly and attentive. She cleaned the apartment every morning and changed the towels and beach towels every two days, which we really appreciated. The bed was rather small and soft, which made it uncomfortable for a good night’s sleep, as every movement could be felt by the other person. The owner was not very present and did not show much interest in the guests. The complexxdoesn’t really have the warm, homely feeling that makes you want to stay longer. It works well for a short overnight stay, but is less suitable for a longer holiday.

La strada per raggiungere la struttura è molto ripida ma ne vale la pena! Un soggiorno indimenticabile

• Fabrizio (10/5): Une super expérience sur les montagnes qui dominent Sitía ! - Le logement spacieux et propre. L'accueil chaleureux et attentionné des propriétaires. Le point de vue incroyable. Ce n'est pas un point négatif mais un point d'attention : le chemin d'accès est très pentu et nécessite de maîtriser la première 😅. Préférez utiliser le premier chemin en venant de Sitía (celui qui se trouve avant le restaurant Dyonisos) pour éviter de vous retrouvez bloqués dans des ruelles impossibles.

• Xavier (9/5): Séjour très agréable à Enastron - La vue est vraiment très belle, le petit nombre d’appartements permet le calme, très bien équipé. L’appartement était très joli. Le personnel souriant. Une impression de sérénité. L’accès un peu compliqué en voiture (très forte montée) qui fait qu’on hésitait un peu à aller et venir jusqu’à l’appartement. La douche ouverte qui mouillait toute la salle de bain n’est pas pratique. A l’étage, nous avons eu eu très chaud malgré le ventilateur, le froid de la Clim restant en bas.

• Alice (9/5): Vista meravigliosa e relax assicurato! - Vista spettacolare!! Appartamenti nuovi. Le foto corrispondono perfettamente alla realtà. Aggiungiamo che c'è la possibilità di fare colazione a pagamento (tra gli 11 e i 13 euro). Per chi non fosse abile alla guida, avvisiamo che negli ultimi 300 mt ci sono un paio di salite e curve con pendenza sopra il 10% (cosa ovvia visto che la struttura è sulla collina), ma ne vale davvero la pena!! Non è una vera e propria critica, ma segnaliamo per chi soffre il caldo notturno che in questi giorni di piacevole sole cocente, la stanza soppalcata sottotetto era infuocata. Il locale sarebbe potenzialmente ben climatizzato ma rinfrescare l'ambiente significherebbe lasciare accesso il condizionatore per tutto il giorno, cosa molto poco eco e impossibile dato che, giustamente, la chiave dell'appartamento non può essere separata dalla tessera che attiva l'impianto elettrico. In ogni caso c'è un bel ventilatore! Anche apremdo tutte le finestre non si ottiene un gran refrigerio perchè le casette sono state disposte in modo da proteggere gli appartamenti dal forte vento che talvolta caratterizza Creta.

• Désirée (10/5): Fantastische plek - Wat een heerlijke plek om te verblijven! Rust, privacy, comfortabel en zeer schoon appartement, fijn zwembad, fantastisch uitzicht. Fijne omgeving die nog niet overspoeld wordt door toeristen. Heerlijk strandje in Sitia waar je nog tussen voornamelijk Grieken ligt. En die berg naar t appartement: gewoon in de 1 naar boven en beneden, geen enkel probleem. Wij komen heel graag terug, een dikke 10 van ons!

• Yogev (10/5): - מיקום ממש יפה המשקיף על החוף והעיר סיטיה. ישנה פרטיות בחדרים ומתחם הבריכה נעים ושקט בגלל מיעוט החדרים במקום האירוח. הצוות היה מאוד חביב. החדר מרווח ונעים. הפריע שהמקלחת הייתה קטנה מדי ולא נוחה לתפעול. הוילון בדלת של המרפסת נתקע בדלת.

• Bernard (9/5): Séjour reposant avec vue - L’appartement était très bien vaste et propre. La petite terrasse individuelle et la piscine collective etaient bien agréables. Pas de coupelles ni de ramequins, manger au petit déjeuner ses céréales ou son yaourt grec dans une assiette creuse…. Une machine Nespresso serait mieux qu’une cafetière à filtre.

• Adam (10/5): Super wypoczynek - Przepiękny widok z prywatnego tarasu, do dyspozycji gości basen oraz bezpłatny parking, a sam apartament duży przestronny i bardzo zadbany. Jedyna rzecz której brakowało, to deska do krojenia :) POLECAM z całego serca!!!

