- Sandra (9/5): Overall gorgeous town house excellent host highly recommend very comfortable across the road from be - Beautiful townhouse, lovely decoration, very comfortable beds, everything was very clean, right across the road from the beach. Short drive to Rosebud shops. Excellent host. All of our needs were met. Highly recommend. Couldn't locate outdoor bins so had to take all of our rubbish with us.
One bedroom window partially open upon arrival and it doesn't close properly. Blows wind through the bedroom.

- Stephanie (7/5): Great location, needs a few extras.. worth the visit though. - Great location, two ensuites, garage for parking. kitchen tap needs to be repaired, it works but is very loose and was like that when we checked in. Found it difficult to get any of the units to work on heat other than the one in the lounge.
Communication was spot on with Catherine, but there are a few items that would have made a difference.
This is a mid to high price range property and a few extras would have been very much appreciated.
Body wash or soap in the ensuites for the showers would have been handy as well as a face washer each and a box or 2 of tissues would be a nice touch.
Extra bedding for the cold nights would also have been great, the doonas are summer weight and whilst there are others in the cupboards, they all say do not use.
Given there is a full working kitchen, some napkins or paper towel would have been good.
Having stayed at many many airbnbs over many years the property is good, great location and nice and quiet but the few extras really do make it memorable.
- Craig (8/5): Very good -
- Cherie (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and very clean. The cold weather lol
- Giang (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tim (9/5): Lovely Place to stay - The house was a beautiful beach shack! It was right across from the Rosebud Beach and accessible to many different shops and take away venues. Had to dispose of our own rubbish as we were not allowed to use the garbage bins on site
- Tjandra (8/5): Beautiful, comfortable and clean house -
- Anna (9/5): Superb -
- Dorothy (8/5): Loved being able to walk to the beach & shops - Great location , comfortable beds. Limited outside space & not being able to see out upstairs windows which are opaque.
- Saliha (7/5): Good -
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - The cosy, homey and creative touches made for a lovely stay. The beds were very comfortable and we loved having the 2 ensuites. The garden area was the perfect place for outdoor dining. We had everything we needed for a perfect experience.
- Courtney (8/5): Very good - The two ensuite bathrooms were wonderful. The location was perfect for spending time at the beach. The Wi-Fi was HORRIBLE. It was actually nonexistent. It didn't work on any of our devices. Our devices would say that we were connected, but we were not able to connect to any website.
- Ebony (9/5): very close to everything, house was clean and very beautiful inside - clean and beautiful inside
- Khalil (10/5): Exceptional - Cleanness, open space, and provided us with amenities.
- Steve (10/5): Everything was close shops and the beach and safe - Self contained and clean The fact that you had to take the rubbish away
- Metelli (10/5): Excellent quality and very clean, perfect for a small group - Extremely clean, multiple bathrooms, good location
- Robyn (8/5): Most enjoyable! -
- Bianca (8/5): great midweek trip - great property right across from the beach. the house was very comfortable and the communication was excellent. it was clean and easily accommodated two adults and three children the area was a little rough- when we walked across to the beach there were drug deals going on in the carpark. not ideal with little kids. the neighbour also must have smoked as in the evening the backyard and the upstairs smelt badly of cigarettes smoke
- Ian (10/5): The Best Place to Stay In Rosebud. - Location, Great Spacious Rooms, Backyard a Bonus. Garage Parking. Nil
- Michele (7/5): Was a lovely place but a little over priced for a mid week stay but overall we fun !!! - We loved the 2 bathrooms.
Great for going away with a friend. The both of us have stayed at a lot of places.
We felt like for the price we have had better value.
No info on wifi
No coffee tea milk
No soap in showers
No foil for oven
It was just small things but these are the things that make you return and recommend a property.
- Nina (9/5): Superb -
- Julie-anne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jenny (4/5): very dissapointing - Shower was good
the little Back yard was nice No parking for a four wheel drive or for people with access / disability issues ie getting out of car in the small garage neighbours complaining about us parking
neighbours removing our rubbish from allocated bins
Next door neighbours dogs barking
neighbours argueing
Fron door entrance Mat filthy fly screens with cobwebs Dusty ornaments and shelves
Cold water tap doesnt work in left bedroom upstairs
No internet password until the last day and it was then useless as it wouldnt connect
Personal items stored all over house
Very expensive for our experience
- Mayeux (10/5): Amazing stay in this quiet, family home to spend time across the Mornington Peninsula. - A superb accommodation, perfectly located and very quiet. The garden is much more impressive than expected and allows us to dine outside. We really liked the decoration of the house. Fixing the kitchen faucet, but that's normal.
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - clean, comfortable, well located, good communication from host would have been great if there was some amenities (e.g. shampoo) but wasn’t really a problem as it was a short trip
