Kristīne (7/5): Perfect location, stylish apartment,easy check in - Very good location, near Metro and Tram, also different grocery shops and cafes. Big and stylish apartment. Beds/madrases were not very comfortable. You can feel the base of the bed under madrases some places. But beds are very big. Quite noisy if you are light sleeper. If someone is walking around or moving chairs etc , you can hear everything. Not the best sleep:(

Jarmila (9/5): Parfait pour une famille et location sympa - L'appartement est très sympa, propre, spacious. Les photos correspondent à la réalité. L'emplacement idéal pour visiter le quartier Vinohrady. Le service support qui nous aidé car ́ous n'avons pas fait le check in en avance. Il faut faire le check-in en avance ! Un attend un peu long pour le petit déjeuner, mais service impeccable et c'était très bon. Rien de négatif concernant l'appartement.

Wendy (8/5): Ruim en schoon appartement maar zeer onpersoonlijk - Erg ruim opgezet, en zeer schoon. De communicatie met de eigenaren. Alles gaat via een app en als je een vraag had kreeg je pas een dag later antwoord. Het matras was zo hard als een plank. En de koffers die bij de buren van het restaurant (waar je ook ontbijt) achter konden blijven, bleek dat die eigenaren er niet blij mee waren. Dus als je vlucht niet aansluit bij de tijd van het in en uitchecken dan moet je even nadenken of dit jouw plek is. We hadden t gevoel dat het restaurant er zelfs geïrriteerd van raakte, ze waren wel heel vriendelijk verder. We zijn 3 nachten gebleven met ontbijt, dag 1 en 2 hadden ze maar een beperkt ontbijt omdat er geen levering was geweest, dag 3 konden we wel kiezen.

Emilio (9/5): Appartamento molto confortevole ed in ottima posizione per la visita del centro storici - Struttura ben posizionata nella zona centrale di Praga, a circa 500 metri dalla fermata della Metro Verde. Appartamento di buone dimensioni in fabbricato di epoca con ascensore, ben rimodernato e confortevole, sia nelle camere che nei servizi igienici. Ottime condizioni di pulizia generale. Proprietario disponibile a fornire online le info necessarie al check in ed al soggiorno in generale. Materassi eccessivamente rigidi, appoggiati direttamente su tavole di legno. Necessaria una maggiore dotazione di tazze e bicchieri nella zona cucina.

The bathroom was very cold and not properly heated. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, and hot water was insufficient. A.R. (8/5): Hübsches Apartment, abseits gelegen aber wunderbar - Wir hatten Ein Zimmer mit zwei Schlafräumen. Uns hat die Einrichtung im App "Japan" sehr gut gefallen. Wir mögen diese Altbauhäuser sehr und es ist wirklich sehr schön umgesetzt. Die Zimmer waren groß und geräumig. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigem sehr angenehmen Viertel, umgeben von tollen Lokalitäten und Supermärkten. Das Apartment bietet ein kostenloses Frühstück im Bistro unten an. Ganz toll. Superfreudlicher Wirt und ein sehr lieb zubereitetes Frühstück mit Rücksicht auf Unverträglichkeiten. Bei einem Aufenthalt in Prag würden wir es sofort wieder buchen - trotz ein paar nicht so schönen Kleinigkeiten. Leider hab es Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln. Man muss es mögen, auf harten Betten zu schlafen. Es sind eine Art Futon und die Matratze gibt wenig Widerstand. Eine zusätzliche Couch in dem großen Zimmer wär toll. Ein Stuhl war (nicht sichtbar) defekt. Im Bad roch es ein wenig nach Kanal. Es fehlte ein Geschirrtuch in der Küche. Aber am meisten störte es, dass es oberflächlich zwar sehr sauber und ordentlich war, aber es in den Ecken und auf den Schränken sehr staubig war (drumherum gewischt). Das hat uns ein wenig geärgert.

