• Detroz (8/5): Séjour en février avec 3 enfants - Nous avons particulièrement aimé la localisation de l appartement. Tout se trouve facilement a 15 minutes a pied. L ascenseur, la piscine, 3 chambres, 2 sdb... parfait pour une grande famille. Très propre ! Dommage pour l insonorisation. On entend tout que ce soit les bruits des voitures, des autres appartement ou encore l ascenseur... Le balcon n est jamais ensoleillé.
• Lorenzo (8/5): - Buona posizione e dotazioni in appartamento ( lavastoviglie e lavatrice ok). Bel terrazzo. La camera con due letti singoli ha pochissimo spazio e non ci sono armadi.

• Guest (5/5): stay away from this place, badly managed - I liked the location but the flat is managed by some foreign office in Germany and i d prefer if it was someone local, instead I just messaged someone on whatsapp, very dry communication, very different when I rented the flats from locals who are very polite and respectful in their communication Deposit 300 EUR - the host charged deposit by bank transfer, when I was met by the lady with the keys I thought they would use a card machine or give me the bank details for bank transfer but instead she took the photo of my card and sent it to someone abroad over Whatsapp (which is a weird practice). That day 272 GBP was taken from my account (which converts to more than 300 EUR) by some EUROPA hotel. I left the place on 10 December and the key lady checked that all was ok, but the deposit was not refunded to me as it was promised within 7 days, I had to send a reminder to them on 20 December and on 24 the December I received 248 GBP from some Igors Gavrilov which converts to about 280 EUR. I addressed it with the person on Whatsapp, and they said to me its not their responsibility as its due to bank charges (which is nonsense as its way too much). They did not send me the confirmation on how much they charged my card initially, only the return confirmation. I think they charged more than 300 EUR and they sent back 300. I tried to communicate and ask for the difference of 28 EUR and I have never heard back.
• Josh (5/5): Good location clean and spacious apartment great value for money but it is residential . - The location is good just a short walk to town. The apartment balcony had a lovely view of the volcanoes but doesn't get any sun all day. You have to pay a 300.00 euro deposit on arrival ,and advised any breakages or complaints from the neighbour's regarding noise you loose your deposit .some things were broken already so we took photos and hoped we wouldn't get charged, there is an 11oclock curfew so sitting out at night time on the balcony chatting was not an option . This is a residential block of apartment's it's lovely but we felt restricted ,the pool was nice but again overlooked by residents so had to be quiet and mindful , it took away the relaxed holiday feeling for us but doesn't mean it wouldn't suit others .we were a family of 6 so it was a challenge. But still had a lovely time. Although you do loose money when they refund your deposit with the exchange rate it was about £20
