• Dávid (10/5): Nice, clean, comfy, stunning view, great host: perfect stay, highly recommended! - Excellent communication from the host via Whatsapp, clear instructions and images. The apartment is huge, looks even better in reality. The view is incredible. Everything was super clean and smelled nice. The host event left us some wine and snacks. There is a shop next door.

The check-in process was easy thanks to the clear instructions from the host. The views are absolutely amazing and location is peaceful. We also really appreciated the host’s recommendations for restaurants and places to visit — they were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Nothing, everything was perfect.

• Moreau (7/5): Great place, nice communication from the owner and very spacious. - Very spacious and clean. Everything you need for a stay. Good kitchens and great view. Know that this place is kinda loud at night because of the big wave outside but there is a room in the other side of the appartement that is more quiet.
• Andreas (10/5): Wow! Noch nie so willkommen in einer Ferienwohnung gefühlt. Es geht nicht besser. - Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen: alles hochwertig, durchdacht und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Wohnung ist riesig und bietet sogar einen kleinen Working Space mit Stehschreibtisch und Blick aufs Meer. Das Apartment liegt im 5. Stock eines zunächst wenig einladenden Hochhausblocks...bis man in die Wohnung kommt, mit ihrem herrlichen Ausblick, den perfekten Betten und der klasse ausgestatteten Küche. Da hält man erstmal kurz die Luft an. Der Ort Mesa del Mar bietet nicht viel und ist eher ruhig. Man sollte sich allerdings von der Betonwüste, die er am Anfang ausstrahlt, nicht täuschen lassen. Der angrenzende schwarze und ungewöhnlich breite Strand ist ein wahres Kleinod und wird vorwiegend von Einheimischen benutzt. Während unseres Aufenthalts war er meist komplett menschenleer. Im künstlich befestigten naturnahen Pool am Wasser lässt sich prima baden und der kurze Spaziergang nach El Pris ist wunderschön und führt zu zwei fantastischen Fischrestaurants, die ganz und gar nicht luxuriös und touristisch aber dafür umso besser sind. Zum Wandern im Anaga Gebirge ist es nur eine 20min Autofahrt und die großen Metropolen des Nordens wie Puerto de la Cruz und La Orotava sind ebenfalls in nur einer halben Stunde erreichbar. Besonders begeistert waren wir von Artemi, dem Gastgeber, der ständig erreichbar war und alles bis ins Detail erklärt hatte: von der entspannten Schlüsselübergabe bis zum Parkplatz und einigen, wirklich tollen Restaurantempfehlungen. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir eine Flasche exzellenten Rotwein, Kaffee, Brot, Käse, Schinken und Süßigkeiten vor, die er einfach so für uns eingekauft hatte. Das übersteigt alles, was man von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet und sorgt für einen traumhaften Start. Diese Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall ein Geheimtipp für alle, die gern entspannt und schön abseits der Touristenhochburgen wohnen, aber trotzdem nicht ganz abgekoppelt sein wollen. Rein gar nichts.
• Agnieszka (10/5): - Apartament bardzo przestronny. Położony nad samym oceanem. Z drugiej strony budynku piękna plaża. Wyposażony bardzo dobrze, we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Niczego nie brakowało. Miły poczęstunek na dzień dobry :) Właściciel bardzo pomocny i miły :) Szum wody kojący. Cisza i spokój. Bardzo polecam :)

Efectiv nu am avut ce sa reproșăm, totul exemplar, propietarul ne-a lăsat casa plină cu de toate nu a fost nevoie sa plecam nici după apă, gustări, sucuri, apa, cele necesare pentru micul dejun. Venim de 4 ani in Tenerife dar niciodată nu am găsit o cazare atât de frumoasă si de bine pregătită, iar proprietarul este de notă +10*! Mulțumim frumos pentru tot! Vom reveni cu mare drag ! Totul a fost peste așteptări, nu a fost ceva să nu ne placă!