David (7/5): - Het appartement is ruim opgezet, prima voor een stedentrip. De locatie is erg prettig, de metro en tram zijn vlak om de hoek. Het appartement was schoon en netjes op onze komst voorbereid De bedden zijn zeer hard, dat is zeker een punt ter verbetering. Verder waren er weinig borden, bekers etc. Ook waren sommige voorzieningen zoals vaatwasblokjes, wc papier en vuilniszakken niet voorradig. We willen de eigenaren echt oproepen iets te doen aan de bedden. Met betere bedden heb je echt een top verblijf in handen

Great that there was a code to open the door and no need to keep any keys. We liked the distance to the most important spots, loads of restaurants nearby, metro and trams so close, cozy room, comfortable mattresses but could be one large, warm, clean and nicely maintained, good contact with the owners No cabinet / drawers / wardrobe to keep clothes. There could be one instead of the big table.microwave on a shelf would a nice asset.

Susanne (7/5): it’s okay for two nights, but beds are not comfortable - spacious, clean, easy and convenient to access. nice interior, bathroom is beautiful. a lot of light fixtures for different moods. very much appreciated this. both beds were not comfortable. one had a too thin mattress so that you felt every wooden plank underneath and the second had the hardest mattress ever. we couldn’t leave the windows open at night because of the pigeons on the window seal. some utilities were missing, such as a dish towel or a bottle opener. the water pressure in the shower was bad.
Niccolò (9/5): Appartamento spazioso e di design - Ottima posizione, bel quartiere con tanti locali interessanti e non distante dal centro. Appartamento pulito e molto spazioso. Consigliato. Poca comunicazione con l'host. Quando siamo arrivati la carta igienica era già quasi finita e così il bagno schiuma.

Mieszkanie było zaniedbane, w wielu miejscach kurz, żarówki działają w połowie lamp ustawionych w pomieszczeniu, przedmioty w kuchni (np. deska do krojenia) była ubrudzona, łazienka była średnio doczyszczona. Na podłodze był dywan który już momencie przyjazdu był bardzo brudny i miał na sobie dużo paprochów, piachu, etc..

From cocaine on the kitchen worktop, silverfish on the kitchen floor, a shower that I can wee faster than, hair ball on toilet lid, no coffee (they only provide tea!) crumbs on dining table, toilet roll pieces on living room floor, missing toilet brush from the holder and an empty reed diffuser. It lacked attention to cleanliness greatly. I was offered a €10 discount in the most expensive wine bar in Prague downstairs 😂 The only positive about this place was the size and the location in Vinohrady.
Annegret (8/5): Flairiges Wohnen in Prag für 4 Personen - Hochwertig und ästhetisch eingerichtete Wohnung mit großen Doppelfenstern, herrlichen Dielenfußböden und viel Platz in den Räumen. In einer ruhigen Nebenstraße mit Bäumen gelegen; ggü einer Schule/Gymnasium. In nur 2 Minuten Fußweg gings zur Straßenbahn, 5min zügig zum Bäcker mit riesigem Angebot und 2min zu einem tollen Café: Dos Mundos, wo wir alle Frühstücksspezialitäten, sowie sämtliche Getränke und Kaffee/Espresso empfehlen können. Parksituation: Unbedingt vor! einem Pragbesuch in entsprechenden Parkhäusern einen Parkplatz reservieren oder über die citymove-App die Parkzonen überprüfen, in denen man kostenpflichtig parken kann.

Neutahnute prkénko na toaletě, o kterém jsem četla již v několika předchozích recenzích. V kuchyňské lince nějaké dráty, jakoby odpad z řemeslnických prací. A topení. Přímotop vypadal velmi použité....a moc netopil. Topení pod oknem se mi nepodařilo zapnout. Ale jsou to detaily.

Can (9/5): Preis/Leistung Träger - Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das Personal war nett und sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist richtig gut ausgestattet und hat eine bequeme Größe für 4 Personen.

