• Monika (7/5): - Dobra lokalizacja. Blisko do starego miasta, restauracji, dworca kolejowego. Kuchnia ok z ekspresem i kawą Sypialnie są przechodnie. Brak miejsca zeby klika osob usiadło na posiłek czy odpoczynek. Brak salonu i kuchnia malutka.
• Eduardo (6/5): Nice location, great if you’re a couple, not great if you’re more people. - The location is perfect, super central with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants around This is not a two-bedroom property. It’s a one-bedroom en-suite, and the living room has been set up as an additional sleeping area. To access the main bedroom, you have to pass through this “living-bedroom,” and the only bathroom is located inside the bedroom.
• Rob (2/5): A cramped one-bedroom flat with a living room containing two extra beds (but no air conditioning). - In trying to be completely objective, I can say that the location of the apartment is very good -- a relatively short walk to the shopping districts, Bari Vecchia, the train station, etc. And the apartment is clean. Otherwise, there are numerous issues with the place. This is not a two bedroom apartment, but a one bedroom with a living room with two beds in it. Both rooms are connected by door handles which come off each and every time you open them! The sole bathroom (in the description it says "guest bathroom" but there isn't one) is next to the sole bedroom, so whoever sleeps in the living room needs to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom (and deal with replacing the door knobs which fall off). The kitchen and balcony are extremely narrow, and there is no place for more than two people to comfortably sit together to, for example, have breakfast. There is only air conditioning in the bedroom. In the living room is a loud fan. In the bathroom there are no hooks for towels and in the extremely narrow shower (with a defective door) you have to put soap, shampoo, etc. on the floor (or hold them them entire time while you shower!) I could go on for quite a while about the flat's deficiencies, but I hope what I have written will give you a good overall idea of this place.

• WimMoortgat (3/5): Not suitable for 5 people: broken furniture, ants, poor communication. - The owner was present to give us the keys, but communication before arrival was poor, probably because of the lack of English. The apartment was very disappointing. Although it is advertised for 5 people, there was only a small garden table with two chairs inside, making it impossible to have a meal together. The showerhead was broken; we informed the owner, who promised to repair it but never did. The terrace furniture was also in poor condition, with broken chairs that could not be used. In the apartment we had constant problems with ants. Communication before arrival was already difficult, probably because the owner does not speak English, and overall this made the stay frustrating.

• Pauline (7/5): Good - Location was excellent. Owner friendly. I requested additional towels and was informed it was not a hotel. Fee of 8 euro per towel if supplied! So bring towels if you plan to stay. Only 1 small towel each (2 people travelling) shower head broken, bathroom needs thorough clean and new floor mats or change
• Maria (7/5): Good - Good location. Very simple. If you’re in one of the bedrooms, you have to pass the other bedroom to get to the bathroom. Vice versa, you have to pass a bedroom to reach the kitchen. They converted the living room into a bedroom to sell it as 2 bedrooms. They only give you one towel per person for your stay…
• Bozhidara (10/5): Nice stay - Location is top - near the train station, on the city center, near to the sea and the old town. Everything is on walking distance.
• Jason (5/5): Great location and would be better as a double bed apartment with a sofa bed as second if required - the location was slap bang in the busy part of the town very good access to shops, parks and stations. easy walking distance of everything wanted. Security was good with a second door to the street access. coffee machine provided the shower cubicle had a glass panel missing so the floor got wet every shower, the toilet ran through unless the flush button manually release, there was no sitting area except the balcony ( to make it a two bed apartment. there were no mugs / cups or glasses ( just enough plastic cups provided), I even left 3 glasses purchased for the next people. Big hole in the kitchen made great route for gnats etc. Gas boiler vented onto balcony so smelling of fumes when water heater running,,
