• MARTIN (10/5): - Superb location. Right in the heart of the historic center. Great Tapas/Restaurants/bars on your doorstep. Apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Lift was great. Water cooler dispenser was a fantastic idea. Balcony had panels which made it a little warm at times - it wasn't clear if these could be removed - instructions would have helped I could not get the desktop computer to work - instructions would have helped

Belle veranda/terrasse transats avec jolie vue. Odeur d'égouts dans une des salles de bains. Par temps frais, table à manger (pour 6 personnes) non utilisable car la veranda est non chauffée.

• Chantal (10/5): We are coming back! - We had a fantastic time here. The apartment is located right in the city center. Compared to other apartments in Malaga where we have stayed before, we were not bothered by outside noise inside. The three bedrooms are spacious and feature blackout curtains/blinds and an iron(board). The two bathrooms are also fine. The bathrooms were also equipped with soap, shampoo and hair dryers. The kitchen is also well-equipped, including a dishwasher, a big drinking water dispenser and a washing machine. The LED lights in the patio are a nice extra touch. As well as the 2 sunbeds on the terrace. The elevator that opens directly into the apartment is also a nice touch. I have few points for improvement, but if I had to mention something, it would be the finish of the bathroom (e.g., the sealant edges) and the fact that the coffee machine leaks from the bottom when brewing. Additionally, the capsules that go into the coffee machine are difficult to obtain in regular stores. I would switch to a Nespresso machine with standard capsules.

From the moment we arrived the host accommodated us in any way they could till the moment we left. The apartment is situated beautifully in the middle of the town. But even so when you are in the apartment it is peaceful. We will definitely be recommending and coming back.

• Lesley (10/5): Fabulous apartment in great location - and sound proof! - Fabulous penthouse location in centre of Malaga but felt completely sound proof so we heard no noise at night and all slept peacefully (unlike a previous stay in centre) Apartment is furnished beautifully throughout -lift opens directly into the apartment and it has great bar area with football table and dining table on enclosed terrace as well as indoor lounge area - would be great for families, couples and groups of friends Bedrooms lovely and great air con to stay cool plus two bathrooms Water cooler in kitchen and Nespresso We would happily stay again with young and teen kids or as groups of friends or 3 couples

The apartment was clean, modern and ideal for a group, probably the best we have stayed in. We requested a later checkout which was kindly facilitated for us and the owners presented themselves as friendly and welcoming. Getting the keys and checking out couldn't have been easier and they even provided a welcome gift. Definately recommend this apartment if you are staying in Malaga. Nothing

We had such a special family holiday and would highly recommend. The main TV wasn't working properly and within the space of 15 minutes of enquiring, someone was sent around to have a look. The TV was unfortunately not able to be fixed. So within the next day or two a brand new TV arrived and was installed, plus a complimentary breakfast given for the inconvenience ! They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Outside area lovely and considering the location, the apartment was very quiet. Thankyou so much 🙏 Only one set of keys given, although this didn't matter to us as we all stayed together anyway.

The place is clean and spacious for six persons. Highly recommend for family or friends. Host was very responsive and willing to answer or provide assistance. The beds and pillows are comfy. The cleaner was very helpful. Only one set of keys were given by the staff, so it was not flexible for all the guests. The front gate was difficult to open and also the main door of the flat. We could only use the lift as entrance.

• Johan (10/5): Exceptional - Modern apartments with all you can wish. Perfect location and great communication with owner. It's quiet apartment due this central location. Great small terass. Lovely beds with good comfort. A bit pricy, but you get nice apartments with own liftentrance. There are central AC/air ventilation. We were in October so I don't now if it cools enough during summer months. It's in the middle of town with no access to taxi, so you have to walk 5 min, not a problem due streets are flat marble.

You would imagine the location is super, but this close to all the small resteaurants, the smell of tapas really the whole day is something you should be aware of.

• Binchao (10/5): Spacious apartments with nice fit out, center location, marvelous balcony in Malaga. - The decoration was delicate and nice, not that kind of cheap and clean version. The balcony is beyond expectionally good. The location is just @ the center of the city, and you may overlook the overly crowded bars with EURO cup. Full kitchen facilities enables you cook whatever foods you wanted to. Wish there could be one more set of keys as we sometimes will split the visit.

The conservatory terrace iWorks as a noise buffer though you can still hear lots of activity. Of course you could close all doors and use AC but I prefer not to. Very good communication with property. Beautifully decorated and even has a fresh water supply which was nice, not having to lug bottles of water in. Overall very happy. Thank you 😊 All
• Georgy (9/5): Spacious property with a huge terrace overlooking the town - Excellent location, nice apartments. Renovation is a bit outdated, however the property has everything you need. The terrace and the balcony blew our mind and they are the key features of the property. The property manager was super nice and we allowed to check in couple of hours earlier. Coffee machine uses rare type of capsules - we didn’t find them even at the large Carrefour. Switched to French press instead.

• Carla (8/5): Overall it was a nice place to stay in the very heart of Malaga and I would recommend. - The location is amazing - right in the heart of the town and yet it was quiet within the apartment. It felt safe as you had to go through locked doors and gates and it was very spacious with a nice outdoor space and area with amazing views of the city. There was a shelf literally falling off the wall in the lounge, and whilst there are nice pieces of furniture the apartment somehow feels less luxurious then you would expect for the price. There was opened milk and food left in the fridge and freezers from previous occupants. The TV in the lounge was stuck on a bull fighting channel and we couldn't get it off it and there was no tv in the main bedroom
