- Hakopian (8/5): Convenience and value for money - The location is extremely convenient by being close to the main street of Rustaveli while being quiet and it was good value for money. Nothing fancy but it was all clean and orderly with everything you need. There is no view.

- Shukrani (5/5): Need to fix some problems and will be great - Great location , a lot of nice places around , nice and quiet even though it’s literally city centre, supermarket 24/7 just next door Clean apartment , very new, they’ve got everything to make a breakfast , washing machine , iron etc smell from the bathroom is disgusting and very strong , you could feel in the flat but in the bathroom it’s literally stinging your eyes Because the flat itself is very clean I think it’s smell from sewerage comes out from the drain pipes Some problems with the shower u can’t set warm water it’s getting too hot or to cold unexpectedly Would be nice to have some extra toilet rolls

The apartment is super cozy and has literally everything you might need. Seriously! Even tea and coffee, not to mention dishes, clothes dryer and even cleaning products. We appreciated such care, especially after the trip, when we wanted to relax and not go shopping to the store. We were very impressed with the thoughtfulness of the space and how cozy it was! And we felt like home there. There was perfect cleanliness everywhere! And the location is one of the best! No, it IS the best :) So, yes, definitely a recomendation!!!

- Tatiana (9/5): it doesn’t look like an apartment from the outside, more of a tent from Harry Potter with a magic inside (because the in - 👉🏼super friendly host, responds immediately most of the times 👉🏼location is amazing, opposite the conservatory, but it won’t disturb you at all, there’s also a shop on the corner (in case you want tea or wine😜) 👉🏼bed is comfy, exactly what you need after a long walk and in general, the apartment has everything you need and even more you have to play with a tap in order to get warm water, it takes time and might seem annoying at first, but it’s ok. you also might get hot and cold shower, but you just need to wait a while until it gets warmer (there’s a boiler)
