• pavel (1/5): - Nichts! Dont book this!! 1. Kaution - als erste Nachricht nach booking erhielten wir eine Information, dass wir 500 eur Kaution (cash) zahlen müssen. Auf meine Anfrage im Vorfeld, habe ich eine Nachricht erhalten, dass man die Kaution jedoch nicht beim check-out zurückbekommt, sondernd erst 14 Tagen danach! Meine Frage, ob man mindestens einen Beleg bekommt, dass man die Kaution gezahlt hat, habe ich eine Nachricht bekommen: nein, ich kann keinen Beleg ausstellen!! Schon das war sehr dubios. Aber das beste kommt noch. 2. Der Eigentümer hatte uns nicht einchecken lassen!! Das gebuchte Apartement war offensichtlich übergebucht aber der Eigentümer hat uns nichts im Vorfeld gesagt. Wir sind zum Apartement gekommen (kurz vor 21 Uhr, wie vereinbart) und es war niemand vor Ort. Erst bei unserer telefonischer Anfrage hatte mich Frederico sehr arrogant mitgeteilt, dass wir wo anders einchecken müssen (komplett andere dubiose Adresse, ohne weitere Informationen über die Unterkunft). Go there - in diesem Ton wurde mit uns kommuniziert. Das war uns (Familie mit Kindern) Abends um 21 Uhr einfach zu viel und zu unglaubwürdig und wir musste kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Nur dank Hilfe von booking.com haben wir überhaupt unser Geld wieder erstattet bekommen. Der Eigentümer hätte es von sich alleine nicht zurückgezahlt.

• Jovana (10/5): - Casa molto ben arredata, posizione ottima! Collegamento con mezzi pubblici a 20m dalla casa, principali punti turistici di Roma facilmente raggiungibili. Il proprietario Federico molto disponibile e gentile.

• Touhami (5/5): - l'emplacement de l'appartement est très bien..il est proche de la gare termini et au même temps, il est à côté des cafés, restaurants et commerces. l'immeuble aussi est propre et stylé la.propreté n est pas à niveau. Le personnel de nettoyage n a pas fait son travail : poussière sous le lit, drap non changés...Le lit additionnel se plié tout seul..il n a été réparé qu'après 2 nuits. Le.lit principal n est pas confortable. Dommage, la maison est bien située et je pense qu elle a été bien équipée , mais le manque de maintenance et de nettoyage rend cette expérience très moyenne. il faut ajouter aussi que le propriétaire exige une caution de 500 € en espèce dans les conditions d'hébergement. je tiens à signaler qu il a eu la gentillesse de ne me l' as pas demandé parce que j'ai pas fais attention à cette condition. je pense que l propriétaire a une bonne volonté mais il faut dépenser sur la maintenance et le staff a besoin de rigueur et de sens de service client

• Guest (4/5): Rome est magnifique mais trouver un autre logement vous y serez bien mieux - - emplacement pratique Aucun nouvelle de propriétaire avant d’arriver sur les lieux où j’ai du le contacter ( avec difficultés pour trouver son numéro et nous avons du patienter dehors ). Appartement pas propre, les draps étaient tachés. Le canapé lit était cassé nous avons dû mettre le petit matelas au sol, malgré que le propriétaire soit au courant. Il a fait une «  réparation » qui n’a pas tenue une nuit. De plus nous a majoré une arrivée tardive pour 30 min de retard non volontaire ( retard de notre vol ). Aucun indulgence.

Would NOT stay again. owner allows to check in only from 5.30pm. early check in is 100 euro and you must be out by 9am. despite very late check in at 5.30pm, we had to contact the owner for the entry code as it was already after 5.30pm and it wasn't sent to us. I requested it over the booking.com, while waiting in the 38°C heat outside the apartment, but I didn't get the response at 5.40pm. I called then the owner who responded to me very rude that 'no call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'. the lady from coffee shop next doors has called him for us, and she said he was very rude to her and not a nice person. I didn't feel safe or welcomed arriving In the apartment. More over owner requested 500 euro CASH deposit and messaged that if we don't pay immediately we won't be allowed to stay. I didn't even have cash but was pretending I do have and fine to pay, and then he said: because you are nice you don't need to pay. but how could I pay someone cash 500 euro, and he says they will transfer it back after check out through bank transfer or something. someone also entered our apartment during pur stay at around 9pm to collect the city tax. we were at the apartment at that time but it was weird and strange at this late time. the unit is not the best. bedroom is ok, but the bathroom is very very small. you can't even sit properly on the toilet, because your legs will hit the wall. you need to sit on the side. shower is so small that barely can enter in and out. no light in the bathroom..!!! some hair from previous guests were under the shower. hand soap container was there but it was empty. no shower gel or anything like this was provided. only half roll of toiler paper for 3 nights stay seems a bit ridiculous for 2 guests. no information about the wifi or anything was provided until I requested on whatsapp. I think owner just cares about money and that's all. I wouldn't stay again. not recommending.

• Julieta (10/5): Wonderful stay for a good price - The apartment is very nice and it has all the facilities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is great, it’s close to Roma Termini. The neighbourhood is chill but also is full of cafes and ristorantes, at night there’s a good atmosphere. Federico was absolutely kind with us and kept in contact all the time.
• Guru (5/5): Okish apartment!! - The key was kept in the secure locker in the front door of the room and the key didn't had the bow (where one would hold the key) and I've spent close to 15 minutes trying to open the door. The host was helpful over the call to guide, but it shouldn't have been tough at the first place. Toilet and shower area was too small and felt claustrophobic

The owner helped us a lot with our stay and provided support - - it’s located near the railway station and close to the city centre - there is a great restaurant downstairs and a gelato place - the apartment and the building are very stylish and nice - the apartment has two separate rooms which is great if you come to work as a couple
