• Aleksey (9/5): Angenehm und erholsam. - Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, gute Lage, das historische Zentrum ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar, seht gutes Frühstuck und angenehmes Ambiente. Parkplatz stand zur Verfügung.
• Sandra (8/5): Passt! - Die Unterkunft war sauber. Die Möbel zwar älter aber der Kultur entsprechend. Dar Gastgeber freundlich. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz im Garten direkt hinter dem Haus. Ins Zentrum war es nicht weit. Das Frühstück für hiesige Verhältnisse gut. Dankeschön! Manchmal war es laut. Die Wände sind hellhörig.
• Wendy (9/5): - The location was good, bedroom big and breakfast was nice. We enjoyed our stay only for me the matrasses were hard. Must say we stayed next to the guesthouse villa Nino. The owner of the guesthouse brought us there no idea why.
• Václava (5/5): - Personál byl ochotný. Pozor na zásuvky v koupelně. Jedna je nad sprchou!! Na teplou vodu jsme museli počkat. Na pokoji byla zima.

• Mario (10/5): Perfecta propiedad para una estadía con auto en Berat - La atención de Yovani fue espectacular. El desayuno excelente. Estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad. Todo bien!!!!

• Christine (8/5): - Äußerst netter und bemühter Hausherr, Unterkunft einfach aber sauber, typisch albanisches Frühstück mit lauter frischen Zutaten, Lage ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß zur Altstadt.
• Emese (9/5): - Közvetlenek voltak a házigazdák segítettek becuccolni is. Nagyon finom volt a reggeli! Saját szőlővel és fügével is kínáltak. Én torokfájással kínlódtam és készítettek nekem gyógyteát, amit a hegyekben szedtek! Útbaigazítottak, hogy mit hol találunk. Nem volt sötétítő függöny és egész éjjel a képembe sütött az utcai lámpa fénye. Szinte nappali világosság volt a szobábam. Egyébként aki ismeri a balkánt az pontosan tudja, hogy mire számíthat!

• Olamg (8/5): Annorlunda, familjärt boende - Ett annorlunda boende där vi befann oss mitt i familjens hem. De var mycket vänliga och ordnade middag till oss. Underbar liten trädgård med höns på baksidan. Enkelt men ok för någon natt. Mycket prisvärt. Det fanns inget duschdraperi eller trasa till badrummet, så allt blev blött. Mycket lyhört.
• Johanna (6/5): - In unserem Zimmer war einer der beiden kästen und die Kommode vollgeräumt mit Kleidung der Vermieter. Rolladen war kaputt und ließ sich nicht schliessen, keine Handtücher vorhanden (wurde nicht reklamiert, da wir für eine Nacht unsere eigenen verwendeten)
• Robin (6/5): - Possibilité de parking, hôte très sympathique et à l'écoute. Petits déjeuner en terrasse très bons. La baie vitrée donnant sur la terrasse n'avait pas de volets et ne fermait pas bien, beaucoup de bruits de la rue la nuit et la lumière tôt le matin.
• Iuliana (10/5): - Rooms very clean and big, air condition, fridge, very nice garden, a very nice terrace, good breakfast, and the owner very friendly and he tried to make our stayng very confortable! He speak english and very good italian language! Berat is wonderfull! Maybe location was a little far from the center but we walk and it was ok! One TV was non-functional! We didn’t need it😀 Some problem at a bathroom, but it wasn’t so bed!
• Maria (10/5): - La struttura è molto accogliente, è a 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro, molto piacevole passeggiare tra le vie della città. Il proprietario è una persona molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha preparato una colazione buonissima con la marmellata fatta in casa da loro.

• Elise (10/5): Super verblijf - Heerlijk rustig gelegen op 10 minuten loopafstand van het oude centrum. Wij hadden 3 kamers gehuurd voor ons gezin. Allen zeer ruim . Het ontbijt was super lekker. Lekkere gebakken eitjes en met name de door de moeder van de eigenaar zelfgemaakte sinaasappel jam was heerlijk. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Hij hielp onze auto uit de parkeer plaats rijden. Echt een aanrader! Een kleine tip ; een douchegordijn. Maar was ook niet onoverkomelijk.