• Annie (10/5): Unbelievable view. - The best view this world traveler has seen. Great communications with owner. He left us food/snacks, bottled water, wine and chocolates. No air conditioning, the heat made it hard to get a good sleep. It could use a dehumidifier and a ceiling fan in the spare bedroom.
• Gréta (10/5): - Nagyon tágas, jól felszerelt, minden olyan dolog megtalálható a lakásban, ami a kézipoggyászban nem hozható el, például napernyő, amit le lehet vinni a közeli szabadstrandra. A szállásadó nagyon figyelmes, felmerülő kérdésekre rövid időn belül válaszolt, helyi éttermek, bárok kapcsán tippeket is adott. Whatasapp-on ment a kommunikáció, az online bejelentkezés könnyedén elvégezhető volt.
• Michalina (10/5): Bardzo pomocny i kontaktowy właściciel. Bardzo polecam! - Świetnie wyposażony apartament, czysty i zadbany. Wygodna przestrzeń dla dwóch par z pięknym widokiem z balkonów. Odległość do czarnej plaży i naturalnego basenu.
• Klára (10/5): - This accommodation exceeded all our expectations. The apartment is spacious, beautiful, bright, with a sea view — you can have breakfast on the balcony while listening to the sound of the waves. It’s clean and fully equipped for cooking (we cooked ourselves; there’s a supermarket about 12 minutes away that has everything — we especially recommend Mercadona). The host was extremely accommodating and even bought us quite a lot of food and drinks for the day after our arrival, since we arrived late in the evening — and he didn’t want anything in return. Communication was perfect; he also prepared a list of recommended places to visit and restaurants to try. The location is peaceful, with stunning scenery and few tourists — the perfect place to relax and soak up the island’s atmosphere. In the north of the island is Anaga National Park, which we visited several times because of its breathtaking nature and magical forests. Playa de la Arena is a beautiful beach with black volcanic sand — clean, with crystal-clear water. From parts of the beach, you can see Mt. Teide. At the end of September, the beach was almost empty during the weekdays, making it feel like having a private beach. To the left of the beach, there’s a natural pool formed by volcanic rocks, full of small colorful fish and other sea creatures. During low tide, I went snorkeling there and used a small children’s net to try to catch the fish — I spent several afternoons doing that. Evenings on the beach after sunset are also wonderful. A big advantage is that the apartment provides two umbrellas, a cooler box with ice packs in the freezer, as well as ice cube trays. There’s also a large white blanket and beach towels available. This accommodation is worth its weight in gold, and I highly recommend it if you’re looking for relaxation, peace, authenticity, and beautiful sea and nature on your holiday. The place fully deserves its excellent rating.
• Ana Isabel (10/5): Repetiremos sin dudarlo. - El apartamento es excepcional,las vistas,la decoración,la amplitud,la limpieza y todo muy bien equipado.La propietaria es encantadora,además muy detallista,nos dejó agua,zumo,una botella de vino,bombones y queso,un detallazo!!!!Hemos alquilado varios apartamentos en Mesa del Mar y sin duda éste es el mejor,siempre que podamos repetiremos.
• Lidia (10/5): Пречудово - Чудове велике помешкання з видом на море. Хозяєва привітні люди. При заїзді були в холодильнику продукти на завтрак. Стиральна машина, сушильна машина, гладильна дошка. Велика кількість кухонного приладдя, посуду.В приміщенні є переносний холодильник, зонтик для пляжу. Є мило, шампуні, аптечка.Заїзд і виїзд з приміщення без проблем. Хозяєва запропонували стоянку для авто, що дуже доречно. Повернуся сюда обовязково

• Sorin (9/5): Superb - The apartment is super spacious, good living and cooking conditions, clean, close to the beach. Ideal also for families, having 2 fully equipped bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies, spacious living room. We had no telephone signal inside the apartment, the wardrobes in the bedrooms were very old and modestly refurbished, access to the area is difficult by car and there are days when it is very difficult to find a public parking space due to the beach in the area.
• Piotr (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Nice view and sound of the sea all the time. Large public parking in front of the building. We had no problem with finding place for our car in this public parking, but in case there is no place, the host offers also a private parking place available for the guests. Nothing important really, but we suggest changing some electric bulbs in the apartment to make it more cosy. Some of the lights, especially in the salon, over the table, and in the kitchen are too strong and give too cold light. The lifts in the building are old and during our stay once we were stuck inside one of them for one hour and had to call for service (which speaks only Spanish).

• Oleksandr (10/5): Exceptional - 10/10! The best vacation I've had in Tenerife in years! The apartment is located in a quiet and secluded place, the only sounds you will hear are the sounds of the ocean. Plus, it's only a 10-minute drive to the highway. The view from the window is simply breathtaking. The apartment was perfectly clean and had everything you could possibly need for both short and long stays. Check-in was easy, and the communication with the host was excellent. I definitely recommend it! I would gladly come back again.
