Guest Reviews
- András (9/5): - A szállás egy nagyon jó környéken Róma központjában található. Ideális közlekedési lehetőséggel a közelben, mind a tengerpartra kijutás, mind városnézés szempontjából.
- AdaPaRO (10/5): - Apartment was clean
AC worked for heating as well

- Lidia (9/5): Polecam - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, uprzejmy i pomocny Stefano, apartament czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposażony.. Doskonała jakość do ceny.

- Ellie (9/5): Lovely and very clean, great location too :) - The property was extremely clean. The location was great, a two min walk to the metro station. There were excellent kitchen facilities including a nice espresso maker. The bed was very very comfy and there was good air conditioning. The shower is good but unfortunately quickly splashes out and soaks the bathroom floor so you need to carefully put down the mat and sometimes even a towel.
- Daniel (10/5): Comfortable stay that was close to everything we needed - Good location close to bus and train. Was able to walk to some places as well
- Ved (8/5): Very good -
- David (9/5): Comfortable, clean, well equipped apartment close to all transport connections. - The host messaged me ahead of arrival to arrange what time we could collect the keys. Check-in time was from 11am so we had the option of dropping our luggage off early and then go into Rome centre. From the outside, the building is not a pretty building but when inside the apartment itself was very clean, cosy and quiet. It is not a big apartment but it was perfect for us. The apartment had a very comfortable bed, a full size wardrobe and bedside cabinets, a well equipped kitchen with new appliances - dishwasher, hob, (it may have had an oven but I didn't use it), fridge and microwave. The kitchen had a good sized work-top so if you want you can prepare and cook a meal but when in Rome you probably won't spend a lot of time in the apartment. There is also a table and chairs, it also had a Lavazzo coffee machine and capsules.
It is a short walk to get fresh pastries and provisions so we would have breakfast at the apartment before heading out for the day. The apartment is very close to a train and metro station, tram and bus stops, there are always Bird or Dott bikes/scooters nearby for hire or if you prefer it is not that far to walk into town. There are also many historic sites close by as well as cafes and restaurants. I'm not a vegan but there is a fantastic vegan restaurant on the other side of the Pyramid - which we ate at several times. The apartment is also not far from the Testacchio market - which is well worth a visit at lunchtime.
There was a problem with something at the apartment, I messaged the host on a Saturday evening, I received a reply within 20 minutes with help to fix the problem. And, when leaving the host allowed us to leave our bags at the apartment for a few hours after check out time.
In Rome it is very difficult to find the perfect apartment/flat/room that suits everybody because everyone has different expectations, but I think this is a good apartment, secure and comfortable and it is priced accordingly.
- Andres (9/5): Superb - We wish the shower had a door , water comes out easily and doesn’t drain good so it tends to run off even if we had the shower on low setting , but other than everything else was perfect!
- Friedrich (10/5): Nice, quiet, clean, newly renovated and well-equipped apartment in easy reach of metro and downtown - Nice, clean, newly renovated and well-equipped apartment in easy reach of metro (3 minutes). Quiet (facing interiour court) and everything you need is within walking distance: food (pizza, bakery, Café, Restaurant, Banking, owner, bus...). Just 3 metro minutes away from FAO and Circo Massimo), 5 Minutes from Colosseo metro. I started the day with a Cappucino and a Cornetto at Cappucino Doc just 100 m to the left from the entrance - perfect. And the hosts are super nice and responsive. It was perfect for me - the only thing is that it is in the souterrain, so despite the big windows it is a bit dark. But there are many lamps in all the right places, and as I was away most of the day I didn't mind and I can imagine it's great in the summer - a cool place to restore yourself after running around in the hot city (;-).
- Keiu (9/5): Pleasant stay - Clean and comfortable. The personal was very pleasant and helpful. Location was very nice. Only small thing was that would have liked to make coffee with the moka pot. But the coffee machine there worked good aswell.
- Moreen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marika (10/5): Exceptional - The room was clean, towels and cosmetics available. Very well-equipped kitchen - everything is new. Beds very comfortable. 7 minutes from the airport train to the apartment. Well connected, close to shops and we recommend breakfast at Andreotti. Contact with Luana and Stefano is very good, thank you!
- Teodora (10/5): Exceptional - The week spent in Rome was wonderful!
The apartment is newly renovated, the private bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped. The apartment is on the semi-basement level and the windows overlook a very quiet interior garden. You couldn't hear the noise of the city at all.
The location is of the apartment is great. It's very close to the subway, train station and several bus stops. There are many good restaurants and shops in the area.
Stefano was a wonderful host, he answered all our questions and even waited for us for a late check-in due to plane delays.
We will definitely return to this location!