• Yvonne (8/5): Albanien, Berat... das Guesthouse Katarina eine Reise wert 😍 - Die Gastfreundschaft... !!! Das Frühstück war sehr gut und oft zuviel. Wir haben das Angebot eines Abendessens angenommen. Dies war fantastisch und zu einem fairen Preis. Verwöhnt wurden wir mit Kuchen, Melone und Pfirsich. Das Haus, das Zimmer waren sauber. Das Guesthouse Katarina ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung Berat und Umgebung. (Z.B. Osum Canyon, Apollonis) Alles gut😀

• Maria (1/5): THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! - THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! When we had booked the reservation, we had asked for car parking, which the guesthouse had confirmed. We had also informed from the beginning that we will arrive late at night, which the guesthouse had also confirmed. On the day of our arrival, once more we informed about arriving late and asked for parking, both of which were confirmed again. When we arrived, the owner told us there is no parking and that we should leave the car a few streets away. We informed him that car parking was our top criteria, that it had been confirmed, that he ought to have informed us from the beginning so as to book another accommodation and that it is not polite to inform us upon arrival that there is no car parking. HE TOLD US NOT TO STAY THERE, ENTERED HIS HOUSE AND CLOSED THE DOOR, LEAVING US WITH NO SHELTER AT 23:00 AT NIGHT, IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY. I have travelled all around the world and never have I ever faced anything like that behaviour. Not only did they not comply with the services they had committed to offer but also faced the clients with such rude and unrespectful way, leaving them with no roof in the middle of the night. "Guesthouses" like that should not be in Booking.com, so as to prevent other travellers from similar experience.
• adeline (10/5): Très bon séjour pour notre famille de 5. Bon rapport qualité/prix - Les hôtes sont d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle ! Les logements sont simples, mais suffisants pour faire une étape à Berat. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est juste merveilleux. Les assiettes sont très généreuses (œufs au plat, concombre tomates, fromage, mortadelle poulet ou saucisse au poulet), jus fruit, café/the, nous avons eu aussi des fruits confits préparés maison par la maman et des fruits du jardin (figue), nous avons aussi eu le 2eme jour des beignets maison. Un vrai régal et des beaux échanges avec les hôtes. Si vous ne mettez pas la clim, vous pouvez entendre les aboiements/hurlements des chiens.

• Roger (9/5): This is an excellent place to stay. The hosts were wonderful and provided a great breakfast. - Nothing was too much trouble for our host. He provided great service and a wonderful place to stay.

• Miguel (3/5): Far from the city centre, room with no facilities, good breakfast. - Breakfast was really good served in a nice big varanda. The common area was really pleasant. Host tried to be nice although there was not much to be done. The room had just the bed, 2 small bedside tables and a small fridge. No table to work or enjoy a snack. No place to open your suitcase. No shelves. No racks. There is one a tiny space for cars used by the owner itself, so in reality there is no parking place, we had to leave the car on the street. It's too far from the centre, you can't walk to town, so you feel in a remote area. It's better to pay a bit more for a better location.

• Lisa (10/5): Our hosts were very accommodating and responsive to our needs! We highly recommend Katerina’s Guesthouse! - The hosts were kind and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious. Our room was spotless! Strong wifi. The location was quiet. It was a short walk to town. We had a lovely balcony where we could see pomegranates and figs growing!
• Mattia (10/5): The real deal - The owners were extremely nice, had an interesting talk about Italy and Albania. Awesome breakfast, great location (walkable to the city centre and old town), room was clean! Recommended
• Kerstin (9/5): Lovely place! - The place is quite central so it's easy to get everywhere but it's luckily still quiet. The owners were very friendly. Especially the breakfast on the beautiful terrace was a gorgeous surprise.
• Matyas (8/5): Very good - Good and peaceful location, very good breakfast and cute cat. Owners were kind and friendly. Good price Not enough privacy with almost see-trough doors to the hallway, also the light switch was in the hall behind the door. We had a fridge with a bunch of bevareges which the owner didnt tell us that we have to pay for them and eventually wanted 10€ for a few bottles (that cost in sum 5€ at the very maximum!) Also the room wasnt very stylish.

• Mimoza (10/5): I was very relaxed and happy. They made my stay in Berat! - The place was charming, super close to the main downtown area, but very quiet at the same time. I thoroughly enjoyed the homemade meals, as well as the charming owners. I will definitely be back again. I highly recommend this place. A true gem.
• Daniel (9/5): Cozy place close to center with good parking - A house in a quiet area but close to center. The hosts live there and they are kind and helpful. Everything is clean. Parking either in their yard or in a backstreet for large cars/vans. Absolutly great breakfast with some fruits for the trip extra. Cudly orange cat as a bonus. Some parts still under construction but it didn ´t bother us.
