Con todo lo necesario, incluso café y muffins Un poco mas de deralle en limpieza , sobre todo de los ventanales El baño de la habitación olía mal al ducharse, nada que no se pueda solucionar con una limpieza del desagüe . Pero estuvimos muy a gusto.

• Silvia (7/5): Deluxe?? Quiero y no puedo - La ubicación es ideal,está cerca de la playa Las ventanas estaban muy sucias, se nota que la limpieza es muy básica, la encimera estaba rota, es un peligro. Solo hay 2 vasos, los gastamos para beber y para enguagarnos los dientes.
• Isidro (8/5): Bien calidad/precio. - La luz que tiene, que es muy amplio y la ubicación. Hay algunos detalles que se pueden arreglar. La persiana de la habitación grande estaba rota. Huele demasiado a tuberías un olor bastante desagradable. Y seria un buen detalle que se pudiera entrar un poquito antes, en nuestro caso no fue posible hasta las 15:00 en punto cuando justo salió la limpiadora.

• Asensio (3/5): La peor experiencia de mi vida - El apartamento espacioso todo correcto ubicación, nos gustó mucho. Lo que no me gustó fue que el día 3 septiembre estuvimos todo el día disfrutando y cuando llegamos por la noche nuestra sorpresa fue que nos encontramos todas nuestras cosas en bolsas de basura la comida de la nevera mochilas y ropa y objetos personales dentro de bolsas de basura y dentro del armario de los utensilios de limpieza. Nos quedamos en shock. No nos lo podíamos creer. Porque teníamos la reserva del 2 al 4 de septiembre y es la primera vez que nos pasa esto en unas vacaciones. Hemos avisado al establecimiento y no nos han dado respuesta. Nos sentimos que han violado nuestra privacidad. No tengo fotos hice un vídeo no sé cómo colgarlo😡😡
• Isidro (7/5): - Ubicacion , muy luminoso y bonitas vistas. Mal olor en los baños. Las persianas son electricas y alguna no funcionaba. La encimera de la cocina estaba destrozada, partida por varios sitios. Para entrar al portal el primer día nos dieron enlace a una app que dió problemas al abrir la puerta y los vecinos se quejaban de que muchas veces eran ellos o el portero quienes terminaban abriendo.
• Escobar (10/5): - El apartamento nos encantó fui con mi familia todo bien ubicación cerca a la playa comodidad limpieza todo bien todos los veranos vamos a Benidorm pero siempre a distintos en este volvería a repetir gracias Es un apartamento cómodo con buena ubicación está bien para ir con familia amigos todo cerca
• JAIME FERNANDO (5/5): Toda la estancia perfecta menos estos fallos. - El alojamiento muy bien . No me dejaron la llave para bajar a piscina durante los tres días. No se podía abrir la puerta del zaguán teniendo que molestar a un vecino para abrirla. Las persianas automáticas del comedor no funcionaban con el mando y daba el sol por las tardes. He estado varias veces y estaba todo bien pero esta vez el mantenimiento fallaron varias cosas.
• Virginia (7/5): Precioso pero necesita atención inmediata - Ubicación, decoración, silencio , cama principal muy cómoda, persianas con domótica, TV gigante X2, piscina, secador, plancha, accesibilidad al alojamiento sin llave y vistas Olor del sumidero intenso (necesitan un fontanero urgentemente), ducha atascada, cristales sucios, suelo sucio, el sofá huele a sudor (hay que lavar las fundas de los cojines al menos), pelos largos de mujer en ambas duchas y pelos cortos en el retrete, encimera rajada, no te dan llave para usar la piscina ni contestan cuando les avisas de la suciedad y la falta de llaves, no hay armarios, solo un perchero en la habitación pequeña. Se puede poner otro en la grande. Digamos que el sitio es maravilloso pero lo han descuidado.
• Deepak (8/5): Good location but a few finishing touches are needed - - great location, close to the strip, old town and beach - spacious living area - modern kitchen and shower rooms - the kitchen island worktop was cracked in multiple places making is dangerous - the small bedroom would benefit from small reading light as the main light is too bright but only option during the night when the shutters are closed - the pipes and boiler in the small bedroom should be boxed in and the holes in the ceiling filled. - the patio door didn’t lock - whilst this isn’t a major security issue being on the 10th floor, it could be a hazard if a child stayed - pillow was lumpy and uncomfortable - nowhere to hang clothes in large bedroom

• Delgado (10/5): IM SO READY TO BOOK AGAIN ! :) - Access with easy technology, without the hassle of waiting for someone, no collecting keys, everything fast, transactional and secure. This place is incredible, well-equipped, clean, everything you need to enjoy Beniform, close to the party but with enough distance to not be bothered by noise. Since it's not a tourist complex, you have privacy, access to the kitchen, and a master bedroom with a full bathroom. Just perfect. no staying for longer.

