• Russello (1/5): Casa diversa da quella prenotata - Niente Prenotato questo appartamento che si troverebbe al centro di Genova... Non risponde al cellulare poi mi invia un messaggio con istruzioni tra qui a sua detta abbia sbagliato. Infatti la via non è quella ma un altra nella zona di Sampierdarena un luogo non molto carino... Specialmente la sera.. ma sarebbe andato lo stesso bene pazienza.. però chiamo per sapere per l'aria condizionata e mi viene negata dentro c'è un forno.. l'acqua calda inesistente c'è la lavatrice ma non si accende in pratica i servizi sono solo internet che serve a poco. Pulizia pari al zero nessuna zanziera quindi in piena estate vi lascio immaginare mi hanno praticamente devastato le zanzare. Palazzo disastrato.. se dovessi elencare ancora penso non basti questo spazio... Comunque mai più.
• Mj (5/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, zona residencial tranquila, es un bajo con una cama y un sofá cama. Para 4 personas se queda justo. No dejaron el mando del aire acondicionado estando en plena ola de calor. La lavadora no se podía utilizar, no tiene nada de cocina excepto un microondas y una nevera.

• Lilla (9/5): Superb - The location is very good: close to the beach and the city center is also available on foot. The area is very safe. The accomodation has a private garden with trees. It is amazing to have breakfast under an orange tree. The accomodation is very clean and renovated. There is no kitchen. There are only plastic plates, spoons and glasses. There is no knife at all. There are only 2 chairs at an accomodation offered for 4 people.

• Howard (7/5): Good - Great location for the area good size accommodation everything is accessible and reasonable price for the type of property They sent us confusing messages on arrival which suggested we were at the wrong place and gave us the wrong passwords and lock box information Not the best start. Next issue was they wouldn't let us use the washing machine that was clearly shown in the pictures of the accommodation. The main reason we booked this place was so we could wash our clothing Next issue was no hot water They then told us that maybe the previous occupation had turned the water heater off. They cleaned the room after they left and obviously had turned off the water Not fun. The lady who was giving the information was absolutely no help. As in many cases in italy people are really rude and don't want to help tourists
