Alles war stark verschmutzt besonders der Kühlschrank, keine saubere Bettwäsche , Risse in den Wänden, Ungeziefer, der Kühlschrank war laut. Der Unterkunftgeber war nicht mehr erreichbar. Wir sind wieder abgereist so wie die meisten anderen, die dort gebucht hatten, laut Aussage der einzigen Gäste in dem ausgebuchten Haus. Scheint ein Geschäftsmodell zu sein.

Artur (1/5): Peggiore soggiorno mai fatto. - Unico, vantaggio è la posizione vicinissima a una spiaggia abbastanza grande alla spiaggia di sabbia perfettamente adatta a bambini. Bar e qualche ristorante nelle immediate vicinanze. Torneremo ma non in questa struttura per alloggiare. Appartamento sporchiamo, sembrano le favelas. Il primo giorno, perso mezza giornata per ripulire quel che si poteva per riuscire toccare. Cucina completamente marcia (putreda) , con 1 pentola, 2 forchette, 2 bicchieri che restavano incollate alla mano ( comperato tutto nuovo a spese nostre per poter cucinare e mangiare con la bambina di 2 anni.) Im bagno sopra il lampadario c'era il nido di uccelli con escrementi ancora presenti. Docino rotto e aggiustato con nastro di carta. Camera da letto con 1 armadio anni 80. Zero biancheria per il letto ( per fortuna abbiamo sempre una valigia con lenzuola, asciugamani ecc) per sicurezza. Letto matrimoniale con materasso di 5 cm distrutto e vecchio. Mancavano alcuni interruttori con il foro nel muro presente. No tv Frigorifero piccolissimo Microonde ok Clima ok. Terazzo sporco con la vista su una tettoia. E la porta che cadeva in testa ogni volta che veniva aperta. Interno del appartamento sembrava pitturato da qualcuno ubriaco, con linee fatte a mano libera e sporcando clima, cucina, cornice delle porte ecc. Ragnatela grande nera in cucina, camera da letto. In bagno il soffitto non pitturato e con muffa. Siamo rimasti solo perché il viaggio è durato 14 ore per arrivare e non era più rimborsabile la prenotazione. Il peggior soggiorno fatto in ultimi 15 anni Per non tornare in appartamento, abbiamo preferito restare in spiaggia dalla mattina alla sera con la bambina di 2 anni e mangiare e riposare lì. P. S. non siamo una famiglia viziata che cerca il lusso, ma un minimo di pulizia è comodità. Per publicare tutte le foto serve più spazio.

Lulica (8/5): Very good - Stuff is warm and welcoming and the location is perfect!!! Pizza in their Bistro was delicious. The place is still not in a perfect condition, but I am sure it will be fixed very soon. If you don't seek a penthouse, it is a very good choice!
László (7/5): Perfect value for money right on the sandy beach - Very good location close to the beach. Adequately sized rooms, nice view of the sea, well-equipped kitchen. At such a price, it is completely adequate, the price-value ratio is perfect. Bed linen and towels were not enough for all guests. The railing at the stairs is broken, it was dangerous for the children. A big pile of garbage stank in the yard for days.

Danijel (8/5): Nice Beach is nearby, plenty parking spots, good base to explore Pag and its highlights. - Next to a very nice Beach, friendly staff, clean apartment and everything was functional, air conditioner, micro, fridge and kitchen with enough utensiles. Plenty parking spots and a garden to have breakfast in open and relax in evening. Staff / owner took care of the few lacking utility stuff for us very fast, low amount of towels / soap etc. All together a nice base to spend a few nights while exploring Pag, central on the island so all the hightlights are a short drive away, when tired can relax on the nearby beach. Even though it was functional and clean, you can clearly see the apartment and building are showing signs of withstanding the test of time, kitchen and shower mostly, walls could use a fresh round of paint also. How much does it bother you is subjective now, but 8/10 for this and well the WiFI was very weak, so unless you got a good cell provider plan ahead :D. Walls are another topic, not sure if it was because of the neighboors being noisy or walls hollow but got loud here and there got woken up.
