• Irena (7/5): - Хареса ми мястото, но ми се струва, че е по подходящо за летния сезон. Вътрешният басейн и така нареченото спа зона има какво още да се желае от страна на управляващите хотела, но поне чистотата беше на ниво

• Ioanna (10/5): Посетете го! Няма да сбъркате! - Превърна се в любимо място... Вече го препоръчвам... Някои от терасите нямат навес и при лошо време е проблем за пушачите😄 Може да се добави и кафе машина в кухненския бокс,там,където го има.

• Damyan (10/5): - Обслужването, паркинга, апартамента и вида му, всичко беше уникално. Препоръчваме с две ръце!! -
• Mariyan (8/5): - Локацията е супер, чисто и организирано, банята има нужда от ремонт, ако не беше залепеният лист в кухнята с ценорасписът за изхвърлянето на боклука, нямаше да имаме никакви претенции, нека не го правим толкова очевидно и от всяко движение да искаме лев, все пак е място за почивка... Предстои глоба в размер на 50 лв. ако не просто, не си подредите и измиете съдовете в кухнята(което не е проблем), ами не си изхвърлите боклукът от кухнята в контейнерите навън. Попитахме, след като изпълнихме наставленията свързани с нелепият разход и от персоналът ни казаха,че това са политиките на мястото.

• Vladimir (5/5): - Басейните и стайте бяха хубави Обслужването е под всякаква критика, персонала не разбира български език и си платих паркинг (20 лева на кола)и такса за използване на дивана за да спи един човек (50 лева)

• Neli (8/5): - Храната и обслужването в ресторанта бяха отлични. Безплатен паркинг с ограничен достъп (бариера), любезен персонал на рецепция. Басейните бяха чисти и приятни за къпане. Стаите са прилично обзаведени. Преди качването на асансьора има стълби и единия паркинг е по-далеч от сградата, което не е много удобно за пренасяне на багажа. Момичето от рецепция все пак ни помогна. Шезлонгите на басейна са сравнително нови, но облегалките им не се закрепват добре и при всяко мърдане трябва да се нагласят отново, което е доста неудобно.

• Eva (8/5): Pleasant apartment and pools - Great location, spacious apartment, comfy temperature in the pools The kitchen is not equipped very well - one small pot and a frying pan. No coffee maker. The pools only open at 9 am :( No shower cubicle, not even a curtain, just shower head over the toilet. Only one mirror in the apartment-in the bathroom. We had to call the lift every time we needed a full size mirror 😅

• Bayryam (7/5): It was a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. - The highlight for me was definitely the warm mineral-water pool. It felt amazing and was a perfect way to unwind. The pool bar wasn’t operating every day.
• Lora (10/5): Comfortable and convenient stay - The apartment is set nicely; The free parking lot was convenient (you get a clicker from reception) The access to the swimming pools was great Restaurant at the end of the building was bonus You need to clean the water from the floor after you shower
• Rei (9/5): Nice with good value per money - The warm pool was fun and pampering. The kids loved it as well. The room was big enough and had a nice view and balcony. There is a Super Market and a grocery store very near by. There is a restaurant adjecent which offers a solution when you don't feel like heading out with the car to the main street. The place is a bit far away from the main street's restaurants, cafes and public hot Springs pool complex (far away by foot, it's 4 minutes driving)

• Marin (7/5): ok - Apartment was on the 3rd floor with elevator broken, it was not fixed while we stayed. There were 2 bedrooms and living room in the apartment, air conditioning was only in the living room, therefore we slept with no air conditioning in extremely hot weather and had to disturb our privacy by opening the doors for air. Otherwise the apartment was clean. The pool is excellent.
