• Katie Sorby (10/5): Perfect Girls' Getaway – Seamless, Clean, and Spacious! - I recently stayed at Apartamento Lavanda for a "kid-free" girls' weekend, and it was absolutely excellent. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I return to Málaga! Highlights of our stay: Seamless Access: The contactless entry was so easy. We were sent the key codes for the front door well before we arrived, and everything worked perfectly. The communication from the host was great throughout. The Apartment: The space is really spacious and felt very comfortable for the two of us. It was also spotlessly clean when we arrived. Fully Equipped: We were really impressed by how well-stocked the kitchen was plenty of glasses, knives, and forks. We also made good use of the iron and the hairdryer provided, which saved us some suitcase space! Family Friendly: Although we left the kids at home this time, I noticed they had a travel cot and a high chair ready to go. It’s a really thoughtful touch for anyone traveling with a family. Overall, a fantastic, stress-free stay in a great location. Thank you for having us! Absolutely nothing it was great
• Thomas Chuan Hsin (9/5): Our Second Home - We stayed for 4 weeks. It is a staycation rather than a vacation. Our criteria may be different from a regular tourist. We like the location for the convenience of grocery shopping. There are two major supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. And half dozen vegetable and fruits store. In addition, numerous restaurants nearby. The old city center is about 15-20 minutes slow walk. The internet was decent speed and the apartment is sunny and pleasant. Street noises throughout the day. And some evening and nights, the upper stairs residents make noise walking back and forth. Other than the noise, we have no complaints.

• ISABELLE (5/5): Joli appartement dommage qu'il soit aussi bruyant. - L'appartement était confortable et bien placé à 10 minutes à pied du centre. Le Bruit ! Il y avait des travaux dans l'appartement juste à côté nous avons était réveillé à 7H00 du matin et à partir de 8H00 perceuse et coups de marteau. Meme sans les travaux l'appartement est très mal isolé. On entend le voisin prendre sa douche et par la cour intérieure qui donne sur les chambres le bruit remonte .c'est dommage !

Есть просто абсолютно всё, что может понадобится путешественнику на несколько дней.Квартира оформлена с любовью и вкусом. 5-7 мин пешком до старого города,15-20 мин до пляжа,но по совершенно потрясающей аллее. 1 минута остановка и автобус N1 довезет вас туда же. Очень дешевое такси,которое можно прймать возле дома. Берите такси на улице,а не по App ,цена в приложении раза в три дороже.🤦‍♀️ Обожаю Малагу! Заселение было очень комфортным,также как и пребывание. Приятное и конкретное общение с собственниками,ничего лишнего. Быстрый ответ. P.S. Если кому-то мешает шум улицы,то надо искать жилье на побережье. Это центр. Отлично работает кондиционер и его хватает на всю квартиру.Окна необязательно открывать,лишь чтобы проветрить. Я много езжу,и могу дать этой квартире высочайшие оценки. Спасибо! Вернусь непременно! Всего два дня.😂

Consiglio di mettere a disposizione più pentole, di diverse dimensioni, una tovaglia più grande e qualche posata in più, specialmente dei coltelli affilati per carne e alimenti similari. Si percepisce un po' di rumore proveniente dalla strada di notte.

• Heather (10/5): Perfect Stay in Malaga will return - Franciso, promptly responded to pre-visit correspondance, but when returning quickly to the appartment on our 2nd evening I stupidly left the keys inside! Having a phone i was able to ring Francisco but it wasn't answered and we suddenly realised the magnitude of our problem if we couldn't get hold of him. No where to sleep, all our belongings inside the flat and we had a taxi booked for 9.30am the next morning when due to leave, imagine if owner gone away for weekend. After 3 or 4 attempts to ring, not expecting much, I sent a message on line via booking .com , can't tell you the joy when Franciso responded immediately and even better was with us within minutes and let us in, in such a kind and pleasant way.what a Hero. It was our 3rd visit to Malaga, but this stay was our most enjoyable and great value for money. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted from the apartment, the port, the old town, cathedral, pretty Plazas and shops etc yet in the evenings just step out of the apartment and join locals in bars , cafes and restaurants. The apartment is light spacious and clean, nice modern shower room and although we were initially concerned that the beds were a bit hard, we slept really well but did use a fan at times. We had read the comments about noise so were prepared and would say best not to open the bedroom windows, as quite a bit of noise from below from early morning,but unless you are very noise sensitive, don't let this put you off. • Jackie (7/5): Pleased with this apartment, some minor deficiencies - Great location, comfortable beds and very clean. Air con very effective to heat and cool down the apartment. On a busy main road so opening french windows was limited due to noise. No problem with noise with windows closed. Lack of an oven was a bit limiting although to be fair that was accurately described in the details provided pre booking. Kitchen utensils a bit sparten… no tea towel or scissors and pans were a little on the small side.