• Jorge (4/5): Disappointing - Location. Host said we could check in at 2pm, then we were told at 3pm. Arrived at 3pm and the cleaning lady was still there and left around 4pm. Extremely old towels. Horrible smell from the bathroom. No forks. Old and stained couch. Slow communication with host. Only one of the beds was made. Extremely cold small bedroom even with the heating on. Wouldn't stay here again.
• Fayfife (9/5): Fabulous apartment - Lovely bright, super clean apartment, in ideal, quiet location but only 5 mins stroll from the main street or old town. Slept exceptionally well. Stunning skyline views, especially at sunset. Easy keyless entry via app to the building and door key code to the apartment. I'd definitely stay again. Toaster would be a handy kitchen addition. Would've been a 10 rating if the boxing in and cable tidying mentioned in other reviews were done.

• Charlotte (10/5): Will be returning to JAP Emilio, super clean, super spacious. - The apartment photo's don't do it justice on Booking.com, the apartment was completely spotless. Explaination of how to access the building was made so easy and stressfree. Hosts were fantastic, will definately be returning to this apartment. Spacious, comfy and clean. Although there isn't a balcony, the doors open right back and it creates a balcony feel. Couldn't fault the apartment. Location is perfect. Nothing I didn't like. No complaints from me, everything was spot on.

• Lois (9/5): Great value for money - Spacious property with everything we needed, good value for money. It smelt a little of smoke and it was a little far out from the Centre however, I would still recommend staying as it was a nice spacious apartment and had evening we needed.

• Peter (1/5): Yucca apartment also known JAP - The style of the apartment. Had a problem finding it because you advertised it as JAP apartments but it is called Yucca. No hot tub or balcony as advertised. No wardrobe or hangers for clothes. Although there were stacks of plates, bowls and glasses there was only one cup. No toaster or kettle. Oven wouldn't open and pulled pulled out when I tried. No covers on pillows or duvet. Not enough towels fof 2 people for 8 nights. Wires hanging out the wall at floor level. Washing machine had stagnant water in and stunk. Dish washer had remnants of food in. Spare room where we put our clothes on an airer was freezing because some windows wouldn't close. A window in lounge also would not close. The view was good but you could not see out of most of them for grime. The photos show it as a lovely apartment and it is. But it is obviously a work in progress, not complete. And most of the work that has been done is poor. Fiitments coming away in your hand. The kitchen island has been badly fitted not square and a corner of the worktop has broken off. The fridge was clean, but there was a dead fly in the door shelving. I spoke with the lady who let us in over the phone and later messaged her about some of the issues, but she did not reply. Before we left, I messaged about all the issues and still no reply. We left the washing machine and dish washer doors open so the problems could be dealt with and took the rubbish out. We left the apartment clean and tidy. We are very disappointed. I have taken some photos. Look forward to your reply. Sorry I am not finding all the photos I took. This is washing machine with water in. Dishwasher dirty. Broken worktop.
• Andrea (10/5): Excellent apartment and location! - The property was excellent! Very clean and modern. Great location right in the old town, less than a 5 minute walk to a the main shopping area, including lots of shops such as Zara, old town pubs, cafes and restaurants. The apartment was quiet and had automated shutters which makes it pitch black. The kitchen was fully equipped and 2 huge smart tvs which can be connected to Netflix, Spotify etc., check-in was easy and the bed was super comfy!

Friendly girl let me in, left keys when I left.unbelievable value 27 euros for the night 😊☀️ The only one thing that was a bit strange was there was no wardrobes or hangers for clothes.

I must say the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. the location was ideal situated at the start of Old town. A perfect location The apartment unfortunately lacked a few things and was not as described on booking.com. The pool was closed and there was no Hot tub as stated. There also was no balcony as stated. The apartment didnt have English speaking channels on the TV and there was no kettle for making tea. There was no hot water in the kitchen. It might be an idea to leave instructions for the cooking appliances. Also maybe have a word with your cleaner as the dishes in the cupboards were dirty.

• Joseph (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was clean, very modern spacious and has been/currently is undergoing major upgrade. Amazing views over Benidorm city. Although the apartment is listed as a one bedroom apartment it is actually a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. We loved the apartment and would definitely love to stay there on our next visit to Benidorm. There were no storage facilities for hanging our clothes, ie no wardrobes or drawers.The owner needs to edit the description of the apartment, as one of the facilities which is listed as outstanding ie hottub, does not exist.