Door gebreken prijs-kwaliteitverhouding slecht. jammer!! - goede locatie wij hadden twee appartementen: Berlin en Japan; 1- bij aankomst van Berlin melding gemaakt met foto's van ontbreken thermostaat van de verwarming. Gewoon gat in de muur. Wel mail respons maar geen reparatie. Kapotte lamp in slaap/woonkamer. Zelf moeten vervangen voor lamp uit keuken. 2- Japan: melding via mail gemaakt dag na aankomst: geen warm water. Heel vervelend als je drie dagen hebt geboekt. Geen respons en dus geen reparatie. Waardeloos! Nauwelijks bestek aanwezig in Japan. Gelukkig hadden we Berlin ook nog. In totaal; slechte communicatie en slechte service

Helena (8/5): - Lokalita nám vyhovovala, Jednoduše ale vkusně zařízeno, kuchyňský kout perfektní, snídaně v přilehlé restauraci byla vynikající. Menší problém nastal při obsluze plynového kotle na topení a ohřev vody. TV zřejmě jen na internetový příjem, žádné vysílání jsme nenaladili, při pobytu na 1 noc jsme to dál neřešili. Technicky zdatnější hosté by to zřejmě zvládli lépe.
Martin (6/5): - Lokalita super . Parkovanie na ulici v zone bez problemov aj pre nie rezidentov. Ak si chce niekto varit tak tam asi nic nechybalo to urcite niekto oceni. Vodny kamen v sprchovom kute. Bohuzial to bolo odporne a neprijemne . To bohuzial neostane po jednom raze ale to je dlhodobo nevycistene. Nerobi to dobry dojem z celkovej cistoty izby. A bohuzial vytah robi extremny hluk a to sme boli az na 5 poschodi.
Damien (9/5): - Le petit déjeuner était varié et relativement copieux. le logement n'est pas dans l'hyper centre mais très proche du métro et tram et sinon en 15-20 minutes à pied on était au centre historique La déco de la salle de bain était très basique. Ce serait le seul point d'amélioration qui me vient à l'esprit.
Barbora (7/5): - The location was excellent, and the room was spacious. For the price, we would have expected the property to be cleaner and better equipped. Basic amenities felt limited, with only three tea bags provided for two guests, no coffee or milk, and just one roll of toilet paper. We were also surprised that heating was provided by two standalone electric heaters that needed to be plugged in, which felt a bit improvised. Overall cleanliness could be improved, as the room floor wasn’t the cleanest and the hallway appeared shabby in places. Clear signage for the elevator would also have been helpful. Additionally, the access code was sent through the Booking.com app, and because it arrived as an in-app message, it was easy to miss. We had to contact the property to find out where to locate it. Receiving the code by email as well would have been much more convenient.
Helena (7/5): Apartament acollidor ben situat i amb un bon esmorzar. - L’espai és molt acollidor. L’esmorzar molt bó i de qualitat. Molt ben situat. La calefacció perfecte i aigua calenta sense problemes. Molt net. L’equipament de la cuina limitat. No hi havia cafetera per exemple o tisores. La finestra de la cambra de WC no té cortina. La TV no es podien veure els canals de TV.

Devrim (10/5): Better than expected - Rooms are wide and hot enough for a cold weather. Location is very good and near to city center also to the markets, restaurants. Breakfast is also good with many options.
Daniel (8/5): Ubytování bez problémů,není ideální pro osoby s problémy chůze po schodech i když je možnost výtahu. - Apartmán umístěn v dobré lokalitě,blízkost MHD a metro.Bezproblémové zaslání kódu k otevření apartmanu.Klidné místo v Praze. ubytování čisté,ale chyby nějaké byli.Nepověšené zrdcadlo,uvolněné sedadko na WC a nedodělané opravané světlo v koupelně. Snídaně skromnější,ale bez problémů.
Céline (8/5): A very nice place to visit Prague, spacious and close to the city center. - Breakfast is taken in the cafe downstairs, and it was perfect! There is a great choice, it's copious and delicious, and the staff is very kind. The apartement (New York) is spacious and feats well for 5 people (one of the room is very big and a bed for one could be added, instead of sleeping in the leaving room). The location is very nice, close to Namesti Miru, a place with attractions and with a very nice christmas market in Christmas time. It's close to the city center with the metro (less than 5 min walk from the appartement), and it takes 2 or 3 stops to go to Old Town Square. Very easy too to reach the airport. Just a few things to make it perfect: there is few kitchen ustensils, the box under the sofa was a little dirty when we opened it to make the bed, and we could not contact the owner in order to kwnow if it was possible or not to let our suitcases after checkout (i should have call earlier 😉, not the evening before leaving).
