• Georg (10/5): - Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich und bestrebt, uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten.
• Marco (9/5): Aufenthalt für eine Übernachtung, alles schön. - Moderne Wohnung mit allem Komfort, komplett ausgestattet inklusive Kaffee ind Tee. Vor allem die sehr schöne Regendusche ist hervorzuheben, ebenso wie die sehr ruhige Lage und das völlig unkomplizierte Check-In und Check-Out.

• Simone (7/5): Fijn, maar met verbeterpunten - Fijne vakantiewoning in een buitenwijk van Balingen. Mooie locatie, strakke afwerking. Buitenruimte een prettige bonus. Deze vakantiewoning zou met een paar kleine ingrepen zo veel beter kunnen zijn. In de keuken staat een volledig overbodig ontbijtbarretje, terwijl de koelkast in de berging staat. In de woonkamer ontbreekt een fatsoenlijke lamp. Maar vooral het bed is een minpunt, de matras is dun en oncomfortabel.

• Jasmin (9/5): Grünes Paradies - Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, die Lage 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt war auch super. Besonders schön war auch die große Terrasse, die so schön im Grünen liegt. Parkplätze sind direkt an der Straße vorhanden. Das Bett war für uns leider viel zu weich. Das war aber auch das Einzige, was nicht so toll war.

• ThomasWild (10/5): - Super tolle Wohnung mit riesieger Terrasse. Wir haben hier 3 tolle Tage verbringen dürfen und fanden den Standort für Ausflüge in und um die schwäbische Alb - rund um Balingen (Burg Hohenzollern, Plettenberg, Albstadt) top! Die Wohnung liegt total ruhig am Waldrand in einem Neubaugebiet. Es gab auch die Möglichkeit die Fahrräder unterzustellen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich nur vorstellen kann, inklusive Waschmaschine, voll ausgestatteter Küche (es wurde sogar Kaffee und Tee angeboten) und der Zugang zur Terrasse ist einfach toll. Alles modern, sauber und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. - da gibt es nichts!

• Christian (9/5): Komfortable und geräumige Ferienwohnung auf hohem Niveau, sehr zu empfehlen! - + Sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete und blitzsaubere Souterrainwohnung, in der man alles Nötige für einen kürzeren oder auch längeren Aufenthalt vorfindet + Ruhige Lage, Innenstadt dennoch fußläufig zu erreichen (etwa 15 min), die Burg Hohenzollern ist auch nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt + Kostenloser Parkplatz in der Parkbucht Eigentlich war alles prima - wenn man unbedingt etwas kritisieren möchte: O Etwas seltsame Lichtschalter O Wasserdruck in der Dusche hätte höher sein können O Für unseren Geschmack zu weiche Matratzen

Man merkt wie der Gastgeber Liebe ins Detail steckt (sehr viele Kaffeepads für die Kaffeemaschine, Handtücher in verschiedenen Härtestufen, Pflaster, Kühlschrank im Abstellraum wegen den Geräuschen, mit Bettdecken und Kissen gerichtetes Schlafsofa für unsere dritte Person). Top Lage, sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Es war perfekt und wird weiter empfohlen! Wir werden in Zukunft nochmal kommen! Alles

• Laraask (9/5): Perfect (with the except of the sofabed) - The apartment is incredible, everything new, everything clean and really worth the money! I highly recommend it! The hosts also were very kind and available :) Please PLEASE you need to either change the sofabed or buy another THICK topper (if not another matress, probably much better) to put on top of the current sofa bed. To be honest not even the topper that we got from the bed in the bedroom helped … it was extremely uneven and not comfortable at all. A pity because everything else was incredible but we did not sleep for two nights and we both have a back acke now…

It is super clean and modern, all the devices are at the top level, the garden is the perfect place to relax and take breakfast, the bathroom is incredible. Not only this, but after a few minutes walking, you can find yourself enjoying in a beautiful forest. Maybe, the sofa bed could be more comfortable.