Die Lage ist absolut traumhaft, der Poolbereich super schön, Stella und das gesamte Personal unglaublich freundlich und die Appartements blitzsauber. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben! Ja, die Anfahrt ist steil - aber wirklich nur beim ersten Mal.. man braucht nur den nötigen Schwung 😄

• sk357 (8/5): Schöne Unterkunft für Ruhe Liebhaber mit toller Aussicht. - Tolle Aussicht und sehr ruhig. Geschmackvolle und stylische Einrichtung, tolle Bauweise. Sehr schöne Pool Anlage. Bequeme Betten. Freundliche Gastgeber. Die Anfahrt ist schon etwas abenteuerlich und die Unterkunft liegt ca. 5 km außerhalb von Sitia. PKW ist erforderlich. Das Bad ist sehr klein und hat sehr wenig Abstellmöglickeiten. Die Dusche hat keine Tür, so dass das Wasser ins Bad läuft. Das Zimmer ist nachts sehr hell, da das Außenlicht durch die nicht verdunkelbare Haustür scheint. Der Kühlschrank steht neben dem Bett und brummt laut, was uns in der Nacht gestört hat. Sehr wenig Küchenausstattung, weder Schere noch Schneidebrett etc. Vorhanden. Wenig Steckdosen... Der Preis für die Unterkunft ist im Vergleich zu Anderen daher recht hoch.
• Nikolaj (10/5): Romantisch. Gerne wieder. - Sensationelle Lage. Ruhig, Weitblick. Sehr privates Gefühl. Unkompliziertes Check in und Check out. Lediglich die Auffahrt ist eine Herausforderung. Für mich persönlich nach jahrelanger Kreta Erfahrung und selbst aus den Bergen kommend, kein Problem.

• Christoph (10/5): Perfekt, wir überlegen diesen Urlaub genauso zu wiederholen. - Die Unterkunft war genau das, was wir zum entspannen gesucht haben. Ein fantastischer Blick vom Pool und viel Ruhe bei sehr netten Gastgebern. Die Anfahrt ist beim ersten Mal ein Abenteuer, doch wird diese schnell zur Routine und die Lage entschädigt dafür. Es gibt ein Restaurant in Agia Fotia, was zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Im Dionisos isst man sehr gut und alle sind sehr freundlich. Jeder sollte dich informieren, dass es in Agia Fotia keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Nach Sitia benötigt man 15 Minuten, dort ist der nächste Supermarkt. Für uns kein Problem, doch morgens schnell frische Brötchen holen, ist dann halt nicht gegeben.

• Elena (10/5): - Perfekte Unterkunft für den letzten Stopp unserer Reise. Der Pool mit dem atemberaubenden Ausblick in die Bucht von Sitia lädt zum Entspannen ein. Frühstücksservice kann spontan dazu gebucht werden und wird direkt ins Apartment gebracht. Stella und ihre Familie sind sehr herzliche und freundliche Gastgeber und sind sehr bemüht um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste. Jedes Apartment verfügt über eine eigene Terasse - Ausblick siehe oben. Die Anfahrt ist, wie oft beschrieben, abenteuerlich, aber dafür wird man mit der Aussicht belohnt. :)

• Robert (10/5): Sehr schön und erholsam. - Sehr schöne Aussicht über die Bucht von Sitia. Sehr gepflegte Anlage und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter. Es gab alles was man braucht und wenn was leer war wurde es nachgefüllt. Die letzten 200 m zur Anlage hoch haben eine Steigung von gefühlten 20-22% (nicht gemessen, nur geschätzt). Zuerst kam es mir sehr abenteuerlich vor, aber nach ein paar Tagen gewöhnt man sich daran.

• J (9/5): Perfect peaceful comfort mountain stay! - Great apartments with stunning view! The perfect getaway place in the peaceful mountains, nothing around, very calm. The rooms are clean, modern and equipped with all essentials - good comfort! Nice private terraces with incredible views and peaceful pool area. Good WiFi and enough parking spots. Sitia town is around the corner, and even the east coast is close enough, also went several times to dinner in Palekastro area. Great spot to conquer the east of Crete! Everything perfect! Only didn’t understand why there are pool hours. The road could be challenging in the dark, but nothing uncommon on Crete - important to follow the signs and not google maps.

• Nathalie (10/5): Séjour confortable, au calme avec une vue incroyable ! - Studio spacieux, très propre, très beau jardin, le calme de la résidence (seulement 6 logements), transats confortables à la piscine, terrasse sans vis à vis avec vue magnifique sur toute la périphérie de sitia, architecture typique, literie de qualité, clim performante et silencieuse, fraîcheur constante dans l’appart même sans Clim, Stella et dimitris très sympas. Salle de bain un peu exiguë.

The peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking mountain views from the private terrace were highlights of my stay. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed. The pool area was quiet and perfect for relaxation. I highly recommend Enastron Apartments for a peaceful and private getaway in Sitia. I will definitely return!
• karen (9/5): Room with a view! - Mooie locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht en de mooiste zonsondergang! Kamers zijn mooi ingericht en alles heel schoon. Gastvrouw is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een aanrader om het ontbijt te nemen, superlekker! Perfect verblijf :)
• Rafael_Abreu (8/5): Great spot! - What a great spot! Beautiful views, very nice pool. We stayed in this part of the island just because of this accomodation, so our expectations were high. The location and views don't disapoint! The layout of the apartment is surprisingly unpractical. The double bed is upstairs, and there are two small ones are downstairs, but one of them close to the stairs and just behind the air-conditioning. The apartment is very dark, more lights were needed. The kitchen is very dark, as it's just behind the stairs. We were four and there were only three chairs in the terrace. The bed in the mezzanine is very confortable, but the small ones downstairs are too small, and one of them is unconfortable. With small improvents in the space, would make a big difference in this accomodation. Also, the cleaning could be better: the floor was not very clean when we arrived. Host were OK, but not the most welcoming host we got so far.

