• katie (10/5): Great apartment in a great location - Beautiful apartment really well decorated. Lovely terrace area at back, very private. Host was amazing to deal with and very accommodating. In a great location approx 3 to 4 mins until you reach the main strip/beaches etc , incline on way back but very manageable. There were refreshments left for us on arrival and good variety of condiments/cooking oils . There was also a variety of pots and pans for cooking with and some items for kids for the beach which was great! I found the bed comfortable and can't fault the place! We had a very comfortable stay Nothing i didn't like really!

• Patrizio (10/5): Sbalorditivo! - Casa molto spaziosa, accogliente e super luminosa grazie alla finestra grande che dà sulla veranda esterna! Abbiamo soggiornato io ed un mio amico per cui di spazi ce ne erano in abbondanza! Casa curata e dotata di tutto l'occorrente. Bella anche la zona dove si mangia. Nella cucina presenti sale zucchero e spezie utili per chi volesse cucinare (noi non lo abbiamo fatto ma credo sia un valore aggiunto). Personalmente la parte della casa che abbiamo usufruito più di tutti è stata la veranda esterna, per le colazioni, per il relax.. e il salotto con i due divani molto comodi quando iniziava a fare un pochino più fresco la sera. Area completamente silenziosa, vicinissima alla strada principale di Puerto del Carmen raggiungibile in meno di 5min a piedi senza dover prendere automobile in caso si volesse sorseggiare qualche drink in più Rimanendo tranquilli. Letti molto comodi. Facile anche trovare parcheggio il ché non guasta mai. Presenza di aspirapolvere molto utile. Complimenti all'Host gran bel lavoro. Non è facile rientrare al pomeriggio o alla sera e sentirti "a casa" quando sei in vacanza! Rapporto qualità/prezzo OTTIMO! Voto Super positivo! Probabilmente avrei preferito una maggior accortezza nella pulizia del divano che sembrava fosse un pochino impolverato ( lo si sentiva anche dall'odore ) ma facilmente rimediabile con un copri-divano lavato e profumato per ogni nuovo ospite. Senza tralasciare il lavaggio anche dei cuscini poiché anch'essi avevano un odore di polvere. Per il resto non mi sento di aggiungere altro.

• Geraldine (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable and clean apartment. Nice terrace area with sunshine and set in a quiet location. There is a Supermarket a few minutes down the road. The apartment is a 7 minute walk to the main strip ( new town) and close to the beach and bars and restaurants. It is an incline walk on the way back but very manageable. I would definitely stay here again. The old town harbour area is approximately 15 mins relaxing walk. Nothing

• Thomas (7/5): Good - The apartment was fairly central but up a quite step hill which may be a problem for the elderly or less mobile occupants The apartment was very spacious and and had a south facing rear terrace so the sun was available for most of the day. There was no British TV. The induction job was unreliable.
• Gordon (7/5): When the banging and tile cutter stopped it was very relaxing - The privacy and as my wife had hurt her back we were aloud a late checkout free of charge Next door we’re have major work done so very noisy from 8 in the morning we had to switch bedrooms to get a sleep

• John (10/5): Relaxed breakaway - Spacious, clean, everything you need from a home away from home. Plenty of utensils for cooking along with the essentials left for us including, Water, Wine, spices, oil, salt, tea, coffee and a few snacks. We arrived late but had no problem finding and entering the apartment due to very clear precise instructions. Also excellent location, close enough from the main strip but far enough to be very peaceful and quiet. Nothing!
• Claire (9/5): Superb - apartment had everything that we needed for our week stay. The outside area was a bonus for relaxing mornings before starting our day. Close to the bars in the new town but not on top of all the hustle. Will recommend to others and would love to return. nothing
• Linda (9/5): We were there to give my brother a sunny break after a knee replacement, and it was ideal. - A lovely apartment, beautifully decorated and arranged. Ideally placed for getting to the beach and the Avenue. Quiet neighbourhood. Loved the covered patio area. Thank you for the wine, and for the thoughtful provision of tea and coffee. And we loved the visiting cat! Nothing, really. Bed linen a bit tired, but clean. Can't think of any negatives!
• George (10/5): Super apartment with everything you need to enjoy a quiet private stay in a central location near bars, shops and amenit - Central location, near beach, bars and restaurants. Clean and comfortable and all facilities we needed were there including towels, toilet rolls and washing up facilities. It was quiet and private as well, just what we wanted for a peaceful, private stay. Excellent WiFi and air con was useful. Nothing really, at a push the gravel area would be better decked or Astro turfed so it’s easier to put the sun beds on but that’s only a minor thing we would do if we had the property.

Close to all amenities but still in a very quiet area. Some of bedding and some towels starting to become a bit discoloured due to age.I Lack of view from patio, but knew this before we arrived. Could do with instructions for cooker, tv,and safe.

Well provisioned and stocked apartment, the host has clearly thought about the guests needs at arrival and throughout stay. Limited hot water for showers but did it heat up fairly quickly.

Little things like bottle of water in the fridge, washing up liquid and tea/coffee in apartment was great as we were arriving 10pm Nothing

• Mary (8/5): Very good - Location was great. Spotlessly clean apartment and when the cooker wouldn't work someone came within 30 minutes to sort it out. Plenty of towels and change of bed linen provided. The beds were really really comfy and there was lots of space. Having a washing machine was also great. Would recommend the location as very central and very quiet. We had 1 key only. This was awkward when we wanted to do different things or trips or even stay out until different times. If more than a couple staying 2 keys should be provided. The pican(gravel) sticks in your shoes and you can't put your foot on the ground to get off the sun loungers. Patio or tiles would be better.

• David (7/5): overall, very enjoyable place to stay with good access to the front and a real sun trap. - clean and comfortable , close enough to the front but far enough away from it to have easy parking. great south facing patio although some screening of the bare wall and fencing above would make it less stark. very comfortable sofa with leg rests. not enough cutlery, even for just 2 of us. A couple more chopping boards would be good. there was no change of bedding which you do need for a two week stay although there were plenty of towels. the hot water tank is too small, it’s barely enough to manage 1 person showering.
• Lorna (9/5): Superb - Nice clean quiet apartment with all the essentials provided. Perfect base for our stay. Plenty of towels, nice outdoor space and provided travel cot on request. Would definitely recommend. Some pillows didn't have covers although it may just have been an oversight and there were plenty so it wasn't a huge issue for us.
