• Danielle (9/5): Séjour festif à Lloret de Mar - L’apparthôtel est très bien situé avec commerces et restaurants à proximité. L'espace est très correct pour 3 personnes. Nous tenons à remercier Hayk pour sa réactivité, son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance à notre égard. Il manquait quelques éléments d'équipement comme des bols pour le petit déjeuner et une passoire, un grille- pain. Tout le reste était parfait.

Tout est accessible à pied: les supermarchés, les restaurants, la mer est à 5 minutes. Le propriétaire est ponctuel, réactif et aimable, prêt à répondre à toutes les questions.

На дрібні недоліки не звертали уваги, ми приїхали відпочивати з гарним настроєм і за весь час перебування з гарним настроєм і залишилися!!! Все що було заявлено все відповідає дійсності квартира чиста, зручні ліжка, достатньо рушників, техніка працює, посуди і кухонних приладів достатньо. -

Hayk was incredibly friendly and attentive, helped us with check-in, and even gave us a bigger apartment than the one we had booked — it was such a pleasant surprise! The location is perfect — very close to the bus station, everything is within walking distance, and it’s also near the city center. A huge thank you to Hayk for the warm hospitality! • Nataliia (7/5): - Апартаменти нормальні, все найнеобхідніше є. Дуже привітний господар Пляжі гарні всі, широкі, є туалет та душеві. Але не підійдуть для завсім маленьких дітей, бо зразу глибоко. Головний пляж душе шумний, багато людей, але розвинутий, поруч кафе та купа магазинів. Пляж Феналс тихіший, більш сімейний, але майже нема інфраструктури. Багато зелені навколо. Відпочивали с 1.09 до 11.09 море було 22-23 грасуди. Великі хвилі, дня три за відпустку дощило Апартаменти розташовані напроти готелю зі студентами, за 11 днів ми не спали жодної ночі, бо ті верещали як дурні. Була екскурсія до Барселони, так ми її ледь пережили, бо поспали всьго три години. Часто був запах шмалі. Ніякого повітря з моря і близько не відчувалося(( Тому, ці апартаменти дуже підходять молоді, або тим, хто їде всю ніч гуляти та тусуватися. Наступного разу я б обрала щось поблизу Феналсу. Друзі там жили, було тихо та спокійно.

• Lavinia (10/5): - We stayed in this house for a week. It was very nice and equipped with everything you need (even double towels so you can change them). The house is located just steps from both the clubs and Lloret Beach. The host was very kind and always available for any need. I recommend it!

• Patryk Dąbrowski (4/5): Słabo - Lokalizacja i osoba z obsługi Za 195 euro za dobę jakość mieszkania BARDZO słaba, pomijam fakt, że w cały budynek jest imprezowy i do 5 rano krzyki non stop. Stan lokalu kiepski, garnki nie wymienione od lat, stan w środku bardzo słaby, w Barcelonie za tę kwote wynajęliśmy lokalizacji 55 metrów w nowym budynku. Żeby brać trzeba coś dać... I mowa tutaj o podstawach. W łazience ciekła woda, ogólny zły stan mieszkania. Zdjęcia poglądowe przedstawiały inny lokal.

L'host è una persona molto gentile e disponibile, in caso di emergenza e di bisogno risponde nel giro di pochi minuti. Consiglierei questa struttura per un viaggio tra amici o in famiglia.

• Igor (9/5): Superb - The location was good because it was relatively close to Bus station LLoret de Mar. The apartment was decent and the host was very kind and gave us very good advices, that were useful to us. It was part of the bigger building full with apartments for rent so it was protected and we had not any problems with loud neighbors. The apartment has not oven, the microwave oven was not enough to prepare some meals. The apartment has some amenities to begin with your holiday like salt, spices, soap but it was simply not enough so you have to buy some things that you need in small amounts like garbage bags for an example. My advice is that maybe it's easier just to ask these things from the host and he will bring them to you, but we did not do that.
• Zorka (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment’s location was perfect, it was close to both beaches (fenals and central), alos to the bus station, the main street and two supermercats. It was equipped perfectly, we had everything we needed, also as a bonus we got an iron and a sun umbrella from our host, who by the way was very helpful with any and everything. Nothing was bad about the apartment.

The bathroom looks old and needs to be renovated. That's where the positive moments end. The apartment is opposite a hotel where there was constant noise. Mostly young people vacation there, so get ready for the noise that will accompany you until the morning. There were parties every night. Out of 11 nights spent here, there were 3 quiet nights. In addition to the noise opposite, it is also noisy behind the walls. You can hear absolutely everything that is happening in the neighborhood. (I will say right away that the owner of the apartment asked me not to mention the noise opposite in my review). And the «cherry on top» was the day of departure. We, as stated in the rules of stay, were going to leave the house at 11:00. The owner of the apartment was going to come and get the keys, but changed his mind in the morning because it was raining. This was not a big deal for us, as we could leave the keys on the table and just lock the door, which we did. He also allowed us to stay until 12:00, as the cleaning lady was supposed to come at that time. We didn't need it because we had to go to the airport, so we were out of the apartment at 11:00. Two hours later, the owner of the apartment wrote to me that we had broken the window on the balcony and now we had to pay for it. My surprise was beyond belief, as we hadn't done it and I always check everything before checking out. He immediately said that it would cost 500€ (why this figure is unknown). Our dialog did not lead to anything, so now we are dealing with Booking. I hope they will help. I do not recommend this apartment. In fact, you can find cleaner, newer and definitely quieter apartments in Lloret for this money.

