The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated with every amenity. All the comforts were provided, including basic supplies in the kitchen. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. We wish we had been able to stay for more days.

On first floor so easy access with no lift. She has a friend that has a taxi service and he picked us up at 4am for our early flight. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Her recommendation for pizza was great. Beach within walking distance. Airport very close by also. Nothing

The apartment is beautifully decorated, with clear instructions, and conveniently located close to the airport—ideal for travelers. We appreciated Francesca’s attention to detail, which made our stay even more comfortable. We had a car, but it’s also just a short walk to the beach, with restaurants and a grocery store right outside the building. Communication was excellent, and Francesca is a fantastic host. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on. Unfortunately, we arrived late and didn’t get a chance to meet her in person, but it would have been a pleasure. We would gladly return whenever we travel to Rome again.

Everything is great, starting with the location - next to the beach, just after you leave, a super market full of everything - fresh bread, pizzas, various traditional cheeses and meats. There are also seafood restaurants in the immediate vicinity, where the price/quality ratio is amazing. The apartment is spacious, bright, tidy and the beds are comfortable. The facilities include everything you could possibly need, from washing clothes to salt and oil, and fresh rosmary in balcon :) everything you could possibly need for cooking, just like at home. The bathroom has everything you need, from soap and lotion to shampoo and conditioner. The staff Francesca is just wonderful - helpful, caring. We will definitely be back! 🤍
• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely wonderful apartments: everything is clean, new, cozy, tastefully decorated, in a consistent style, and thought out to the smallest detail. Even the shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion in dispensers smell great and are of high quality. The bed is comfortable with soft, cozy pillows (which is not always the case in hotels). The hostess is super pleasant,friendly and responsive, assisting with all questions.Very convenient location: a quiet spot just 3 minutes from the beach. The next building houses a grocery store, followed by a bakery and a local gelateria with delicious ice cream. Will return with great pleasure!

They were super nice with us, as we arrived a bit late they waited for us, gave us nice suggestions about the area and how to move around, and were super nice in general! The beach is just some meters away and there is a big and convenient supermarket next door.
