• Indre (10/5): - Puiki vieta, viskas vietoje. Butas švarus , labai jaukus ir tvarkingas. Viskas ko reikia gyvenant namuose buvo rasta ir čia :)
• Juris (9/5): Tinka ramiam poilsiui - Jaukus, švarus butas. Puikus čiužinys ( nebuvo problemų užmigti naujoje vietoje), įranga veikia gerai. Geras vaizdas už lango. Vieta puiki. Rami aplinka, viskas pasiekiama (parduotuvės, parkas, kavinės, upės pakrantė) greitai, šalia. Vietą automobiliui buvo lengva rasti.

• Neda (10/5): Excellent - Everything in the apartment is clean. We felt like home, cozy environment. Anything what you need, can find. Sunny and warm apartment. A bit slippery bath floor, maybe carpet would be great. But this could be just a small improvment.

• Eimantas (1/5): - Parašyta, jog galima įsiregistruoti iki 24 valandos.. Užsisakius prieš 24 valandą, automatiškai instrukcijų įėjimo negauni ir parašius žinutę, gauni tik 01:38 nakties.. Tikriausiai šeimininkai įsivaizduoja, jog sėdi žmonės per naktį ir laukia vos ne 2 valandas kada įeis..
• Ieva (9/5): - Super butas snaujos starybos name su patogiais baldais ir lokacija. Superinis kainos ir kokybės santykis. Pačiam Birštono centre priešais Iki ir autobusų stotį. Patogu pėsčiomis pasiekti sanatorijas ir restoranus, nes viskas netoli. Self check-inas ir labai patogus atvykimo ir išvykimo laikas. Aš užsisakiau dieną prieš ir viskas buvo labai greitai patvirtinta ir pasidalinta visa informacija.

• Miglė (10/5): puikus butas apsistoti Birštono centre - Labai faina vieta, naujas namas su liftu, gražiai sutvarkytas butas, viskas nauja. Atskiras miegamasis. Puikiai tinka dviems žmonėms ar šeimai su vaiku. Ketvirtas aukštas, yra balkonas, gražus vaizdas. Autobusų stotis, parduotuvė, vaistinė, viskas kitoje gatvės pusėje.

(7/5): 7/10, lack of cleanliness - Great location, next to the supermarket; Balcony; Self check-in with key-box; Elevator Cleanliness… The sheets are in terrible condition, how can you sleep cozy when everything is covered with lint balls, sheets, bed linen. New ones doesn’t cost that much, especially when you rent apartment for 80 euros. Also we found dirty floor when checked in, citrus seed in the middle of the kitchen, near sofa - unpopped popcorn, near the wall - dust, crumbs and pieces from popcorn. Probably left by previous visitors…

• Auksė (9/5): Worth renting and worth returning! - Very friendly host, clear instructions on how to get inside! The apartment was lovely - very bright, modern and spacious, the apartment building was also easy to find, brand new and very clean, a lot of space for parking. The only thing that we missed was dishwashing detergents. You can smell what the neighbours are cooking but it wasn't a problem. :)

• Gita (8/5): Nice little spot in the center - The apartment is wonderfully located right next to a grocery store and a couple of cafés/restaurants; you could reach pretty much anything you want on foot. The building is brand new, there is an elevator. The bed is comfortable, nice sheets, comfy pillows, which we have found to be rare in holiday lettings. The owner was very nice and helpful. A couple of things were broken: the bathroom door didn't properly close, bedside shelves were hanging off the wall and could not be used. The kitchen, despite being well furnished and pretty well stocked, also lacked some things like a spatula and a bowl, a third chair by the table would also have been nice. There isn't a place to dry your washing comfortably. We think the apartment is just so freshly rented that the owners haven't really gotten into the swing of things; I think that all of this will be fixed with a bit of time.