La possibilité de se faire livrer le petit dej en supplément pour le lendemain La proximité avec le port et la ville de Sitia. L’accès à l’hôtel est très difficile, très escarpé. Le 4 eme lit est un lit d’appoint. Prévoir un lit normal pour la 4e personne.

• Karin (10/5): war alles perfekt - aussergewöhnliche Lage und Ausblick vom Zimmer wie auch Pool Grosszügige Studios mit allem was man braucht wirklich sehr freundliche Vermieter, sehr hilfsbereit, sie bieten auch ein leckeres und riesiges Frühstück an, welches man bestellen kann und aufs Zimmer gebracht wird kleine, ruhige Anlage nichts eventuell könnte die Anfahrt (zum Teil etwas steil) für manche Autos oder ungeübtere Fahrer schwierig sein

• Anna (10/5): - מלון דירות קטן עם בריכה ונוף לים ולעיר סיטיה עוצר נשימה! הכל מאוד נקי, החדר חדש לגמרי. בקומה עליונה מיטה זוגית לא גדולה, אבל מספיקה. מטבחון עם כל מה שצריך לבישול אוכל, מקרר, שולחן אוכל. שתי מיטות לשני ילדים וספה. חדר מאוד גדול! יציאה לטרסה עם שולחן וכיסאות ישיבה, משם משתקף נוף ששווה הכל! עליה טיסה קשה עד המלון, לא היינו מוכנים לזה, היינו עם רכב, והדרך עד המלון כ- 300 מטר מאוד תלולה, אך אפשר להסתדר (לא משהו שהמלון יכול לשנות). בקומה העליונה מחניק לישון, כי המזגן רק בקומה התחתונה. אולי שווה לשים מאוורר, כדי שיהיה טיפה יותר נעים.

Notre meilleur logement en Crête! - Le panorama, la propreté, la vue sur la mer m, la piscine Une montée assez raide sur 300 mètres mais finalement ça se fait bien. Tellement magnifique qu’on veut y rester toute la journée
• Tony (10/5): Un havre de paix - Emplacement idéal pour ceux qui recherchent de l’intimité, du calme (6 appartements avec leur terrasse individuelle) une vue splendide sur les hauteurs de Sitia (Seulement a 5km en voiture). Point de départ pour visiter l’est de l’île et ces beaux villages pittoresques. Admirer le coucher de soleil depuis la terasse et la piscine en toute tranquillité. Le petit dejeuner typique crétois composé de produits locaux, un délice ! Merci à nos hotes pour leur gentillesse, à la fois discret et disponible. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Efkaristo poli. Tony
• Sabrina (10/5): Wunderbare, moderne Anlage mit grandiosem Ausblick und Pool. - Die Aussicht von der Anlage zum Hafen von Sitia ist wirklich toll. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und die Gastgeber sehr nett. Bei der Anfahrt mit dem Auto muss man etwas mutig sein, es geht steilbergauf, ist aber gut ausgeschildert. Die Anlage hat nur 3-4 Apartments und war daher für uns ideal. Sitia ist generell ein super Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge im Osten von Kreta.
• Rick (10/5): Gastvrij en rustgevende plek met fantastisch uitzicht - Een fantastisch verblijf met veel rust, privacy en een voortreffelijk uitzicht! Het appartementje is van alle gemakken voorzien, netjes en schoon. 2 van de 3 ochtenden dat we er waren bestelden we vers gemaakt en super uitgebreid ontbijt, dat maakte het helemaal af! De weg naar het verblijf was vrij steil, maar met een beetje rij skills wel te doen. Het uitzicht was deze steile helling meer dan waard.
• Kate (10/5): Beautiful apartments with a great view - Enastron Apartments are a small collection of studios at the top of a steep road. The road is a challenge but the view from the apartments is amazing. The apartments are very well looked after, housekeeping was excellent. Sheets and towels were changed twice during our week there and rubbish was collected daily. The pool is stunning with superb views. The local taverna, Dionysos is at the bottom of the road, the food is tasty , the portions are huge and the black raki is the best raki we came across. The upstairs mezzanine area is a bit creaky and the stairs are quite steep.

A savoir les chambres avec mezzanine ont un escalier un peu raide.

• Anna (7/5): Grundsätzlich ok, aber mit extrem steiler Straße zur Anlage. - Unterkunft war sehr schön, leider haben wir den Bungalow mit der schlechtesten Aussicht bekommen, obwohl andere frei waren. Bungalow Nr. 1, am Durchgang zum Pool , mit Scheinwerfer die ganze Nacht. Keine Privatsphäre.
• Georgia (6/5): Images were quite misleading for this property. - Breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean. Access to pool. Bathroom was very tiny shower also. Though it was no fault of the owners, it was disappointing to have no power twice for extended periods of time.
