Tyli, rami aplinka, šalia teka upelis, didelis, sutvarkytas parkas pasivaikščiojimui. Kitoje kelio pusėje ežeras su parku. Puikus kainos ir kokybės santykis.

- Ana (10/5): Įvertinimas 100 iš 10 - Patiko absoliučiai viskas. Ideali švara, smulkmenos (kava, arbata, saldainiai). Kondicionierius! Įėjus į butą buvo labai karšta, bet vos pora min ir butas atvėso! Labai patogus susisiekimas, priešais yra Dauniškio ežeras, prie kurios galima pasivaikščioti, parkai viskas šalia :) jeigu važiuosite autobusu, tai stotis yra max 900m nuo buto, kas yra labai patogu:) kiek pastebėjau prie namo tikrai yra parkingo vietų, tad problemos pasistatyt mašiną nebus :) Jeigu dar reiks važiuoti į Uteną, tikrai pasirinksiu šiuos apartamentus! Minusų nėra

Jautėmės labai gerai ir labai saugiai, atvažiuojam jau antrąkart, tikiuosi, tų kartų bus daugiau 🙂 Į kitus apgyvendinimo variantus jau net nebežiūrime.

- Ersin (10/5): immaculate, wonderful - It is immaculate, well-maintained, there is hot water 24 hours a day. There is a refrigerator and dishwasher. Good location. It was a beautiful and comfortable house where you could stay with your family or alone. All kitchen utensils were available. There was a coffee machine and coffee capsules. There were delicious little treats available. There was no washing machine.

- Heiko (9/5): Surprisingly modern - A very nice appartement fully renovated, completely equipped. The only change was to get to the 4th floor without elevator (especially with luggage). Besides that it was verry nice located near the park and the supermarket.
