Viajaba sola y llegaba a las 20 hs a Bs As, cuando bajo del avión les vuelvo a escribir xq no me contestaron acerca de la entrega de la llave y me contestan: "como estas? le pido disculpas pero ya no contamos con disponibilidad en ese departamento." El cual ya estaba reservado! Inmediatamente los llamo pero no me resolvieron nada.
