- Sonja (8/5): Very good - The appartment is located in the gated community surrounded with great restaurants, sweet shops, pharmacy and super-markets. It is 10 mins drive by Yandex to city centre or 25 mins walk. It is a good neighbourhood. The host welcomed me in at 6 AM in the morning. It was not early check in, as I have paid for that night in full. WiFi functioned well. There was no basic welcome package that most appartments provide such as bottled water, coffee or tea in the appartment or shampoo for a day. There were two sets of plates and 3 glasses in total and 2 dishes for cooking, so the kitchen is not equipped for preparing food. There were no instructions provided in English and the host did not show where to find additional toilet paper for a week of stay. At the request yo provide additional towels ans sheets, since it was 8 days stay during hot summer, it took a while to peesuade a host to make it happen. Only after saying that I won't provide good reference they let me know where I could find towels in the appartment. They refused to provide a doze of detergent for laundry, although there is a washing machine in the appartment. Also, the shower tub did not look clean or stable.
