• Jintana (9/5): - The location is good and the room was clean and fairly spacious, offering good value for the price. There is also a kitchen available for use, and a washing machine, which made the stay even more convenient. However, there was a slight cigarette smell coming through the ventilation fan at times. We informed the host, and they did try to fix it. It wasn’t constant, and turning off the ventilation helped. The entrance to the building may look a bit old and dim, but the room itself is comfortable and in good condition. One thing to note is that the room is on a higher floor (around the 4th floor) and there is no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage can be tiring. Overall, despite a few minor issues, the room was clean, comfortable, and still worth the price.

Accessibility (A. carry all the luggages and walk up to the building door then continue walk up to the 5th floor - strongly not recommend for seniors or the ones with health problem, B. have to pass main gate, building door, and the room door to reach the room.) 2. Room condition (old room with musty smell, poor ventilation - strong smell of cigarette from the vent in the bathroom in the morning) 3. Bedroom (very dim, musty pillows and blanket)
• Yerassyl (8/5): Good base for the city exploration - Location, cleanliness, and facilities in the apartment are very good The apartment building itself is a classic old Soviet-style building with no elevator.
• Любовь (10/5): Квартира чистая, без запахов, связь с хозяином постоянна, оплата и возврат залога все четко! Благодарю!! - Отличная локация квартиры! С окна видны горы!! Рядом Арбат Жибек-жолы, парк 28 панфиловцев (в парке зимой каток) храм Вознесенский, зеленый базар, обменный пункт , ну и великое множество ресторанов, кафе и различного рода заведений, где можно вкусно поесть или заказать еду.

• Kim (8/5): Nice aparment in the center of almaty - The aparment has a very nice loaction within the city center of Almaty. The host is very responsive on Whatsapp and made sure we got everything we need. The aparment has everything one might meed and the washing machine is very convenient.

• Mathias (10/5): Convenient, clean, great location, value for money - Super location, 2 min walk from Panfilov Park, close to metro station, and any sights you want to visit in central Almaty. The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the owner was accommodating and welcoming. I've stayed in many different apartments in Almaty in the past and would prefer to rent this place again in the future. N/A
• Joanne (10/5): - Great apartment that had everything you needed for a short stay. The location is central to sites and restaurants. We particularly appreciated having a washing machine as we had been camping a few days before. Be aware that the apartment has a number of stairs to climb.
• SEWON (10/5): - 위치가 완벽함. 지하철 역에서도 가깝고 아르바트거리, 판필로프 공원, 씨유, 스타벅스 등등 진짜 위치가 완벽함 침실이 넓고 침대도 편안했음 욕실도 깔끔하고 시설좋고 따듯한물 잘나옴. 부엌엔 필요한게 다 있었음. 심지어 젓가락세트도 하나 있었음 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 냉장고도 커서 넉넉했음 전체적으로 시설좋고 넓찍하고 채광도 좋아서 너무 좋았음. 침실에서 산이 보임. 중간에 빨래를 한번 했는데 드럼세탁기가있고 쓰기도 편했음 빨래를 말릴수있는 빨랫대도 있어서 잘 썼음 아파트 여기저기에 콘센트가 많음 비밀번호로 출입하는 시스템이라 열쇠를 가지고다닐 필요가 없었음 5층인데 엘리베이터가 없긴한데 다닐만 함. 난 괜찮았음. 부엌에 식탁이 많이 흔들림

• Gyula (9/5): Great place in the heart of Almaty - Excellent location, right in the downtown, next to the metro station. In the apartment there is really everything you need. You even have a great view of the high mountains. Unfortunately, the mattress in the bed is old and extremely uncomfortable, it's high time to get a new one!
• Tresia (9/5): Great place to stay in Almaty! - Great location - 5-minute walk to Ascension Cathedral, Almaty, between 15 - 20 minutes walk to Green Bazaar and chocolate factory Lotte. Clean, quiet and fully furnished apartment. Safe neighborhood with coded gate locks and the owner, Zinat is a wonderful and communicative host. It may be tricky to find the location as the apartment is at the back of SPX Sport Extreme shop and Restaurant Princess. If you are taking Yandex Go to reach the apartment, point the location to either of these 2 spots and you are good to go. Zinat, thank you very much for making my stay in Almaty a memorable one. Keep up the good works and looking forward to another trip to Almaty. Rahmet! Nothing is bad but important to note that the apartment is situated on the top floor of the building with no elevator. It may pose as a challenge for the elderly or those coming with big, bulky luggages but it is all manageable.
• Nurul (10/5): Perfect for long stay! - The house is clean amd complete with everything. The owner of the house waived the deposit and trust us for staying there 😊 The house is located at level 4 of the apartment. Not suitable for old folks.
• Bhavna (7/5): comfortable. - The apartment is well located, which is the reason I booked it. It is value for money. The apartment is on the fifth floor and no life. Plus there are stairs to get to the building entrance. This was mentioned in the booking but it was not highlighted. A neighbour helped me to carry my suitcase up and the cleaning lady then helped to bring it downstairs. Anyone booking this place must note that there is no life and the flat is on the 5th floor! A proper electric tea kettle would help!