• Miri (10/5): Immaculate - Absolutely fantastic place in a great location. Very stylish and comfortable, has everything you might need for a short or long stay. Check in was a breeze and all the information was very clearly transmitted. Will definitely recommend and stay again if in the area

Beds are very comfortable. there is a cafe downstairs, so don’t need to walk more than 5m from entrance The living room facing the road is noisy indeed but as you are only home for the evenings and if you close the door of the bedrooms that is OK. Don’t try to sleep in the living room, as single glazed windows without insulation can be an issue, but bedrooms are fine - even for kids

• Maria (9/5): Great location - Very very clean, warm, full of everything you need, very easy access and comfy. 15 mins waking from the old city centre, the road is full of bars, bakeries, supermarkets and very close to restaurants. Was easy to find free parking spots walking distance. Very comfy bed and the room is very quiet and comfortable. The living room is slightly noisy because of the street when buses drive through but it wasn’t an issue for us.
• Masuurikas (9/5): Spacious and comfy apartment right in the heart of Malaga. - I would definitely go back to this apartment when in Malaga. We stayed in the apartment only for 2 nights, at the end of our 1-month long vacation in Andalucia. The moment we stepped in the apartment, and my wife, it felt really nice. It was only 2 of us in this spacious apartment and we could easily stay there for more than a week. Usually, we stay in the hotels, but this time we decided to try the apartment, and it was the best decision. The only downside is the parking. But in this area, the parking is actually free of charge, when you park on a street. Just, it's pretty hard to find a spot, especially in the evenings when people get home. You can find a random spot near the house during the day, though. The old town is within a short walking distance, so you really don't need a car if you want to do some sightseeing. Some people complained about the street noise, but it actually does not bother. The traffic on the street is not that heavy and the bedroom is on the other side of the apartment which is very quiet and calm. Everything is clean and comfy. Large ceilings. Really spacious and nice apartment. You feel good and relaxed staying there.

• Dominic (10/5): Really great place to stay - The location was ideal loads of transport great facilities Close to all the bars for drinks and food A message to greet us and links to food places and places to visit Was an added personal touch for me, so bonus marks and I'll be booking again as it was so convenient One bedroom with the 2 singles my friend said a mirror would be nice in there And the 2nd room with the one double bed the light bulb keeps flickering But this doesn't take away the amazing host who made sure we had everything and helped us with the door to kick start out day
• Verona (9/5): Enjoyed the apartment, but need to improve access to apartment keys and a host. - The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. Very spacious and airy. The cooking and laundry facilities in the apartment were excellent Very quiet location-10mins from major tourist attraction 1 The apartment is located on a major road where cabs CANNOT stop or else they would get a ticket. Not ideal for drop-off or pick-up. 2. On arrival, the keys were not in the key box. Waited over 3 hours in the hot sun before we received a text stating the keys were now in the key box. As there was NO HOST, contacting someone was very challenging and difficult. our daughter back in the UK had to search and find a host to contact them and let them know. This left my family and I feeling highly stressed. No apology or offer of some sort of compensation other than a text stating the cleaner forgot to put keys back into the key box. 3. The bedrooms did not have much lighting due to the heavy shutters plus it overlooked some sort of shop space. not nice. 4. Check-out was way too early at 11 a.m. despite requesting to extend the check-out time and payment for extra time a week before the trip. This made the day very difficult for my family with our luggage, as there was nowhere to hold our luggage until our flight at 7 p.m. Our last day was spent sitting in a park in front of the church across the road for several hours. This was not pleasant.
