• Onno (3/5): Goede locatie, vriendelijke host, maar een teleurstellend en verouderd appartement. - Pluspunten van ons verblijf waren de vriendelijke en snel reagerende host, Adam. En de goede locatie, dicht bij Oxford street en ook hotspots hebben we lopend kunnen bereiken. We waren echter teleurgesteld over de staat van het appartement. Het is verouderd en het onderhoud en de schoonmaak lieten te wensen over (o.a. vlekken, slecht sluitende ramen en lamellen). Bed had soort kuil in het midden, waardoor we last kregen van onze rug. We vonden het ook jammer dat basisvoorzieningen als toiletpapier en zeep niet toereikend waren voor vier personen en de WIFI het niet deed. Met wat extra zorg zou deze plek veel meer potentie hebben.

• Deniz (6/5): - Adam was a great host, gave clear instructions for an easy arrival and paid attention to his guests. The property’s location couldn’t be better. We had a great stay. The quality of the linen and towels could be better.

• Helen (3/5): Disappointing - Location I arrived at the apartment late at night. Opened the key box and - no Key. Tried to call the owner- no answer. After 3 hours of calling, texting, (sitting on a step in the hall- tired, thirsty and needing the bathroom after a nine hour flight!) I finally got a key. Then- another disappointment- I actually booked and paid for a two bed apartment with terrace/balcony. There was no terrace/balcony. I would not stay there again.

• Raghad (8/5): Three Bedroom Apartment - 2025 August review - My family of 7 had a nice and lovely stay at Woodstock residence. The three bedroom apartment we booked was at the first floor, and we never faced any issues with the elevator. The apartment contains the following; - The first bedroom was the master bedroom, the biggest of the three, it offered a king bed, a window and an Air Conditioning unit, the room also had an ensuite bathroom with a shower room. - The second bedroom included 2 single beds, a window and an Air Conditioning unit. - The third bedroom included a king bed, no window view, and instead of an Air Conditioning unit, it included a fan. - Second bathroom, bigger than the master bedroom's bathroom, it offered a nice bathtub/shower room. - Living room/dining area included sofas, windows, dining table and a tv, it was very spacious. - Kitchen included an oven, a fridge, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The best things that the apartment had to offer were the following: - The staff, especially Adam, was beyound helpful with every matter we approached him (some seemed impossible, but they helped us nonetheless). Even after our check out, nobody hesitated to help us, their help was one of the biggest advantages of this booking. - The location is very strategic, most tourist attractions are within a walking distance. Additionally, there were many bus stops and train stations close to the residence. - The price seems reasonable when you take into consideration the convenience of the residence's location. Overall, we had a lovely experience at the Woodstock residence, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay that is within London's biggest tourists attractions for a reasonable price. Whilst we had a nice stay, we found a few things that were not up to our liking, including: - The decoration for the apartment itself seemed outdated. - The beds were too small and not that comfortable. - The apartment dishes were not very clean. - We weren't able to work the washing machine as there was residue soap. - The Air Conditioning for the apartment requires opening the windows, which was inconvenient as the outside air and noise kept getting inside the room. - There were a lot of noises at night which disturbed our sleep, but that's expected as the residence is located in a busy area.
• AMANI (9/5): I hope you change the sink in the bathroom - It is clean and we get in the apartment in very easy way, the location is perfect.everything is near walking distance Every thing is clean the kitchen and bedrooms I didn’t like the bathroom. The sink is too small although there is enough space for a bigger one , and the bath tub is too high .

• Elaine (2/5): Very disappointing. This apartment could have been such a great place to stay. - 100% for the location, and the apartment is spacious for London. The apartment needs updating. All curtains look sad because they're stitched from three different fabric sizes, which prevents them from closing properly. I had to use a hair clip to keep them closed for privacy. Both bathrooms are old, with small sinks and no hooks for towels. It seemed like there used to be hooks, but they were broken and not replaced. The water temperature was faulty, so there was only hot water in the shower; no cold water, which meant we couldn't use it and had to use the second bathroom instead. There was a lack of basic amenities—no hand towels, no bath mats, and only one bottle of hand gel to be shared between two bathrooms and the kitchen. The host was fairly responsive; he dropped off bath towels, hand towels, and everything else we asked for. He also offered to organise a plumber to fix the hot shower. However, for the price we paid, we shouldn't have had to ask for these basic items that should have been provided. The property should be in good condition for guests. When people are on holiday, they don't want to be waiting around for a plumber to fix the shower, especially when they're in London to explore the city.

• Ariana (10/5): Great location, lovely property, super hosts! - Location is amazing, properly itself is brilliant. It has a lift which was ideal with prams/luggage. So central for Oxford Street. Lovely and clean, easy to access. 10/10. Had a few snagging issues upon arrival - cannot fault the host who sent out maintenance to assist and replenished the cupboards with some essentials that we were missing. Adam was a great help over whatapp and communication was 10/10.
• Aly (8/5): Overall the stay was very satisfactory and I recommend minor upgrades to the apartment which will make it an excellent e - Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful Needs minor renovations and the elevator did not work for the entire stay of 4 days except for a couple of hours
