Juanfis (1/5): Experiencia muy negativa y falta total de seriedad del host - Llegamos al alojamiento y fue muy difícil comunicarnos con la anfitriona. Tras varios intentos fallidos, un vecino nos ayudó a localizarla. Una vez que logramos hablar con ella, nos informó que el apartamento había sufrido un cortocircuito y que, por ese motivo, la reserva había sido cancelada por Booking, lo cual no era cierto, ya que la reserva seguía activa y estaba pagada al 100%. Mientras yo me encontraba fuera del alojamiento, sentado y tratando de contactar al servicio de atención al cliente de Booking para encontrar una solución, llegó otra familia con llaves, abrió la puerta, encendió las luces e ingresó al apartamento que supuestamente estaba inhabilitado. Tengo fotos como evidencia de esta situación. Al preguntarle a la anfitriona por qué esa familia estaba entrando, nos dio otra explicación falsa, diciendo que la aplicación de Booking había fallado y que dos familias habían reservado al mismo tiempo. Esto no tenía ningún sentido, ya que nuestra reserva se había realizado con más de 7 meses de anticipación. Posteriormente intentó reubicarnos en otro alojamiento cercano, pero nos indicó que debíamos esperar alrededor de 5 horas, hasta la medianoche, y que el lugar solo contaba con dos camas, cuando éramos cinco personas, lo cual era completamente inviable. Decidimos no aceptar esta opción y, tras hablar con atención al cliente de Booking, optamos por buscar otro alojamiento por nuestra cuenta. Aun así, la anfitriona intentó engañarnos, pidiéndonos que canceláramos la reserva desde nuestra cuenta con la promesa de devolvernos el dinero después, lo cual claramente no era una opción segura. Finalmente nos retiramos del lugar. Toda esta situación duró más de dos horas, expuestos al frío y a los mosquitos, sin ninguna solución concreta ni apoyo real por parte del host. Fue una experiencia muy desagradable, marcada por falta de profesionalismo, información falsa y cero consideración hacia los huéspedes. No recomiendo este alojamiento bajo ningún concepto.

Roy (9/5): Great apartment close to the beach and lotsa restaurants. Owner was very attentive and accommodating - Enormous space with a great view of the local beach. Filtered water came with the space. Shower head and shower curtain needs replacement.

Rossy (8/5): Great host - Attentive host, comfortable apartment, safe because of gate access and private access. Beach view. Security was rude and did not make guests feel welcome. Rudely told us we had to open and close your own gate. security did not greet us, and personality would change when residents would drive in. Only 1 restroom in 3 bdr apartment and no laundry as shown in pictures (pictures need to be separated in advertisent) Beach across apartment is convenient but water is gross and dirty.
