- Teresa (7/5): Maybe a bit too high price for the general look/feel (dated) - Spacious, clean and functional apt on a 2nd floor, no elevator. Quiet (local neighborhood) street, walkable to Denia main old town center and into the newer (more locals, less touristy) part too. Fully equipped to make meals, nice working oven. Laundry on the balcony with a sink. Plenty of towels, linens, and toilet paper. Sturdy furniture and appliances worked as intended. Temperature was perfect first week of March, not cold, not hot, so we didn't need heaters, extra covers, A/C nor fans. The apt is on the dated side, but it's ok maintained, no great views, nothing fancy, but it worked fine for a pleasant 1 week stay in Denia. Thanks for hosting us! The lack of any method to make coffee ;P. No way to lock the main door from inside, we found that odd. The bathroom faucet is a large kitchen sink faucet, real hard to use without making a water mess. Some door knobs are wobbly. We have rented refurbished places at less price, hence the summary for this review.