• Vivien (9/5): Superb - The apartment had the best location for my needs: Lloret beach was available in a ~10 min short walk and the bus station in like 3 min where I could take my daytrips to Barcelona and Girona from. I didn't expect it to be this spacious, it was also very well equipped in case you'd bring your food with you like I did (microwave, fridge, coffee machine - the fridge even had a freezer part which came in handy to me). The host excelled himself, he was very informative and helpful since the day I booked my stay and answered each of my questions (and I had a lot) so that everything went smoothly - thanks a lot for that again! To sum it up, I can highly recommend, perfect for solo travelers as well. I can't mention anything.
• Elena (5/5): Passable - not far from city center and bus station It's impossible to sleep - there's a hotel across the street with young people who are shouting and partying around the clock. In the kitchen, for the first two days, it smelled really bad, like either mold or pipes, and the smell didn't go away even with the windows open.

The host was absolutely so kind, checked us in at 10 am because we had an early flight. The kitcheb was fully equiped, there were utensils and spices(salt suggar oil etc)and all dishes needed. The location is perfect 2 min to the bus station which was perfect if u want to travel often like us. (tip; pre book everything even bus tickets). We asked for a mop and the host brought us a brand new mop in no time. The whole apartment was clean and spacious, and the balcony was also nice for chilling in the evenings. I would go back anytime. .

• Theodora (10/5): Beautiful, clean apartment close to everything you need :) - We were extremely satisfied :) The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The building also has an elevator. As a person with allergies, I can say, that even the cleaning products, which maintain the space and bedding, did not bother me. And the bed is comfortable. Everything you need is NEAR by a 7-minute walk - shops, beaches, bus station, cafes, and clubs, and again, you can sleep well at night, which is a winning combination for everything you need on vacation, without a car. But what definitely particularly delighted us, was the kindness and helpfulness of the host Hayk. He helped us in an extremely unenviable situation, upon arrival, and he was also there later and is a very positive person and the most cultured host I had during my stay in Spain. P.S. we went to Fenals beach It lacks kitchen elements, for those who want to prepare more complex meals

Excellent location: two beaches nearby (walking distance about 7 minutes), bus station, various restaurants and entertainment, also in walking distance different stores. The apartment has everything you need, if something you lack, you can safely turn to the owner. The owner is a very polite and responsive young man. The apartment is clean and spacious! Thank you very much to the owner of these apartments for a wonderful vacation! We will definitely come back again! Everything was great!
• Libby (10/5): Comfy and cozy apartment for a beautiful vacation in Lloret De Mar! - We stayed for a week in Lloret De Mar and it was Amazing! The apartment is large and comfy, located in a very main area but not so close to the clubs so it is quiet at night. Our host Hayk was very generous and helped us with everything we needed. The washing machine is very useful and easy to use. The apartment has a nice balcony where you can drink your morning coffee. About 6 minutes walk to the center and the central bus station and about 10 minutes walk to the beach! A small trash can in the bathroom is very much needed.

The balcony was nice as you could sit there in the evenings. Basic things like spices (salt and pepper) or enough toilet paper were missing. Possibly also glass cleaner, detergent for the washing machine or a vacuum cleaner. We expected the view from the balcony to be different because you could only look at other hotels or balconies and in the evening it was a little too loud.

There are several parking houses nearby ,but they are pricey, approx 20 euros per day, but it was possible to park the car in the street within walking distance Very noisy neighborhood. Our balcony faced huge hotels and guests had parties outside every night. Would be nice to have a shelf in the bathroom. Although room is huge there is no place to leave hygiene items but on the floor. Kitchen is equipped with washing machine but no washing powder, even for one run. Also no salt/oil/paper towels. So if you stay for a few days you have to buy everything... There are only small shops around to buy things...

• Liudmyla (9/5): Superb - The apartments are quite spacious, clean, snow-white bed linen and towels - 2 per guest. It's important for me that there were comfortable mattresses and pillows. There are thick curtains so you don't wake up from the sun early in the morning. There are enough appliances in the room: washing machine, microwave oven, electric stove, kettle and even a coffee maker. There was also a hairdryer, and an iron was brought to us upon request. Stable Wi-Fi. A nice host who was easy to contact and allowed us to check out a bit late. There was enough hot water from the boiler to wash three girls in a row. The girls wanted the bathroom to have a shelf for their bottles of creams) If someone is going to constantly cook at home, then he may have a few dishes - there is 1 pot, 1 frying pan, only flat plates.
• Simona (10/5): Great place to stay at! - Great place to stay at, close to stores, close to restaurants, pleasant walk to seaside. All you need is near and the host is amazing 👏 !!! Cosy beds and very clean and spacious rooms. Water tank is a bit small but enough for 2 people to have a hot shower. It recharges in 1 hour so it meets our expectations.
