• Ross (10/5): Wish we had stayed for longer... - The place is right on the waterfront giving unrestricted views of the water. The house was high quality throughout and the owner was quick to respond to our messages.
• Katja (8/5): Very good - Very nice place with good equipment. Very friendly neighbours. Everything you ask for is there. Communication was a little slow sometimes, and I had to ask for login details as they weren't provided on the set checkin time. Veranda could need a painting, but that's normal given the fact that the property is so close to the ocean. The neighbour is an oyster farmer, so there's a lot of stuff looking like garbage next to the house. House is a bit secluded from the town, and i would advise a car to go downtown
• Michelle (8/5): Amazing view of the bay. - This property is located right on the water and the big windows offer a wonderful view of the bay. The road that the cottage is on, had very little local traffic while we were there. The property was clean and tidy, and it has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. We were happy to have our own rooms. It's a 5 minute drive into town and there are plenty of conservation areas or national parks within a 15 to 30 minute drive. We would stay here again. The neighboring property had an external light on during the night that was somewhat visible through the curtains. Room darkening curtains would make a big difference. Anyone who is particularly sensitive to traffic noise, may want to bring earplugs or noise cancelling earbuds to sleep with. There is some minor noise that comes from traffic on the main thruway.

• Van (7/5): Great short over night stay on the water. - Loved that it was on the water. And was easy to find. Close to the down town of Sooke. I didn’t care for the one very small bathroom. Didn’t have a toilet paper holder or any hooks for hand towel.

• Pauline (9/5): We enjoyed our stay 😀 - We were cycling and the property is located not far from the Galloping Goose Trail (just a few kms) and about a 30 min walk to town. The property is very spacious for our group of 4, clean and has a beautiful deck to relax to enjoy the water views.
